One of the worst resorts I have visited till date. Thailand is known for their hospitality and sweet people . However you visit this hotel and you will be surprised at how the staff at the hotel behave. Very rude front desk and staff. Made us wait for more than 2 hrs despite we reaching the hotel on time . They were not even apologetic about it . The rooms are just average. The resort is very close to the beach . And also their breakfast spread was an absolute disaster. I have been to cheaper hotels and had better breakfast options. But for the price they are charging you in this hotel the facilities provided , the staffs service attitude and the quality of food is below standards. We made a big mistake by choosing to stay at this terrible property in Krabi. Kindly avoid this hotel by all means possible if you are in Krabi . The hotel staff shouldn't forget the fact that it's the guests whom they have to cater and make them feel comfortable. I would have given a negative 100 Rating for the staffs attitude at this hotel .

Rooms were very clean and spacious and the balconies were huge… shame about breakfast, it felt like food had been reheated from previous days as was very soggy and tasted bad, we wouldn’t expect this to be happening in a 5 star resort.

Long line at reception on a Monday because they didn’t have enough staff. Room was not ready, made us buy expensive 50Baht water as we were stuck waiting too long to check in. Terrible sewer smell in room from bathroom fan. Mosquitos in room like crazy, pool only open till 6 PM. Went to enjoy breakfast and they didn’t have us registered as paying so it took 3 staff members about 5 minutes to figure out how to accept cash and how to give me a receipt as they made me wait embarrassingly at the top of the steps instead of letting me sit and enjoy breakfast after I already paid while they figured out how to accept cash and give a receipt 🤦🏻‍♂️. Then another frustrating conversation in Thai and more time wasted for my wife when she joined me. Worst off, rude staff who aren’t even apologetic and treated us like we were trying to scam free breakfast 😡 Breakfast ended up not being that good. Basic selection of coffee, didn’t bother refilling fruit or strawberry yogurt when my wife came to eat. Slow table cleaning service, no coffee refill or any type of service at table. Now more time wasted talking to reception to recoup the cash we had to pay for a breakfast we already paid for during booking! This is our honeymoon, your job is to make that enjoyable with good, competent service, not waste our precious time. The picture is of the unsafe sidewalk where the walking bridge has evidently been removed, which you don’t find out till you walk up to go to the reception from the pool bar. Location is great and a Beautiful facility (see pictures), high price that we paid expecting high quality services that we did not receive. I am sad to say, the worst resort for price, that I’ve been at in Thailand and in my extensive traveling experience. Could be the 5⭐️ it claims to be with much MUCH better customer service.

The hotel's location is fairly accessible. It is located on the main street, close to the commercial districts of Ao Nang Krabi. The hotel's front desk was quite welcoming and polite. The hotel service was extremely courteous and friendly. The rooms were immaculate and contemporary. The breakfast was great and offered a variety of options. The price was quite competitive, and the quality of everything was excellent. The beach, restaurants, and stores are all within a few minutes' walk. I will stay here again if I return to Ao Nang Krabi.

Our expectations were not met. I can’t see why this hotel is categorized as a 5 star resort. On the positive side the hotel grounds are nice and the pool and slides are fun for the kids. It’s located in a pretty touristy area of town. Our pool view family room was spacious and clean, but pretty dated and is in need of some updates. Breakfast buffet had a good selection but quality of the food could be better. Overall just ok, as long as you don’t expect a 5 stars resort you will be fine.

This was a huge DISAPPOINTMENT for my family and I. We stayed at this hotel 6 years ago and had a terrific time with our family that we wanted to go back. But it seems that the ownership has been changed and the service and food have declined. The only reason I’m giving 2 starts is because of the comfortable rooms. But at the first floor, by the elevators there’s a horrible smell from the sewer. For a 5 star hotel you expect great service at the pool. But there’s no service. For the kids, there isn’t any activities and the kids club was disorganized with a moldy smell. You could tell that it hasn’t been cleaned in ages! And the worst part was breakfast. It lacks options and the service is terrible. I can understand some Thai and some staff were making fun of their guests. Avoid this hotel!

Booked on their own site and within 8 hours, my new credit card which has not been used anywhere else, got used in a fraudulent transaction in Brazil. Their website and booking process is unsafe. So, it does not give any good assurance about the property. I immediately raised the issue with the hotel on email but no response or acknowledgment. Try to avoid this place.

We got room upgrade to ocean view private pool room. Room was clean and spacious, service was very nice. Hotel pool is big with different sections, kids pool was nice. Although the pool in the room was not heated and water was cold, I know it’s weird for Thailand but those were rainy days. I got this free upgrade so I should not complain. Overall hotel is good. I would book it again if I visit krabi in future.

Well the location is good. The property is beautiful. The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are small, the washroom was okay, sometimes the flush did not work and was leaking. Kudos to the cleaning staff for helping there. Coming to the problems, well first breakfast, limited options, poor taste and no variation. The room service menu itself is very limited and could have more options. A decent but could have been a better stay!!

The service was terribly poor. Rooms were not ready even after check in time. We booked 5 rooms 4 months in advance. Food at breakfast buffet was poor in quality. Rooms are not made up even after calling front desk and house keeping twice daily. Room service food quality was poor. I stayed in this resort previously under Holiday Inn management, and it was so much better. Good location and family-friendly resort is the only positives

For the first time in my life i have experienced the unquestionable beauty of the place where we enjoy the gift of our mother earth in the most extravagant gift of nature. this is one of the best! Its the perfect place for families, lovers and friends! to visit with! Rooms and bathrooms are so clean! Amenities is so good to fathom! You cant ask no more but wished to stay here for the rest of your life!😃😃😃

Nice location. Nice , cozy & safe rooms with an extra bed already there in all rooms. Hard & soft foam beds both there. Appreciable & thoughtful. Reception could be little more kind & soft spoken. Service could improve to higher levels. Food & cleanliness is nice. Overall very good to stay.

⚠ WARNING WARNING WARNING ⚠ Our money was stolen from the locked safe at the hotel! Because of the rains, serious leaks started in all the rooms and we had to change rooms. While we were on a day trip, the hotel staff packed our things without our permission and moved us to another room. When we returned from the trip, they brought us a key to a new room. Confused, we went to the new room and saw that all our things were there except for the things that were in the safe. We immediately went to check the safe in the previous room but our code did not work, the reception staff came and opened the safe with a master code (very simple), we found out that the contents of the safe were there except for the dollars. We filed a complaint with the police but the hotel staff accused us of lying/lost. In addition, the hotel is not properly maintained. We moved three rooms due to the leaks. We left very disappointed and without any compensation/attempt for help. Recommend to stay away from this hotel! מלון גרוע לא להתקרב!

A well-maintained property with nice view and a beautiful lawn (especially for kids). Staffs are very much polite and professional, checkin procedure is smooth. Rooms are well decorated with necessary requirements, and most importantly private balconies for each room. Price wise rooms are bit costly. Charge for children more than 5 yrs of age is taken during the booking. But the service and amenities somehow fills the cost. Food is a bit spicy, and much costly. Overall the property can be recommended for a family stay.

Everything was so perfect!! Stayed for 3 nights, wish i got more. We got upgraded to a room withe pool access and it was fantastic experience, but the pool view room are also great. Very much recommended. Has a great gym, slides in the pool and wonderful kids club . Also a great breakfast. I will definitely return to this hotel.

The highlights of the hotel are definitely its location, amenities and the pool area. The pool is large, beautifully maintained, and an ideal place to relax and unwind. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities such as a well-equipped gym, a cozy lounge area, and a restaurant serving delicious meals. However, there was a significant downside to my stay – a persistent bad smell emanating from the bathroom in my room. Despite our complaints, the issue wasn't fully resolved during my stay, which was disappointing and impacted the overall comfort.

The stay experience was really pathetic at this hotel. The staff training is terrible. The cleaning is horrible. We booked 4 rooms around 3 months before our stay. Firstly the rooms were not given together. Secondly the rooms are stinking badly. Upon confornting the reception, they have no solution to any of the problems. There are ants on the tables in the room. Rooms are in pathetic condition. Room phones are not working. The house keeping staff does not respond to problems. The reception staff has no solution to any of the problems. We had booked 4 rooms and there are problems in each and every room and none of the room could be said to be in a perfect condition. We overall we had a terrible experience at this property. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. I have stayed in many hotels, but this was the worst experience I ever faced.

Hotel with very nice swimming pools. And the room at the pool level was great location. However it smelled humidity so much. This was terrible smell. Also the staff was not very friendly. Mainly at check out when we showed our voucher with 10% discount on food. It seems nobody wanted to apply it or was aware of it. Hopefully this was applied after almost 20min waiting for some other staff to join and explanation. But in general good location close to the beach and nice pools.

The location of the hotel is awesome just near the beach. 7-eleven shop is also very near. Any time you may go outside the hotel & enjoy the Aonang beach. The rooms are clean. We got a free upgradation to pool view room. The view of the room is beautiful. We faced a problem about the room that was a bit wet but after reporting it to staff that was solved quickly. We have become disappointed about the breakfast. Maximum of the item was bread and very less rice. We could not enjoy the breakfast properly. Juices were too good. Overall it was an enjoyable stay because of the environment calm & cool vibe.

Nice sea view at the restaurant, the kids enjoyed in the swimming pool, good service provided from the staffs.Agoda website said they are newly renovated. We stayed here for 4 nights, amazing! However the kids club, tea tree spa, fitness centre are all closed due to Covid

Excellent room. Brilliant location. Friendly staff!! The entire concept of the resort is very family & couple friendly. The pool area is great, especially the slides for the kids and the pool bar for the parents. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location of the property is best as beach, local shops, market and restaurants are nearby within walking distance. Pool view within the resort is awesome. Plenty of good restaurants, small shops and two night markets in walking distance. Small tour booking agent right outside the resort in front of the family mart. Icing on the cake was I got an upgraded room with balcony as I’m a Holiday Inn Member.

Lovely property, friendly and outgoing staff, room was nice and well oriented. We had a lovely balcony, and strangely the balconies were open to one another on either side. We paid extra to have the morning breakfast buffet, the food was delicious and there was a wide variety of cuisine to choose from plus fresh fruit. Two pools, one for the party and one for relaxing. All around a wonderful resort.

The resort is about half a kilometer away from beach and does not have any views of the beach. Nice property but their services are extremely poor. You should expect service like Holiday Inn Express in this resort. The rooms are at a height and you'll need to trek a little bit to reach out to your rooms. Overall the rooms were spacious with all facilities but they don't provide more than one coffee pouch per day and give only 2 half litre water bottles per day.

The location is top notch. Right across the road from the beach. You could get out from the hotel and walk either direction for eating joints and watering holes. The hotel itself is a little old with an odd floor plan. It's tough to get to some rooms as the access to your room is not very clear. The hotel is clean but some of the equipment did not work (like the room phone, the lock to the patio door). However, you are on vacation and those things shouldn't matter, right?

Awesome property to stay at. Completely safe, hygienic, enjoyable location. Must stay hotel if you are with your kids and family. Beautiful swimming pool with all facilities. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. Restaurant is too big. Nice garden and most importantly the hotel is sea facing. The view is fabulous.

Another example of how resorts look better in pictures. The view from the balcony was a canal. Not so romantic considering the fact that it was a honeymoon trip. The room I got was disappointing but I guess that has to be blamed on the travel agents because there were poolside rooms as well. My wife was constantly complaining about how the room didn't have a hairdryer. Might wanna consider including that in rooms considering the fact that its a 4-star property near the beach. Giving 4 stars only because of the amazing breakfast and the nice and polite staffs. :)

Great location across the street from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Clean rooms …… great landscape and facilities with a gym and pools. The traditional / local food / restaurant options at the hotel are not great but those are just footsteps away. The staff is over the top nice and helpful. Thank you! Be sure to grab food at kodam restaurant down the street as you will not regret it

Check in process was smooth despite coming in with a large group of 17 . Staff was helpful n friendly. Like to point out staff New who was very helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet spread was reasonably good with an array of choices. Only set back was the rooms was a bit far but within walking distance. Would consider coming back here for the third time on the next trip to Krabi.

Hotel is good from infrastructure stand point. Rooms are spacious, cosy and well furnished. The 2 Pools are the best part of this property. Location wise it's at good spot. However, the staff is not so courteous, kind of indifferent. No customer delight. The restaurant is very basic, with very limited menu options, and taste wise not so impressive. The morning breakfast buffet is complete waste, with no variety. They served exactly same menu for 3 consecutive days.

The property is nice. Nice pools for kids to enjoy. Rooms facing the beach/pool are good. F&B service at least this time was far to be good. Breakfast a bit disorganized and items running out of availability pretty quickly like the very basic coffee and fruits. Yet, I recommend the hotel and would definitely return.

Everything is good except Garden View rooms. They must mention these rooms are as Jungle/Forest view instead of Garden View. Otherwise amazing place to be. Service is great.

Not the best. Nice pool access room, breakfast was good. It’s a good base for day trips. It’s across the street from a “low tide only” beach. Lots of nearby restaurants are COVID closed.

We booked via agoda as we saw an indoor playground available. But upon arrival, got to know that it was closed. That was the 1st disappointment. The next disappointment was the hotel was full with Indian guest. Not being racist but it seems like they have too many people in one room. The whole hotel was filled with them and making so much noise throughout the day and night. Hotel staff should do something and not them overpower. Overall, the room, the pool and location was OK.
