A lovely resort with fantastic staff. The pool was fantastic and there was always a sun bed and towels available. The room was great and very spacious with a comfy, large king size bed. The resort was well kept and noticeably eco friendly which was fantastic, the nature encouraged in the resort was great and very relaxing. I enjoyed a massage at the resort for 1hr for Bt800 it was superb and well worth the additional cost. The service and quality of the Thai massage was brilliant and very thorough and professional. We loved walking through the resort to our room although possibly a challenge for anyone with disabilities. The only recommendation I would give is for a better selection of excursions curated for their quality and sustainability credentials (in line with the hotels values). I would limit the excisions that are offered to a small number of high quality trips verified and reviewed positively by the hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Pakasai Resort at the beginning of December 2023. It was an awesome resort. The rooms were clean and had balconies. The staff was polite and helpful. The resort had a GREAT location. In addition to all of that we forgot one of our phones at the resort and they promptly shipped it to us FREE of charge. I definitely recommend this resort.

This is a very beautiful and nature friendly hotel. We loved our stay here. The rooms are very clean and nice. They are located at a very nice neighborhood with all the good places at a walking distance. The swimming pool is very clean and nice. They have a very environmental friendly property and I just loved how everything is mostly non-plastic. Overall loved this place and would highly recommend it.

Had a lovely stay at the Pakasai Resort. 6 nights in total at the Premium Suite. The room was spacious and clean with an outdoor tub. Impressed with the good condition of the room. Hotel surrounded with lush greenery and the buffet breakfast has a good spread that i cannot complain. It has a salt water pool which the bar offers 1 for 1 drinks during happy hours. The restaurant serves excellent food and enjoyed the pizza and pasta alot. Not to forget the beautiful spa on the top of the hill. Massage was very relaxing 👍. I had 3 sessions during my stay!! Very friendly and nice staff. They are extremely helpful and this makes your stay very enjoyable. Thank you Milk for the lovely handmade pandan flowers!!! Send my regards to her!!!

Hard to review this place since our first room was terrible. We checked into 1531 (a premiere suite) and it was right on the corner on a very busy road so all you heard was the cars driving by. Given that a selling feature of this room was the bathtub on the balcony it was impossible to enjoy it since it wasn’t relaxing at all out there. That wasn’t the worst part about that room though, as other reviews have mentioned some of the rooms have a very very strong smell of mold/mildew. When you get into the room there’s an overwhelming smell from the diffusers that they put in the room to try and overpower the moldy smell. It wasn’t actually until later that night once the diffusers turned off that we noticed how gross the smell was. We asked to be moved and they put us into the honeymoon room at no extra charge, and that room was so much more enjoyable. Very clean, nice view, and no smell of mold. The pool here is great, the free breakfast is a 4/10 - not sure why so many people give it such high praise. Overall decent for the price.

A resort that has great premise but sadly fails to deliver. The gardens are beautiful and well kept but the rest of the facility is a little dated and could use some kind of renovation. We stayed here for 5 days in the Premiere Room ( with the bathtub on the balcony). We had problems with constant sewage smell in the whole room ( and the balcony- coming from the bathtub). There was mold on the lamp covers and the overall cleanliness was mediocre at best. The AC unit is old and very noisy. Also during our stay there was a constant loud noise (even at night) from behind the wall. The staff is polite and helpful. Good location- next to 7/11, 5-10minute walk to the main beach. Overall, at the premium price that the facility is charging the standard should be higher (cleanliness especially, the smell in rooms, the noise from the outside of the room) . At this price it is definitely not worth it.

Beautiful resort, in feels like you are alone in the nature. Breakfast is amazing too. The rooms weren’t very clean and we had to ask every time we wanted clean towels. Our room had a big balcony with amazing view to the nature of the resort. But it was a long walk and climbing stairs to get there. The pool is very nice, the location is great, close to everything.

Originally we were only supposed to stay for 2 nights, we ended up staying 3 nights longer. This hotel is absolutely great and offers good price/quality. It is true that it is not the newest, but it has a super location, the rooms are large, the breakfast is good and the staff are friendly. + Good location + Pleasant environment + Large rooms + Breakfast + Staff - The hotel is not the newest - Walking up the hill where the bungalows are was challenging at times - Cicadas were quite audible at times (but that's just nature) :) Summary - We can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone :)

Thank you to the Pakasai Resort team! The room is spacious and you have a bath in front of your bed (after crossing the bay window of the balcony, not overlooked 🫣) The restaurant of the hotel is very good and you have special chef to cook omelette at your convenience for the breakfast The pool is located on the roof of the restaurant. You can enjoy a free cocktail when you buy one (200 baht) from 2 p.m until 6 p.m. I don’t really appreciate the maximal deep of the pool (1.2 meters and you have the view of the road with particular noise sometimes). You will appreciate the night market close to the beach and 5 min by foot far from the hotel. You will save money if you eat here. Deposit needed at the check in (by cash or visa card and no debited)

The hotel really beautiful, we choose supreme rooms with jacuzi. The enviroments and decoration of the rooms I like so much. The smell of lemongrass as well feel so cozy & romantic. I did try the SPA, really recomended the service was superb.

We stayed 5 nights at Pakasi hotel in December 2023. The room was spacious with a nice big balcony and ocean view. However, it was not very clean and smelly. We even requested a room change because the first room given to us did not smell fresh. The second room was much better, but still not 100% clean. The rooms are also a little bit outdated and could use some renovations. The mattress was very hard but other than that the room was okay. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and resolved our issues. Location of the hotel was good, just a few minutes walking distance to the beach and many restaurants.

Pleasant hotel situated to north end of Ao nang, close enough to Main Street but far enough away from the noise. There are many steps up to the rooms in this hotel! The honeymoon chalet room was dark and shaded, clean and spacious, with large balcony. Lovely pool area with bar and happy hour from 3-6pm. Afternoon tea is also served in lounge area along with themed dining nights during the week. The e hotel offers spa services (didn’t use). Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money given location.

Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is friendly. The hotel does a lot to support sustainable tourism. The food was also very good. The hotel has a lot of greenery which I particularly enjoyed. Given that my skin is sensitive to chlorine, I was also happy to find out that they use a natural alternative to keep the pool clean.

Ok hotel. During check in wasn't told any information about the hotel and most staff wasn't wearing a mask or wearing it wrong. Many hotel guests not wearing masks either and no one saying anything about it which was pretty bad especially when getting breakfast. Got a discount price on the room but otherwise I wouldn't stay here. Have to walk through the smoking area to get to the room, really gross.

A lot of trees and gardens. The hotel preserves the local trees as it is located at the foot of the hill. My room is on the top of the building on the small hill so it takes quite an effort to climb up the room (about 5 stories). The room is clean. Breakfast is no fancy except for the local southern food. Staff is friendly and attentive. Price is acceptable.

Incredible place! Of you want to be away and feel culture and beautiful surroundings but still clean and tidy then this is a spot for you. The rooms are amazing and looks like wooden cabin! It's an eco friendly hotel and they offer bamboo based robes and slippers and furniture. The breakfast is delicious at this place and so fresh. You can hear natural jungle sounds and some beautiful bird sounds too. The location is really good as it's near local shops like 7/11 and currency exchange, night markets and the main strip as well as beach.

Lovely, very comfortable and spacious room. It is a super well maintained resort with many eco travel elements. Staff was very friendly, particular the bell boy helping excitingly with everything. The restaurant has a bit of a colonial style feeling. High ceiling, cool music and decoration. Location is great if you want to be a bit away from the beach action. All over a great experience and we are happy to go back there.

We had a great stay here. Staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Location was perfect. The breakfast area is so pretty, such a nice way to start your morning. Food was good, yummy options for hotel price point. We knew the beds were going be hard from the reviews, but be warned they are h-a-r-d. Nice to have smart TVs with access to Netflix. The hotel is a little older but as long as you remember aren’t booking a 5 star hotel you will be very happy here.

Great stay, wish it could have been longer and will definitely come back next year. They picked us up from the ferry and made us feel like family. When checking out they went above and beyond. Letting us use there shower service after a long day on a private boat after check out time. Kudos and looking for to seeing your beautiful resort next season 😀

This is a beautiful place with great rooms and great service. Best breakfast buffet 😋 👌 😍 Eco oriented business is operated by professional staff. Thanks for the wonderful service. I look forward to returning again. Upgrades with hotels dot com are fabulous. Highly recommend this business 👌 👏 🙌 👍🏻 😎 😀 Despite having check in issues I will return. The photo of the balcony steps.. that needs fixing!

Staff are all super friendly. Breakfast is great, perfect omelette. Wish they had Mango but soon forgot when a troop of Dusky Leaf monkeys swung past. Great location oppo a 7/11 and scooter rental. Pretty quiet. Gym is distinctly average. Pool is real nice, shallow throughout and warm and huge on the rooftop. Hope to be back soon.

Great location. Beautiful lush green property. Staff were friendly and helped us find our lost personal item as well. The room was spacious and comfy. Loved the free bicycle service (tho I wish the service hours were a bit longer). Breakfast can be improved, needs some more western options.

  • 3/5 Rishab R. 4 months ago on Google
Rooms and location were great. AC in the rooms are old and make a lot of sound. The room balconies are not fully covered, so people from outside can easily peek and see what you are doing. Rooms on lower floors are not a good option. The food was also great ( we had a wholesome breakfast) Service is not great, the staff lacks professionalism.

Very nice clean space, upgraded to Honeymoon room - which lies at the top of all - so much hill climbing every day.. 5‘ walk to restaurant. Pleasant staff, great stay for reasonable money. Big but not deep pool. Stayed just 4 nights here…

A lovely hotel with spectacular greenery and a forest trail within the resort. The pool area was also great, and very peaceful with a wonder view. The hotel is well situated 5mnts from the beach, and there is a 7Eleven store right opposite the hotel. The night market is 100m away and all the shops are located just a few minutes away. There are many cabs and taxis available right around the corner. The restaurant was a bit average, and the manager on duty was not friendly at all. The staff also struggle to speak English, and it would be great if management provided English training for all staff members, as this would help visitors greatly.

We have visited Pakasai in March and booked 3 rooms superior / deluxe rooms. At first look the gardens where very impressive while the breakfast was excellent. However, the balcony wasn't clean the room was full of ants coming from the sink. We also had problem with the next room where the guests played music loudly and while we complained to the reception they didn't do anything. Lastly the last night our friends found cockroaches in their room and on their bed which is also not great for a hotel of such price.

One of the best resorts I have stayed at. The room was comfortable and bed was nice to sleep in after a long day. The breakfast had lots of tasty options. My wife is GF and there were lots of food for her. It is a sort walk to the beach/activities. The pool is nice to refresh in. Happy hour in afternoon was a highlight. The drinks are mixed well. All in all, a great place to stay

The hotel was really good and no doubt it's worth for the money you pay . The staffs are very arrogant, they don't provide you with any service on call . They made me checkin late at about 4 and when requested for a late check-out they speak about the hotel rules . Except for the reservation staff and management i would definitely suggest this hotel.

The hotel is run down and has clearly seen better days, but this was expected for the price we paid. Our room was spacious but it smelled of mould and the bathroom had no ventilation. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, despite the limited English. The breakfast is served from 7 to 10am but they stop restocking at 9:30am - we appreciated the vegetarian offer but the fact that we always went to have breakfast around 9:15 - 9:30 limited our options quite a lot. Regardless, we had a good time!

I booked this resort for 3 night. Such a beautiful property located at prime location. The beach and market is around 20 metres of walk from the hotel front. The hotel staff is very cooperative and welcoming. They will do everything to make your stay soothing and relaxing. I booked Premier room which was very well maintained. It had all the amenities and looked exactly the same as shown in pictures on hotel website. The resort is huge in terms of area. Breakfast is loaded with everything for all nationalities. So you can enjoy tasty food in the morning itself. The pool is like icing on the cake. It's good to relax and spend leisure time. If you are looking forward to stay in krabi make sure to book this resort. Believe me you will not regret this decision.

This resort is amazing. The breakfast was very delicious and our room was so spacious and beautiful. But the most we liked their sense of sustainability. They even have their own farm where they produce their own products for the kitchen.

Our stay was nice, great, kind and helpfull staff, nice breakfast… bathroom could be cleaner. Anyway 🙈 after check out we find out, that we forgot some clothes in wardrobe. We made a call directly to the hotel. They told us, that everything was found and stored. Few days later, when we came to the front desk, there was one jeans jacket missing. They took also belt from my pants 😅 so somebody from the stuff had nice present :) so be aware of your personal belongings…

I didn't stay here this time but heard that the hotel has great wellness spa and good food yes it was! Very specific massage and Thai authentic food style. Surrounding in resort is very nice!

If you do not take the opportunity to stay here you will miss out from the moment we arrived the staff could not do more for us they were absolutely lovely charming people from the cleaning staff up to Mr Noom the manager. The hotel grounds are stunning and the swimming pool amazing. Everything is spotlessly clean. The hotel is very quiet as one of the biggest beds I've ever slept in. Air conditioning works beautifully. Easy walk to all of the restaurants and the beach literally 3 minute walk away. Will I return ? Oh yes.

Beautiful people, beautiful location , beautiful property good breakfast option, my wife lost her iPhone in parking we thought we lost in restaurant but it was on parking lot , one of the staff found it and give it reception. I miss this place already, i have got good memories because of these people. You gonna love their sleepers ☺️ i loved krabi and this resort ❤️ .

Our stay at Pakasai Resort was wonderful! The staff is friendly and courteous. The location is convenient - a true 5 minute walk to the beach. Our room was very comfortable - it was the perfect place to come back to after a day of swimming in the ocean. Krabi is magical - the people are wonderful and kind and it is the perfect place to slow down and just be. Pakasai was the perfect choice for us!

A very close to nature type of resort. Lots of greeneries and Eco friendly that there's no plastic used in the room. The room is spacious and there's balcony for drying wet clothes. Breakfast is good and offer a mixed varieties of western and local. The staffs are all so friendly and helpful, they accommodate all of our requests. There's a 7-11 just opposite it is so convenience. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Overall a very pleasant experience for the reasonable price. Will definitely be our top choice for accommodation the next time we visit krabi again!

Poor experience for the price. We have stayed at 100’s of hotels across Thailand over the past 10 years and found this to be poor for the cost. We expected a lot more based on their reviews, star rating and cost. One positive was the swimming pool which is large and very nice.

A brilliant place in a great location, we booked to come back the day after checking out! The food is delicious and the staff are helpful and friendly. Only one minor criticism is that the pool closes at 7pm which is too early. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff that were happy to help and also allowed us to leave heavy luggage while we explored the islands. Very spacious room. Nice to have bacon at breakfast 🥓🇬🇧 🥓 Room had a slightly damp smell but some Incense sorted that. Pool closed a little early. All in all a great spot.

Amazing hotel!! The staff was extremely kind and took great care of us! Room was super clean, bed was perfect and do not even get me started about the culinary offers! The restaurant and cafe are outstanding. The food and drinks were super delicious, loved the Happy Hour too!!! Go eat here!
