Near to the airport, one of the best hotels. Its hardly 5 km. Village krabi market is nearby. Super cool discounts on known brands. Lotus mall, Thai food, Amazon cafe, pizza all near by. Grt value for money. Staff polite and helpful. Near and clean rooms. Take a bike and go places.

Don't book this place!! First of all the location is super bad. And most important, we rented a bike and someone make a big damage on it in the hotel parking. People working there or can't or just didn't want to help, so we had to pay it ourselves to be able to get back our passport. There are better places than this....

Miserable. The afternoon check in staff could was rude ( the next morning, different staff was nice) We had to change rooms 4 times, and I’m not even that picky. But the first room was infested with ants, floor was very sticky , then drain in the shower was still dirty and with water from the last person as it was plugged, and many things in these rooms are broken or in rough shape. I stayed here in transit for a flight the next day and I would definitely not go back.

I did not use the hotel's shuttle service as they seem to charge 300. Instead, I went to Kim's for transportation (just 20-30 meters from the hotel), which was cheaper and the driver was spot on time and very friendly. As for the hotel itself, the air conditioning was not cooling well and was quite noisy. Despite having a clean room, I personally felt that it was not worth the price.

Stay here for 1 night, Feel like reception Staff are not very friendly, No smile. We booked a hotel car to go to the airport at 7.30 am for 300 THB next day, but the car was 15 minutes late and No sorry and no explanation? Not sure if the hotel has coordinated with the driver? If you book this service Just make sure you will not miss your flight. We didn’t have a good experience with the reception staff here 🥺 In room no hairs dry and The walls are not sound proof at all, You can hear it like the room next door together with you. even the sound of coughing, talking you will understand that they talk about everything. The advantage is that the price is not expensive, the room condition is not bad and near the airport 👍🏻

A bit far from the city and the beach, close to the airport. rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, cozy swimming pool. The staff are nice and polite, very helpful. Breakfast is ok.

I'll try and be fair by frist saying, you get what you pay for!!! On the up side, it's close to the airport, there is a very good outlet village right next to the hotel, there's a bid c on one side and a tesco lotus supermarket on the other within walking distance. and also a 7 eleven. And best of all there's an amazon cafe right next to it. bed and sheet's where clean. There's air conditioning in the room. BUT, you should know what you are getting so you can consider if you want to pay more or not. There's no shuttle service, no air conditioning in the lobby, breakfast is horrible. You get only one key card to the room so if one of you want's to go out in the morning while letting the other sleep, it's going to be tricky. the bathroom doors are old western bar style, so you can hear and smell everything thats going on in there, the sink was moldy water pressure was so and so, and the reseption staff not very friendly or helpful. Also the gym has no ac.

the room is ok. but not near to airport actually. also hard to find halal food nearby (its just my preferences since iam muslim). i recommend if you want to go airport u using the indriver apps it is the most famous e hailing services than grab apps in Thailand. u can have your taxi in just minutes. cost about bellow 150thb \car i got mine at 99thb also the aircond is not soo cold the mattress also torn & have insects inside the room.

We are blessed to have Mr Ahlan Checha receptionist who able to speak english and Bahasa Melayu very well. He assist us after we are frustrated with other receptionist who hang up our calls multiple of time because she cant speak in English. Our room telephone faulty and iron have to request but subject to availability.. We called them using our mobile phone to report but declined for 4x times. Mr Ahlan really good and willing to helping us on car rental as well. He also suggesting us places to visit and recomended halal foods. The hotel room was okay. mirror only provide at bathroom. so difficult for us who travel in 3persons. no hairdryer too. The breakfast is simple and halal. we stayed 3D2N and we only try once for breakfast. 150B for 1pax. no shop nearby. 7E 700m away. better stay at AoNang or Black Crab area.

Nice hotel far away from the city crowd. Breakfast options are very good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and nice. They are always ready to help you. They have a pool and small workout space with some basic machines. We enjoyed our stay there.. thanks so much.

Room: quite nice actually. it was not too big and not too expensive for a place near Bangkok 4/5 Service: The staff was a bit careless. The transport service is nice but more expensive than getting GRAB taxi. There is no lunch and dinner 2/5 Location: It was the only hotel near the airport. If you have to catch a quick flight, this place is the answer. the only problem was the restaurant in the area. there was not a lot. 4/5

Came friday, place is far away from everything. Saturday morning breakfast was bad, but sundays was even worse they had buffet on saturday but sunday was nothing. And they gave one egg and toast. Not worth for sure.

Service is terrible, Nobody understands english, i tried to Rent a bike for 2 days in a row and because they couldn‘t understand me there where so many missunderstoodments that everytime all bikes were given away Even Tho we Reserve them one day earlier. Nobody can help you Nobody can understand you. Exspecially the Women working there have Great issues to understand you. There are many other possiblitys to stay in krabi in places where the whole staff understands englisch, but this deadendplace is none of them

Good location, peaceful, quiet and very serene.. staffs are very helpful especially the short hair lady ( can't remember her name ) , very polite and very helpful.. would definitely recommend family and friends.. ❤️🙏

The rooms was spacious & clean . But the facilities is bad. Like no iron & water (sometimes) . 3 times i changed room due to water shortage problem. The hotel is far from city/attracted place & very hard to find halal food near the hotel. The staff are okay & good .

This hotel located in Krabi town. Near the airport, only take 10 minutes. Near lotus mall where you can find food court with HALAL food inside and also huge supermarket. Their staff was very friendly and helpful. We're stay in large group

we used this hotel for transit (1night), friendly check in, our booked suite (1711)was spacious and clean. only 4 stars because not everything which is mentioned on the homepage is offered due to covid (shuttle/restaurant) but the positive thing: the staff is very helpful to find a solution. we would recommend the hotel and will come back.

Location is near the airport (incase u miss your flight like me) and near lotus /big C and outlet village One if the female staff with spectacles is super nice. The only one offering me ice water /umbrella on a hot day... Etc OMG she should be employee of the month. The room is also big & nice but no bath unless it's family suite. Oh Wells.

Good hotel near the airport, but very far from Krabi tourist spots.

I booked the deluxe room that is clearly advertised on their brochure and online as 40sq/m when I got to the room it was only 20sq/m. They refused to give me the appropriate room size that I booked. I don't appreciate when a business is blatantly lieing to their customers.

Very nice hotel near the airport. Rent a bike and it is no problem. It is quiet, at a forest, big balcony, rooms are clean, big shower, staff very kind and breakfasts are OK, could be better.

We booked a room for 2 days in Nap Krabi Hotel. The room was large and comfortable (the super king size bed very nice). The staff was kind and helpful. The swimming pool outside is very nice as well. You can booked free shuttle to the Airport and the Tiger Cave temple, which is very cool. Only bad point: no hot water in the shower (this is sucks when it’s raining outside), and bad smell around the toilets.

Nice rooms and fasciitis, the best bed I've ever slept in in Thailand over the last 17 yrs but, service is horrible. I booked 4 rooms for family and biz guest for 3 days and 2 nights . When I return from my biz meeting at 5:30 pm room hasn't been touched trash not out ,bed not made no coffee for 2nd day ect . Front desk told me I have to tell them if I want normal hotel service's. I wonder when I leave if I have to tell them to clean for next guest . I wouldn't stay here again.

Good hotel. The rooms looked nice, were clean and had everything we needed. The bed were the most comfortable we've experienced during our whole trip. The staff was very helpfull ans friendly. All of them. The menu was great and we've enjoyed the Thai dishes. The area of the hotel was very quiet which we liked!

Great Hotel 🏨 close to the Airport but in no man’s land. Amnesties are stunning. Salt Water Pool you can use until midnight. Gym is small but high quality machines to work out. Hotel Rooms are amazing 🤩 definitely worth a stop 🛑 especially if you want to be super duper close to the Airport.

Good hotel for value. The rooms have just been renovated so they all look very fresh. The breakfast is a little too pricy for what's provided. The pool is nice even though a little small. The gym is small too but fun. The free shuttle from the airport is very convenient and reliable. They also have a desk with many different services to take around the region.

Staff was immensely helpful! The room was clean and large, had a nice view from the balcony. Bathroom and shower were very nice. The beds themselves were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The pool looked nice didn’t get to swim. You can also rent a taxi to a lot of the sites right from the front desk.

Thai style hotel mostly for in transit Thai going camping etc. If traveling to Ao Nang from airport go ahead and take the shuttle into town. But, hidden gem is next door restaurant which is stellar.

Stayed here quite a few times, always a good experience the rooms are large and clean. Excellent for that early morning flight. Not many food options around, however next door behind the dentist there is a local restaurant that is cheaply priced. We would stay here again
