We booked this 5 stars hotel expecting 5 stars service and 5 stars standard. Anyhow, what we've experienced was very subpar. When you book a hotel on the ISLAND, you pretty much have no choice but to rely on hotel food service and etc. When you are a 5 stars hotel, rainy day is not a reason to ask the guest to wait one and a half hour for room dining (with only 3 dishes). Rainy day is not a reason to ask for guest not to use the golf-cart shuttle service because it might be out of battery or too busy. The management should have a better planing and do whatever it takes to maintain the level of service. Hotel rooms are extremely inconvenience especially if you are at higher level with hundred steps to climb. You get sweaty just walking down to Spa parlour/beach or a restaurant or walking back up to your room. We had to wait 45 minutes to change the room as the hotel gave us wrong bed type. The bathtub/shower floor was not cleaned properly since there was still a lot of residuals from bath salt. The AC in the room only worked at the coolest temperature even if we turned it up to 30 degree Celsius. The only good thing is the view in front of the hotel. With the service we received and the quality of the room, it's just not worth the price we paid for. Hopefully, other guests will receive a 5 star service on a sunny day.

I think the Centara Grand Krabi has an identity crisis. They want to be a luxurious resort where you can drop your bags and enjoy. The hotel has great potential, and the setting is just gorgeous, but it seems to be lacking management. For example, the first room we were assigned smelled like mold, and when we called the reception, they did not sound surprised. Food and drinks need to improve to live up to the prices. The service staff in the restaurant and around the pool area were friendly, but there was no seamless cooperation between the different teams, which is the vital characteristic of a top-end hotel. Many requests ended up in questions that needed approval from higher up in the hierarchy. The happy hour was between 3-5 pm (odd time) did only include a few drinks. For instance, you cannot get a draft beer. Instead, you get canned beer and a plastic cup. In summary, we had a good stay at Grand Centara. The beach is nice and clean, the setting is lovely, and the rooms' view is magic. I hope the hotel will invest in its staff and live up to its full potential.

The extra star to make it 2 stars is only for the pool. I expected to have a relaxing holiday there.. how disappointed I was from the trip. The only Thai restaurant there was the worse I’ve tasted. Being in Thailand, I expected that their own local cuisine would be better than the international fare, how wrong I was. I felt sick after the dinner there. As it is located on a cove by itself, prices of F&B are over the top. You don’t have a choice unless one books a boat out to a pier in town, or climb the monkey trail to the other side of the island. I’m a foodie so the meals I’ve had were extremely bad for a luxury hotel. I can’t compliment the rooms either, the key fob panel on the door came off, the fridge in the room wasn’t working, the blinds on the balcony didn’t work, the day beds on the balcony was wet from the rain, the table on the balcony was dirty with stains and the floor was not cleaned properly. It is a large property so I guess they do not have enough staff to maintain it to the level of luxury. Lastly, the toilet / bathroom doors even though it is frosted, one can see through them.

We plan our dream vacation at the beautiful Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas in Krabi and what to say...it was just wonderful. We felt wonderfully taken care of from the very beginning. The arrival via transfer boat was already breathtaking and went absolutely smoothly. It was like coming to your own little island. And the Monkey trail, over which the hotel as well as the beach are accessible at any time, is breathtaking in the truest sense of the word :-D, but if you run it several times you get used to it. The staff was helpful at all times and very accommodating. Our room was an absolute dream. To wake up every day with sea view and enjoy the beautiful view, you start the day in a good mood.

This hotel has a beautiful view ans private beach. This is the only good words that I can said about it. Too many inconvenience. The biggest problem is the only and SAFE way to get out or going in is by boat. This services is not enough to cover the demand of the people that the hotel has. The only solution is to walk by the track monkey which in my opinion is not safe and dodgy or to rent a boat which will cost cost you around 70 US dollars. About the room is big, is beautiful but old equipment. I mean very old if you have on mind the price of the hotel. Food doesn't has relation between price and quality, is average food with a huge prices.

For the price you pay you ain’t getting a better deal. That this is a 5 star hotel ( on a worldwide scale) is debatable, but for Thailand and south east Asia this is legit good hotel. The hotel comes out of a challenging period and it still has a few little flaws but nothing major or disrupting the customer experience. The prices for food and drinks are at the higher end but the quality is not exactly there. It’s good but it’s not validating the 3x price. Certainly when there is a little shop in the compound selling it at more reasonable prices. Overall great accommodation, beach, resort and lovely staff. I can agree that some guidance can elevate this staff and resort to the next level. But I loved my stay, staff is great, beach is awesome. Very happy i stayed and I will definitely come back when visiting Krabi.

To access the hotel you need to get a boat, and to get to the boat you have to book 2 hours before, you will get expensive taxi after that go get to the center, if you don’t have a full board in the hotel you will be in a problem getting out from the hotel and finding food in the area, if you decide to eat in the hotel it will be super expensive what you pay every where 100 bat you will pay 490 bat not including the tax and the 10 percent service. Not recommended at all. The view are amazing but the view is amazing in all over Thailand this is not new. The rooms are poor to a 5 stars hotel they are old, maybe to a 2002 it was good luxury now its old. There is no activities in the hotel, it’s so boring, as i said if you want to get out it’s a long story and be ready to be full of water in the boat… yeah you will get wet. So please consider this review and don’t book if you want your stay at Thailand to be perfect.

Liked · The breakfast buffet selection is large and food quality is good. However, the coffee machines are too small and regularly run out of milk or need cleaning etc. Hotel location is superb from a seafront perspective but very awkward for people with mobility issues. Grounds etc are all immaculate Disliked · Unfortunately, a few things should be better at this price point. The door access system is not as secure as it should be, and the swipe access on our "anti monkey" swipe door access fell apart twice. Service in the seafront bar is tardy and some of the staff seemed a bit aloof for some reason - if you're in the hospitality industry, at least be hospitable. Our major issue though lies with the hotel pricing for drinks etc as these were excessively inflated compared to the "off-Resort" pricing for soft drinks etc. There are only 2 ways of accessing the resort (which is part of reason they can inflate their pricing). One method is by boat, and they offer a complimentary service which is frequent and effective, but ties you to their schedule,or you can organise privately for a cost. The other, more quirky, option is the "Monkey Trail" which is a hazardously constructed series of wooden stairways and ladders which many people will see as dangerous. We used it daily but every time there was different damage evident and it was clearly a daily task keeping it passable. If you don't feed or interact with the monkeys found along its length they generally leave you alone. However, the half-wits who gather at the town end of this trail blatantly ignoring the "Do not feed the monkeys" signage, cause queues of people to back up waiting to get on, or off, the trail. The knock-on effect is a weight of people all jostling around each other, adding a couple of tonnes weight to the wooden structure cobbled together with no engineering thought into how much weight it can bear. Not good. No doubt this review will receive the same "copy and paste" response that all the other negative reviews are receiving. They're clearly not listening and the Resident Manager needs moving aside and replacing with someone more proactive in bringing this establishment up to the standard that Centara portray.

We recently chose Centara Hotel for a special stay, as we were traveling with our baby and expecting another child. We hoped that a higher-end hotel would provide the comfort and convenience we needed. On a positive note, the staff at Centara Hotel were friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the views from the hotel are truly breathtaking, offering a serene backdrop to our stay. However, our experience was marred by several issues. Firstly, we faced repeated problems with our key card, which failed to work on four separate occasions. This inconvenience required frequent trips to reception or extended waits outside our room, which was particularly taxing after long, hot days, especially when all we wanted was to settle in and rest. Moreover, we found the pricing for food and drinks to be exorbitantly high, which was disappointing given our expectations for value at such an establishment. A particularly notable letdown was our romantic dinner on the beach, priced at €155. Sadly, the experience did not live up to the cost. The wine served was subpar, and the food, while acceptable, was not the exceptional quality we anticipated for the price. All in all, the Centara Hotel has wonderful views and courteous staff, the recurring issues with the key card, coupled with the excessive pricing for food and beverages, significantly detracted from our overall experience. We might recommend a brief stay of a night or two for the views, but with reservations about the value and convenience offered.

Would highly recommend to stay away from this hotel. After a disappointing arrival with the room being very old, worn and run down with broken doors, unclean tubs that are not fully functioning and a sense of serious electrical faults that seemed dangerous at time. Along with an unwelcoming environment and lots of other small issues you don’t expect with a resort of this advertised calibre. We decided the next day to leave for another location. After a discussion with the manager in the morning who was very apologetic we agreed that the hotel would refund us the nights we decided to stay since many of the problems were with a faulty room which we paid extra to upgrade. Since then the hotel has ignored all requests for the refund along with requests to pay back our deposit that costs more than 1 night stay. We have tried and tried to contact the hotel but with no response. Unless you are arriving the hotel will ignore all emails. Overall massively disappointed with this resort. We hope they find some sincerity to respond to peoples emails to keep their word.

My husband and I stayed here for one leg of our Thailand honeymoon. We were very pleased with everything on the resort. We stayed for 3 nights and felt that was the perfect amount of time. The resort is only accessible via a 15 minute gorgeous worthwhile hike( very doable) or boat ride. Staff was very helpful and kind. Spa/ massages were great. Pool and beach are unmatched with amazing views. You just can’t beat the private beach and amazing service. The front desk was always happy to help us arrange what we needed. Also Breakfast buffet was amazing!

Very helpful staff. Exceptionally good food (4 restaurants). Good pool and poolside bar. Some areas do not meet western safety standards due to steepness of steps combined with lack of handrails and narrow steps; but an electric cart is easily available for getting back to all areas. Needs some after dinner activities such as snooker, pool, table-tennis, card playing seating/tables to raise overall experience to the next (5 star) level. This is a GOOD hotel that just needs a bit more attention to detail to bring in back up to a true 5 star venue. Currently I think 4.5 star would be fair.

Great experience every time. The location is spectacular with its own private beach. No cars or motorbikes can get there. Its a walk up and down, through the rocks into Krabi town or a ride on their regular boat from their floating pontoon. Bed was very comfortable, shower and bath facilities good. Balconies were a wonderful place to relax after a trip out to the islands. Only reason it did not get 5 stars was I felt the rooms needed a little attention as they were a little old. However one would not want them modernized too much as it has everything you could want and is a lovely resort. This is a genuinely fabulous experience and I found everyone friendly and helpful. I would definitely go and stay again.

We really wanted to enjoy this hotel, but unfortunately it was lacking in so many ways. The idea of only being able to reach the hotel by boat is fun, except when you have to book the boat in advance. The boat rides fill up quickly and they did not correspond well with our activity times. You cannot be spontaneous unless you want to take the monkey trail. The trail is steep and honestly not very safe. We also did not get the room we booked. We booked a king room and received a 2 double bed room. The staff said there was nothing they could do about the booking as they were full. The rooms are spacious, but we found cockroaches in our room. Breakfast was ok. We thoroughly enjoyed the Japanese and Indian restaurants for dinner. The hotel is secluded with a private beach and nestled into the rock formations which made it very beautiful. With all of this being said, we would not stay here again.

A very bad first impression upon check-in. We understand that check-in time is 3pm and we arrived rather early at 1pm so we decided to have lunch at their Coast restaurant. We were not informed that the room was ready at around 2pm; I had to make a followup at the reception, who took a about 10 minutes looking for the form I filled in earlier. There were around 8 staff member at the reception, all looking so stressed as there were a lot of guests coming in. ************ The room is spacious, with a bathtub inside and a jacuzzi at the balcony. ************** The resort can only be reached via speedboat shuttle service, which is complimentary but with a waiting time of 1-1 1/2 hours. If you prefer to have a variety of food choices, do not stay at this resort as there are very limited choices here.

Good experience visiting this hotel; starting by only 2 ways to the hotel : by speedboat or by walking along the monkey tail, both is exciting. Hotel location is fantastic : facing to the sea with mountain at the back, surrounding by lot of trees, monkeys, lemurs...natural environment. Stay at the room on the 3rd floor spacious room with nice panorama sea view. Like jacuzzi at the balcony. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants with different delicious cuisine. Spa is very good. People who want to be back to natural with 5 star service pampered... this hotel is recommended.

The property seems to be very old and not taken care of. Japanese restaurant looks unattended at all. Broken outside furniture at the beach doesn't make an impression of 5 star hotel at all. The whole ambience of the property seems to beg for renovation. Staff at the phone line was helpful, reception - to be trained. As long as we were not able to check in on time (no problems with that at all, we do understand), we witnessed several quite indifferent conversations with guests re their inquiries. Boat transfers were sharp in time and quite guest friendly. Beautiful location in a private bay. Please also note its a family resort, so lots of kids there, noisy and not tidy because of it. So if you are looking for a quite and relaxing place, you'd better make another choice. We booked SEA VIEW room, pics are to find it. Not relating to the hotel at all - Agoda cheated on the rate

Interesting to arrive on the beach in this beautiful Cove at first it's very impressive how you have to climb a massive cliff of bamboo to arrive to other side where this hotel sits only to notice that they have monopolised on this section of Krabi Beach charge high prices for food and then don't explain to you, as a guest you have to pay for the pool its not included. I wanted to stop in for lunch but the service was not great the juice not what I ordered and yeah curry was nice but I though I could atleast have a quick dip in the pool before tracking back just to be chased out of the pool and told theirs an additional fee of 5000 bah nah! No thanks specially when you don't take interest in doing a beach clean up every morning you have the responsibility to make sure theirs bins on the beach and beach clean up every morning to see rubbish everywhere yet

Nice resort with friendly, helpful staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. They helped organise a number of tours for us. Service at the restaurants was always quick and the food of a high standard. It’s location gives you the impression you’re on an island as it is cut off when the tide is in. A lot of people would take advantage of the tide being out to visit the next beach. It’s advisable to take a torch - best a “head torch” - in case you have to come back via the jungle footpath at night which many people did. They organised elephant bathing, long tail boat trips and kayaking for us from this resort which we would typically do in the morning and get back to enjoy the facilities in the afternoon. The grounds here are beautiful with many tropical plants and the occasional wild monkey or two though the resort does their best to keep them at bay. We went in the rainy season but rarely saw any rain. The kayaking off the beach here is also very exciting with its dramatic cliffs adorned with stalactites. Finally when it came time to leave the hotel kindly arranged transport for us to our next destination. Thanks to all the team that made our stay a wonderful one!!

The most pathetic experience on our honeymoon! Rooms: the resort looks fancy on photos, all their room fixtures and furniture are worn out. We were given a room with a non functional AC, malfunctioning jacuzzi, leaking shower and a blood stained bed sheet! Finally they gave a room change on the second day. This room also had malfunctioning curtains. Service: the Service is the most inhospitable. We were late to breakfast and had a spa appointment for 11 am. They refused to give us even simple bread and tea even when everything was on the spread. After a lot of complaint from us they gave something but only after making us feel that we need to beg them for something that's expected by a resort. Overall, I'd suggest all travelers to not be misguided by their ratings, the resort is pretty below average in all aspects. Way too many better options in krabi to explore!

It was excellent! From start to end it was wonderful! I read some bad reviews and all of them are baseless! From location to service to food everything was spot on! The size of the room was huge with a giant bathtub! We took an ocean facing room which had a balcony which was as big as the room with beautiful sofas and a view to die for! If I visit krabi I would go to this place a 100/100 times! It was just the most amazing experience of my life!

Centara grand is an experience, calm and great location of hotel makes it a very serene and private experience. Rooms are great but they lack pool villas. They have jacuzzi villas instead. The hotel is well made and maintained food is great services are good. The private beach is really beautiful you can rent a kayak and go around too. The only route to reach is through the speed boat whose timings are fixed and the monkey trail which isn’t really safe at night for travellers so hopping islands isn’t very easy.

We visited Centara Grand Krabi for our honeymoon three months ago and experienced a plethora of issues from start to finish. In fact, our problems continue to persist. He’s just a few of our problems as I know have enough space to list it all. Upon arrival, we checked into a room with dirty sheets, missing towels, and the new sheets sent were also stained. The room lacked amenities and upon asking for items, they just send double of what we already had. Our massage appointment made and confirmed well in advance was never booked so we never received treatments on the day we planned around them. Service at all restaurants and bars were minimal and no one seemed to care to help. Alcohol was limited in alcoholic drinks. Sent laundry to be done. Was supposed to be back in one day but on our third day, I had to call to request for it to be sent up. I might as well have done it myself. Wife got terribly sick from something she ate there and all they could do to help was offer snacks from the gift shop. Their healthcare services did not understand English. The hotel itself is gorgeous which is the only upside. It’s too bad that the team supporting it is running it into the ground. After checkout, we brought a lengthy list of issues to their staff at the front desk. They offered to take care of a night and credit us back but it’s been three months and I still haven’t seen it. I’m in correspondence with “Ton”, one of their managers but he only continues to inform me that it’s being processed. I’ve asked for others to be involved but he won’t get anyone else. I’m now stuck with his word and no help to anyone else from their staff.

Absolutely amazing! This resort was a surreal blend of tranquility and natural splendor, leaving us utterly awestruck. The impeccable service, panoramic views, and serene rooms created an experience so extraordinary that even now, I find myself gazing at the pictures in sheer awe of the unparalleled tranquility and the breathtaking connection with nature. The romantic ambiance only heightened the enchantment, making it an unforgettable and relaxing escape.

This is a little piece of paradise. The staff is amazing, the facilities superb and not even mentioning the location. If you are looking for a place to relax and pamper yourself this is your place. Quite, family friendly, exclusive, definitely recommend for an upper level kind of experience.

Incredible location, the most spectacular views. Troops of monkeys on the monkey trail every day. Other more shy monkeys can be seen moving through the trees in the resort itself. Biggest buffet breakfast selection I've ever seen, including many different dinner meals from multiple different cultures all for breakfast.

This is no doubt a great resort. Rooms and facilities are good. Accessibility is a challenge though. There are boat services at regular intervals that take you from the mainland (Nopparat pier)to this resort. However the last boat is at 11 pm. The other option is to walk across monkey trail. This is more like a trekking experience. Overall I think this would be great for families who want to spend quiet and peaceful time. However this may not be suitable for the party boys as the last boat is at 11 pm.

We just got back today from our dream vacation at the beautiful Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas in Krabi and what to say...it was just wonderful. The resort is exactly as described in the pictures and also shown, simply beautiful. Of course, there are a few small repair spots here and there, but with a constant humidity of 85% and more, rust and light lime stains form faster and can of course dissolve paint faster. But all in all the hotel is in very good condition. We arrived before the German vacation season. If you need a relaxing break from everyday life, this is the right time. Now the last few days we have noticed how it became more crowded and thus also louder, but this has not detracted from the niceness of the staff. Conclusion: Our absolute dream vacation and we will be happy to come back. Thank you for 11 unforgettable days. Greetings from 1124 ;-)

If you believe in NIRVANA.... this property is what it means... From the hospitality to food to cleanliness to comfort to ambience to luxury..... It's a 5/5. We came here in the speed boat very comfortable and organised. The welcome was very warm. The resort once u enter, don't feel like going out anywhere else. The 2 nights here were very relaxing. The views, the rooms are all worth the money spent.... Only point, there has to be a better management and route by land too. Or have another boat that can move at low tide and night times too....

The rooms weren't great, nor was the food. The main attraction to this place is because of it's location. The hotel is surrounded by hills and there is a ocean I front. The rooms face the ocean but they grew tree that blocked the view of the ocean. The resort itself wasn't great. It is over crowed and the pool are mediocre. Food was okay at the most. I would recommend eating the basil stri-fry pizza, which is one of my favorite pizzas in Thailand. The service could be better at the least.

Nice hotel with private beach. Great service with great staff. Very good location but a bit difficult to get to the hotel only accessible by hotel boat which available every 2 hours and there is not much activities at the hotel. If you wish to go to other places making some plan a head will be needed. Food at the hotel are fine and not that expensive. Please remember to lock you room doors at all time or you will be invates by monkeys just like me and that is not funny at all.

I REALLY really wanted to enjoy our vacation at this resort, but from the initial communication with the resort, or lack thereof (never returned my emails and questions I had ahead of time), I should have known. We booked the beachfront villa, only to be taken to a mountain villa, very far from the beach, and then relocated to the actual room we booked, which was in the noisiest part of the resort (right next to the main pool), when I had asked specifically for a quiet room. After three days of constant noise in the room, we requested to move to the "quiet" side of the resort, which ended up being right next to the workers' station, so loud banging and noise again! While the hotel tried their best and were nice during my interactions with them, our holiday was everything but relaxing, it was very stressful. If you are looking for a quiet get away, be sure to check where and which room you book. Once we finally settled down (only a few days left of our holiday), the monkeys started coming to our room, and even entered the room, being the icing on the cake. Krabi has some beautiful views, and the Centara beach is quiet and clean, but this holiday was a big disappointment. I hope they can do better in the future.

The hotel lays in a National Park so you can expect different animals going around the place. Anything can come to your room so be prepared. Also, there is no way to the hotel other than the boat or very demanding Monkey Trail. But it was still one of our best holidays - magnificent view, exceptional surrounding, awesome breakfast in affordable price. I loved it!

Favourite place was the shoreline with gorgeous sunsets. The staff is really helpful and courteous. Though we are vegetarians, food choices are not much a hassle. The only menace being the monkeys, due to which you cannot enjoy the lovely balcony view.

We stayed at the Centara for 5 nights and it was just wonderful. The resort is located in a bay in the jungle and can only be reached by a complimentary speed boat transfer or the famous monkey trail. The whole resort is just beautiful! All rooms are surrounded by banana and palm trees and the seaside view from the balcony was just breathtaking. Yes, we saw some monkeys :) The pools, the beach, and the restaurants were never full, so we could relax in the best possible way. Several times we rented some kayaks and paddled around the Centara rock and visited hidden and empty beaches nearby. Breakfast was rich and varied. Dinner at the beach was tasty as well. Anything is well explained. There is even a map, showing the best selfie spots in the resort ;-) All staff was very friendly and helpful. Any downsides? There is a small river going through the resort, but there was not a lot of water in it. So, in consequence, there was some unpleasant smell right next to it. Luckily, we were not affected by that. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again!

We had a great stay despite a few problems. The location is really nice and the access by boat only, although a bit challenging, was a bit of adventure. I'll list the good points and the bad points bellow: GOOD - fantastic breakfast buffet - staff very friendly and helpful - great location - awesome view BAD - everything is quite old and not working properly (bath faucet, blinds, etc...) - several power outage during our stay - price of the restaurant was no match for the quality. For this price we expected more.

Amazing resort, friendly, helpful staff, great private location with a huge private beach. Lovely pool and bar/dining area. The only thing I would recommend for them to improve is the jetty that you arrive on. This is the only way to reach the resort on arrival. It is quite dangerous with orderly people and young kids and the jetty is only one layer so it rolls with every wave and when it is rolling it separates so there is a gap for small feet which is quite dangerous. Other than that it was amazing and we will definitely be back.

Our stay here was excellent. This resort was the best beach resort in Krabi and we’re so glad we chose this place. We were initially a bit skeptical since we read the negative reviews but throw all that out the window! It’s a fantastic place. The breakfast spread was great and extensive. The other food on the menu can be improved, but this resort is on a remote beach so there’s no other option. In that sense, the food was good. I am 5 months pregnant and the boat ride from the pier to the hotel was a breeze for me, no problems whatsoever. Just avoided the high tide timings and rain. The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms were clean. Definitely visiting this place again in the near future. I got the sea view room but wasn’t too happy with the view so they upgraded me with no extra charges- to the room with sea view + jacuzzi. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate my baby moon. Thank you, Centara!

We had a stay there for 3 nights. We selected 2 nights in garden view room and 1 night in Ocean view room. The ocean view room was expensive so we thought it would be better but it turned out to be inferior then garden view because it was more or less same view minus jacuzzi in balcony. We complained to the management but they simply offered a paid upgrade. Secondly there is only 2 way of coming to this resort. One via boat and another by treckking since the resort is isolated. With luggage 🧳 everyone has to come by boat only but took an hour or so to figure out from where to get on the boat and then we had to wait there. After booking itself the management should brief about this so this trouble to guests is avoided. Lastly, The hotel provides free boat shuttle twice a day to guests. The seats are limited so we just have to book the seats in advance. The issue is they allow guests to book seats in multiple shuttles. Suppose you can book at 8am and 9am one both if you are not sure by when you would be ready to go. So now others are not able to book as it shows seats are full.

This place is amazing ! 1. The beach is beautiful and quiet, the pool is beautiful and big 2. The staff were really kind and helpful. 3. The room was clean and had everything we needed. we were a family of 2+3 young daughters and the double double room was big enough. 4. The breakfast and food for lunch/dinner in the hotel was really really good. Thank you so much for everything, can't wait to come back

Heavenly location, I really cannot recommend it enough. You basically have a private beach in between the cliffs and mountains and it is just breathtaking. Just make sure to manage your expectations in terms of 5-star hotel experience. The facilities is more like between 4 and 5 star quality. This is not a downside it's just the style of the resort. As long as you manage your expectations you will have the best time.

The hotel was very beautiful and it's location like out of a dream. Personal was helpful and very friendly. The rooms could have been a little better, but all in all it was an amazing experience 😁

Without a doubt the greatest/most memorable portion of our stay in Thailand, and we stayed at a lot of comparable 5 star hotels, at least on paper. The view alone is truly unique and not something you’ll find anywhere else, but the staff and service are truly exceptional as well. If I really had to make a couple minor critiques, the food (particularly at coast) was good but by no means amazing. You’re also unable to get a drink before 11- which if you’re thrown off by the time change like us and want to have a few drinks early is not ideal. All in all it was an unbelievable visit though and we look forward to coming back!
