Long
line
at
reception
on
a
Monday
because
they
didnât
have
enough
staff.
Room
was
not
ready,
made
us
buy
expensive
50Baht
water
as
we
were
stuck
waiting
too
long
to
check
in.
Terrible
sewer
smell
in
room
from
bathroom
fan.
Mosquitos
in
room
like
crazy,
pool
only
open
till
6
PM.
Went
to
enjoy
breakfast
and
they
didnât
have
us
registered
as
paying
so
it
took
3
staff
members
about
5
minutes
to
figure
out
how
to
accept
cash
and
how
to
give
me
a
receipt
as
they
made
me
wait
embarrassingly
at
the
top
of
the
steps
instead
of
letting
me
sit
and
enjoy
breakfast
after
I
already
paid
while
they
figured
out
how
to
accept
cash
and
give
a
receipt
đ¤Śđťââď¸.
Then
another
frustrating
conversation
in
Thai
and
more
time
wasted
for
my
wife
when
she
joined
me.
Worst
off,
rude
staff
who
arenât
even
apologetic
and
treated
us
like
we
were
trying
to
scam
free
breakfast
đĄ
Breakfast
ended
up
not
being
that
good.
Basic
selection
of
coffee,
didnât
bother
refilling
fruit
or
strawberry
yogurt
when
my
wife
came
to
eat.
Slow
table
cleaning
service,
no
coffee
refill
or
any
type
of
service
at
table.
Now
more
time
wasted
talking
to
reception
to
recoup
the
cash
we
had
to
pay
for
a
breakfast
we
already
paid
for
during
booking!
This
is
our
honeymoon,
your
job
is
to
make
that
enjoyable
with
good,
competent
service,
not
waste
our
precious
time.
The
picture
is
of
the
unsafe
sidewalk
where
the
walking
bridge
has
evidently
been
removed,
which
you
donât
find
out
till
you
walk
up
to
go
to
the
reception
from
the
pool
bar.
Location
is
great
and
a
Beautiful
facility
(see
pictures),
high
price
that
we
paid
expecting
high
quality
services
that
we
did
not
receive.
I
am
sad
to
say,
the
worst
resort
for
price,
that
Iâve
been
at
in
Thailand
and
in
my
extensive
traveling
experience.
Could
be
the
5âď¸
it
claims
to
be
with
much
MUCH
better
customer
service.
