Decent 4 star hotel. Location is good, beach is on walkable distance. Overall service including room service and all is very good. Good buffet breakfast with too many options. Room view is very good, I've booked room with sea view and it was awesome. Room was on top floor and the sea view is incredible. Do not book room with bathtub without confirming the view, there are two room options with bathtub facing pool view and another with sea view. Room with bathtub and sea view is awesome. Beach and marts are available right outside the hotel. Indian food restaurants are too many near this one. Easy accessibility with beach and close to pier from Island tours start.

After spending 4 nights here I can understand all the previous negative reviews. But first the positive things: The staff is very friendly and helpful with all kinds of issues like scooter rentals, airport shuttle etc. The breakfast is varied and ok, but unfortunately there was only black coffee and one kind of tea at the beginning. The rooms are as described in the pictures and spacious, although some signs of wear but that is normal. Now to the issues which were not optimal: Our first room smelled very musty, especially with the air conditioner running and there were traces of mold everywhere. After one night there we insisted on a new room, the first 3 that were shown to us also all smelled strongly of mold which is why we rejected them. On the question of whether all rooms are so was not further addressed. The choice was then only a room of a "cheaper" category for which we wouldnโ€™t get a compensation. After some discussion, we were shown another room which finally fit, but this was more luck than intention. The next day, the forgot the housekeeping which was then only done on request in the late afternoon.. So overall you have to be really lucky to get a not musty room. It's a shame because it would be a very nice hotel in a great location.

The perfect resort for delicious breakfast and refreshing drinks. Especially the mango cheesecake is great! Their service is very good and there is really nothing bad I can say about this location. A visit is definitely a decision you won't regret. Also the beach is 10 minutes away by foot.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort for our honeymoon! We spent a week in a deluxe private whirlpool room and were so sad to leave. The resort is gorgeous and the staff is so warm and accommodating. Definitely check out their rooftop BBQ nights and both pools. The beach is a short walk away and you can also book various activities at the reception. We highly recommend Panan and hope to visit again soon!

This hotel is perfect for all, I visited for 4 nights. It is very close to all restaurants, bars, shops and the beach is less than a 10 minute walk. Rooms were clean and very nice, beds were fairly comfy. The swimming pool was great, had some very nice sun loungers around the edge of the pool so can cool off without having to move! There is a lovely rooftop pool and bar also which has amazing views! The staff were all very friendly and very helpful when we needed assistance. I will be coming back!

We stayed here for 4 nights. Location was great, 5 or so minute walk to the beach. However hotel provides a great atmosphere and facilities to relax by either of the two pools. When checking in our room was not ready, we had to wait 30/40 minutes past the check in time. We were offered welcome drinks but weren't explained where to claim then. Check was a little rushed as we weren't informed about breakfast times etc. When the room was ready there wasn't anyone to help us with luggage or take us to the room. We made our own way to the room as it had been a long day of travelling and wanted to have our stuff. Apart from the issue with check in we had no other issues at the hotel and they were accommodating with birthday cake at breakfast and in the room. They offer 30 mins free paddle boarding at Reeve ( beach club) so make sure you do that and get lunch while you're there as it's lovely!

A huge dis on this hotel. Came for a honeymoon, we got a room in building one. The room had mold on the ceiling above the bed and the private pool was dirty and green color, not as advertised. We asked to change room and each room they suggested had issues with it, either dirty pool or mold or lack of hot water in the shower. They didn't had room to provide so they asked us to wait for the next day to move to another room, so we packed everything for them to take it while we go outside the hotel for a trip, when we came back they said that they already gave the room to other people, making excuses why they were not able to move us. Then they found a room finally, but the new room did not have hot water in it, so we asked to fix it while we are out of the room in the evening. They didn't even bother to send anyone. We had to come to the reception the next day asking for solutions to the problem and they wanted to move us again to another room, expecting us to stay in the hotel to wait to talk to a manager. Like we have nothing better to do. The expectation from a customer to adjust himself because they have hard time to handle their problems is just rude. What am I paying for? I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great family resort. The kids room kept our 2 daughters busy the entire 5 night stay. Included breakfast was very good with lots of options. For those on a plant based diet lots of options. Room was good. Nice big spacious deck for evening relaxing. Kids pool lots of fun, however main pool and sky bar pool were 1.2 meters deep so ok for us as both kids are good swimmers. Close to all amenities 7-11, restaurants, pharmacy, pubs, etc.

I stayed there for 3N and i must say starting from check in to check out the process was smooth. Rooms/Service: Rooms were excellent and view were awesome. in services were extra ordinary and breakfast buffet menu was very nice. Location: its wonderful, walking distance beach and so many Indian restaurant for food. Hotel property is wonderful and its having 2 swimming pools ( 1 infinity pool) and the you can enjoy the drink with the pool corner. One of the best property in Krabi....Keep it Up

Best hotel in Krabi area. The thing that makes the difference is the staff. Big shout-out to Tar and Chay for being completely awesome and going the extra mile to make this a great trip. The location of the hotel is ideal, being just up from the beach, a little bit quieter. The rooms are spacious - recommend paying a little bit extra for the sea view rooms facing south. You'll get the awesome sunset view and a really good balcony. Breakfast here is terrific with really good veggie options. You can basically fuel yourself for a whole day of exploring the region. When I return I will definitely stay here again ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Nice hotel. Wouldn't really call it a resort. Entrance is via a side-street, reminiscent of hotels in Bali. Breakfast buffet was a little underwhelming. Rooms were clean and spacious, although for some reason, the water temperature in the shower was VERY high. We stayed in building no. 4 and the lift there smells like cat piss from the perpetually wet 'carpet' covering the floor. Nice pool for the kids. Had a nice view of the mountain nearby from our room balcony. Overall, an OK stay.

We stayed at this place from 14 - 16 October 2022. Upon arrival at 3PM, there were plenty of guests waiting to checkin and there was no tables available for us to sit. The staff was so busy not bothered to let us know that we had to pick the welcome drink by ourselves. Once we got into our room, the housekeeping did not do a very good job. Thereโ€™s woman hair on the floor and on the basin. The faucet aerator did not even installed, making the water spilled everywhere in the bathroom. The table by the TV was broken, not sure if its too old or the hotel does not keep up on the maintenance. It was raining at that time and the hallway was quite slippery. There was no signage that the floor is wet. The power was off while we were on the elevator and stuck there for a couple minutes. The swimming pools were dirty and had a bad smell. We went to the rooftop pool cause there were less children but the pool was even more disgusting. There was not enough tables during breakfast and only one staff who cooked omelette. The queue for one omelette took at least 15 minutes. At that time, there was a promotion of spa where you get 50% discount if book at least 1 day before. We booked the spa on our second day to be used on the date of our check-out at 9AM. We signed the bill of the treatment. We went to the spa early morning, which was surprisingly that there was no spa reception or even desk. They changed the hotel room to be a spa room which quite disappointed but anyway. We tried to find the staff (as there was no spa desk), the young lady came to greet us and informed that the spa was fully booked. BUT I did book and signed the bill. The staff did a MISTAKE by allowing other guest to come earlier without checking the availability first. We felt humiliated even though it was not our fault. I told them to check the next available time for us, she came back and informed us that 11:30AM. Since we were checking out on that day, we asked for a late check-out as the mistake were made by the hotel team and we would like to shower before we go. They refused and not even care to help us with the situation and mentioned that the hotel is fully booked, noting they can do to help. I was very sorry for me and my husband that had to face the situation like this. No one was willing to help.

Stayed here for 3 nights in their two bedroom suite, it was facing the limestone mountain cliff, quite and breezy. It's a nice resort. They have a lot of activities to do in the resort itself. Good breakfast, Close to the beach as well. However the reception was not helpful with any info I asked that didn't concern the hotel. They pointed me to an information desk in the front lobby which is actually an overpriced tours and travel desk. The tour shops outside the hotel on the beach strip were cheaper. Wifi is very unstable.

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay in Krabi. It is on a very good location and everything is close to you. The staff is amazing and always helpful no matter what time of the day or night it is. The only one thing which can be upgraded is the breakfast. It is very Indian and not everyone likes it, however you can always find what to eat (omelettes in my case). Tourists information in the hotel is very helpful and they arrange the best excursions for us. I would recommend to book everything in advance with them and you will get better prices.

There breakfast is good. Rooms are specious! We paid for 2 superior deluxe sea-view room. We got 2 next to each other one with 2 balconies with sea-view and the other one balcony and you barely see the sea ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…! So be careful. There views a bit tricky. Other than that nice service and perfect location ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผalso nice pools.

Amazing resort! So sad we couldn't stay more... The staff is Kind and helpful, we got a tasty welcome drink when we came. The hotel has 2 pools - the rooftop pool with amazing view and the cocktails in the bar were high quality and very tasty. There is very value for money happy hour around sunset. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Thailand with a lot of fresh and tasty food options. The best value for money you can get in Thailand!!! The room was absolutely perfect - the hot tub was clean and nice, we had cheap and tasty room service of desserts and fresh fruits. The bed was comfortable.

It's a beautiful property to stay in. Great view and amenities are on top. . Being a vegetarian, they had multiple options to choose from during Breakfast and every single dish was tasty. Stayed here for 3 days and 3 nights. The welcome experience was amazing, staff behavior was also memorable. The only part where I faced a challenge was the last min cab service where I had paid 800 Bath for not using the cab.

Perfect, i booked a room with a private pool, it was nice and comfortable. I ordered a floating brunch, the food was good, there was a lot of fruits. There was also many different pools, so not too crowded, and the water was warm enough. Definitely recommend it

Awful experience - was shown 4 rooms when checking in as each one smelt of damp and mould. The hotel wouldnโ€™t check that the new room was OK before moving us into it. We are now in our fourth room, which still smells awful (the lemon scented spray does not hide it for long), without the ability to get our money back and change hotels. Massive regrets staying here - avoid at all costs. Guaranteed the hotel will not address my specific issues and will respond with the sub-par generic โ€˜sincere apologiesโ€™ response.

This hotel is average. We checked in late and were given a room that had a moldy smell. They changed our room but the room we got was still really humid. In the mornings the tile would be wet. The pool water is very cold and the staff is not very friendly. On our last night a family with a baby checked in and the baby was crying all night. However the reason the crying was so loud was because the door between our rooms (so they could be adjoined) was very thin. We could hear all of the conversations they were having. It was an average hotel, with a good location.

Nice hotel, very good breakfast and perfect location! The rooms were overall clean and spacious with every day 2 bottles of water and toilet articles, only some doors were very dirty and could be cleaned a bit better. Overall nice hotel with friendly staff on a food location!

Just stay at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. Overall the hotel is good with a great view at the rooftop pool and the main pool bar is also delivered some good cocktails with a great side pool. For the room is also a good size at the room I stayed (Deluxe pool view). 2 minus points, TV in my room was broken, and have to be fixed twice before it's was in good working order again. House keeping didn't change my bedding, all they did was make up the bed with the same bed sheet and covers. Overall my stay was good, breakfast was good for the price and front staff give me late checked out at 14:00pm. ( I asked for 15:00pm check out but was told to paid 500 Baht. But 14:00pm was free). I did spend a few thousand Baht while I was there and even went to the restaurant they recommend which was owed by the owners of the hotel ( a little expensive).

The hotel is a really cool with beautiful views. The location is on the main strip and close to the beach. Unfortunately not super well kept, you can tell the product in rooms is cheap. We paid 50 baht for ice. perhaps the most annoying was our thermostat would reset itself after an hour back to 80, so weโ€™d wake up to a humid room and constantly have to reset in middle of the night. Breakfast was a pretty good spread. This place isnโ€™t terrible, but Iโ€™d stay somewhere else if I did it again.

Their room service food was superb! The rooms were great, very clean. Service was excellent throughout. Well-located, 1 minute off from the main road where you can find restaurants, bars, shops. The view of the mountain was beautiful. Swimming pool is smaller than expected. Breakfast buffet is very busy, but food is good.

We stayed for 5 nights in late March (sea view delux room) on our first visit to Krabi. The hotel provided an excellent base /location for local shops, restaurants, the beach, tour operators and evening entertainment and the standard of accommodation / service in this beautifully designed complex was excellent. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and professional ( to the extent that I had a personal serving of fried bacon at each breakfast) without being too chatty and had a good sense of humour as well ( Zonya, Ari and Messi deserve a special mention). The only minor (and I mean very minor) hiccup was that with an evening flight departure at 1850 we were unable to get a late check out but we did retain full access to the hotel amenities after midday. Highly recommended for families, couples or groups alike and, who knows, we might just venture back to Krabi and the Panan another time !!
