The location is conveniently located right in the city center with several markets nearby. No elevator so expect to carry up baggages by yourself. The room is small compact as expected. The mattress is super stiff and uncomfortable for side sleeper. Bathroom is awkwardly designed and built. Black mold can be seen at the shower head and shower glass joints. Water pressure is weak but internet signal is even weaker. Water stopped running at night around 8pm and was not fixed till 9am. Noone we could contact for services. All the guests had to run down and wait in line to use the toilet at the ground floor which is the only one with running water. Overall experience is not satisfactory.

This is a great little spot. I had a private room and it was quite nice with updated bathroom and a firm bed. The hotel is in a very central location, though on a very busy street. Receptionists were very sweet but spoke little English and weren't at the desk very often. I don't have very many complaints but for the price I'd look for something similar closer to the river.

I stayed in the female dorm room. Not the best experience at SNOOZZ Hotel. I'll start off with some positives: Clean rooms, clean front entrance and very friendly/helpful receptionist. Comfortable mattress and pillow. Privacy screen that worked well. There are a lot of things that could have improved our stay at Snoozz. The AC in the rooms starts at 5pm and was turned off at 8am promptly. At this time of year (end of January) it was disgustingly hot in the rooms without the AC. They do equip the rooms with two small fans but it just wasn't enough. So there is no laying in bed before 5pm (my partner was feeling sick and it was just too hot). The area in the dorms between the wall and the built in beds is maybe about 3 ft. Barely enough to let another person squeeze by you. The storage area did not fit my basic sized backpacking backpack. When I enquired about this the staff said I could leave my bag at the front desk... All night... Without supervision. Not a good enough solution if you ask me. The bathrooms on the fourth floor smelt very bad and were very hot. In the second shower the shower head holder was broken. No hand dryer provided in bathroom. There is nowhere in the common area to lounge. There is one picnic styler bench and one small table and that's it... I found myself sitting on the floor while waiting for our taxi. The bench was too uncomfortable. I think you should change up some things to be more accommodating to tourists. Take a look at Pak-Up hostel and learn from what they're doing.

Location is great. Nearby many popular place, walkable to find some beverage and dishes. For interior is nice but can not close and open the bathroom door because struck with swollen blemishes. In the room a bit dark because the light is not good position.

Very nice receptionist. Called me to see what time I would be arriving the day of my booking! Room was clean and cozy (even in the shared dorm rooms!) Good location and very affordable

I really like this place. I stayed there for 2 nights in the female dormitory room. It is on the 4th floor so you need to take the stairs to that floor because there is no lift. The room is very clean yet it is a bit small. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean. It is a great place to stay with affordable price. The place of this hotel is good. It is near the market and there is a good food court near that hotel. Also, the staffs are so friendly. Unfortunately, they are not available all the time, especially before 8am. So if you think you will need any assistance or you need to check out before 8am, make sure you tell them beforehand. Maybe a day before. Hopefully this helps.

The reception should be able to speak English and understand. I find already some difficulty in the first step. When I book I wrote to the structure if they can arrange a taxi for the airport for the same night. I didn't receive any reply to any of my emails. Once I checked in they told be last taxi would have been in 3 hours. So I decide to cancel my reservation. Because I don't book a place for only 3 hours. I would have preferred to know it before.

Just stayed here for one night. I share the room with other girls but that was not a problem at all. The price is cheap for 2 people and the toilets are quite nice but the shower rooms are small but look so clean. The design is kind of minimal. There are cafe on the ground floor. I haven't tried the coffee yet but the smell is good tho.

If I could give this hostel 0 stars, I would. Every single aspect of my experience here was terrible. But before I begin, DO NOT TAKE A VAN SERVICE FROM THEM TO GET TO AN ISLAND OR ANOTHER CITY. They set you up with an awful agency called Matcha Tours (look them up, they’re rated 1 star), and don’t even tell you that you’ll need to take 50 different stops to get to your destination. They are sneaky and sketchy people. Alright, so in regards to the stay. I got there and already I didn’t like the way I was greeted. Staff was awkward and made me uncomfortable. My room was on the 4th floor (stairs) and my luggage was extremely heavy so I asked for assistance. No assistance was given, so I left my big luggage at the lobby for the night I stayed. So once I got to the dormitory room, I realized that the staff did not give me any instruction whatsoever about where the bathroom is, how anything works really. THERE WASN’T EVEN A TRASH CAN IN THE ROOM. The bed I got had a broken table as well, so I had to ask to switch. 3 times. Imagine having to walk back and forth 4 flights of stairs 3-4 times in the span of 30 minutes just to get settled. Then the made came in and I asked her to turn the AC on... She told me that they turn it on as of 6 PM. I looked at her in shock, and she decided to just turn it on for me. Then I had to ask her where the bathrooms were (which were supposed to be FEMALE ONLY shared bathrooms), but I saw a dude coming out of there. Finally, at night I was the only one in my dormitory room, and I heard extremely weird noises all night, which didn’t allow me to sleep. I still have no idea what it was but it sounded like it came from the roof... HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ACCOMMODATIONS I cannot stress this enough. I’ve never been this harsh on a review, but there was absolutely nothing good about this stay. I do not recommend at all.

Beautifuly clean rooms and the beds are enclosed meaning you don't see or hear much while trying to sleep. Bathrooms in the mens dorm has an awful smell from - I think - the drains. Staff were nice though not helpful when I asked for onward travel info. Its a cafe downstairs and in a very central location. Good value for money.

The stay all in all is okay. I went 3 years ago and stayed in a dormitory, which was really nice. This time we booked in a private room which was on the first floor. It was quite tough to properly lock the balcony door (you could open it with 0 effort from the outside) so it didn't feel that good to leave your belongings there unattended - thankfully nothing happened. The staff itself seemed quite uninterested in their guests and the hotel itself seemed quite empty. So all in all it is okay to stay here but there's definitely better options out there that would make you feel more at home or welcomed.

Absolute worst hotel we've stayed in this trip in Thailand! We walked in after having a coffee next door at the Amazon cafe and decided to switch hotels to this one because it "looked great", but ended up being a nightmare! The rooms themselves are very clean, but what the staff failed to tell us is that there is a major construction development happening literally outside and sleep is literally impossible. I'm currently writing this review in the bed and they hard using jack hammers, dump trucks, and drilling into the concrete right outside of the window and this is happening along the entire street. The bed is also hard as a rock and the wifi doesn't connect in the rooms at all. In any other country you'd get your money back for a place like this.... but not in Thailand. Check out the photos and videos and stay away
