Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and decent Thai food.

Just an absolute disaster. If you chose to stay here, especially with all the options that are available in Ao nang you have only yourself to blame. There is no isolation in the rooms. You will hear even the most silent whisper of your neighbours and they in return can hear every little thing that you do. Privacy does not exist in this hotel. It is the most crazy thing I have experienced in a long long time. A hotels job is to provide you with a good night sleep and being able to sleep is 100% IMPOSSIBLE if the rooms next to you are occupied. It is absolutely WILD how there simply is no isolation. EVERY word spoken in the other rooms you can hear.. Beyond that the WiFi structurally cuts out and disappears. The solution is to come down to the lobby and use the wifi there: Its 2022, if you are unable to provide reliable wifi inside the rooms (especially rooms with 0 isolation) you arnt worthy of being called a hotel. All in all this was an absolute disaster stay as I simply did not get ANY sleep on the day where I needed sleep the most. Utterly disappointed by this Ibis Styles hotel as I usually have good experiences as Ibis hotels.

Good hotel and staff. Provided us early check in and late check out in free. Beautiful pool area right next to the cliffs. Rooms are small and do not have a closed cupboard. Good breakfast but suggestion- dont start removing your breakfast spread when the time is over if the guests are still seated.

Hotel is not on the beach but they have pretty convenient shuttle service which runs every hour. Swimming pool area is pretty picturesque. I am a vegetarian and found breakfast buffet satisfactory, however, it can be improved. Rooms are pretty small but well managed. Bed is comfy and rooms/washrooms were clean. Staff is courteous as well. I arrived hotel early and was given room as soon as it was available. After that there was a small issue in my room where balcony door wasn't opening, they were prompt in fixing that issue. Only downside other than small rooms is drinking water. You need to go out to get water. Hotel provides only 1 litre of drinking water for two people per day. After that they charge an exorbitant. I find it absurd, they should either give free drinking water or sell at market price.

Good hotel overall. Breakfast is quite poor if you're vegetarian. Reception staff are good. Breakfast staff do not come across that welcoming on average. Evening F&B staff are top class in terms of attitude, enthusiasm/work ethic and in terms of professionalism. The restaurant is affordable and I'm glad to see VAT and service charge are included for most F&B matters. Rooms are small. Bathrooms are on the smaller end too - not a fan of the toilet at all to be completely honest. It's oddly cramped and the window just seems out of place and doesn't serve its typical purpose of making the room seem bigger very well. Location is not *the* best but the beach is still walkable from here.

I recently stayed at an incredible resort that exceeded all my expectations. The amenities were top-notch, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the scenery was breathtaking. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. I highly recommend this resort for an unforgettable vacation. Very near to the beach.

Nice hotel near the entrance to Krabi main road. Very convenient to all the places. Clean rooms and has all facilities. We didn't take the breakfast package and that was the right call as it looked like they had no major options except upma and bread for vegetarians. Rest others no complains or issues with Ibis.

Great hotel in a good location. Rooms are nice and modern, breakfast is pretty good, and views are great! There’s a pool, a pool table, a massage hut, and a bar in the lobby that does coffees and shakes, too.

First impression - Booked through thrillophilia. Very good, clean rooms, friendly staff. View from the room is really good, separate swimming pool for children and adults. Breakfast was complimentary., And it was worth, lot of options to choose from evg to nonveg, followed by coffee, fruits etc. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Overall very good experience

Nice hotel with all needed facilities. But the room a bit small. Near to mosque and halal food place, just a short walking distance, good for Muslim travellers.

Amazing hotel , at an amazing location. Just 5-7 mins walk to the ao nang beach. Has a well maintained swimming pool with great view. Rooms are small but still good enough. Overall great stay for the price.

Thoroughly enjoyed my short stay here. Service was top notch, drinks were nice, pool lovely after a hot day and is open a little later than other hotels I’ve been to. Nice view from the room, good selection of welcome drinks, concierge took our luggage to the room which is something I haven’t experienced in years. I’d agree that the room is a tad small but I wasn’t here to spend my time in the room and it had everything I needed without having the toilet and shower open onto the bedroom like some of the other Thai ibis styles. Area is lively enough with market stalls and such in the evening, obviously a bit of a walk to the beach and main attractions that Ao Nang offers. With that in mind, their shuttle to the beach could have been a bit more often but I put this down to it being low season as pictures online showed it much more frequently. Would gladly stay again

Very good hotel. Very clean room. Breakfast was very good with various foods . Nice swimming pool with the beautiful limestone mountain view . Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Especially, Muk , she have sent me items which is I forgot in the hotel.

Rooms were a bit small but it had almost all amenities. Breakfast and room service was also good. The property is located within 1km from ao nang beach. The street to the beach has multiple restaurants and shops. The mountain view from the room balcony was very beautiful and makes the stay worth.

We stayed 2 days at Ibis Style Krabi. It was a pleasant experience. Rooms are neat and clean with a balcony. Staffs were friendly with a good service. Its worth for the money.

We always stay here when coming for a night stay in Krabi.. Rooms are good, small balcony to top it up.. Sit outside and enjoy the weather .. Front office staff is helpful and ever smiling .. cheering Sawasdee Krub from a distance with radiant smiles .. Breakfast was good .. Will come back again !!

We only came here to eat, something that was ordered online, so I can't say anything about the rooms. The food was good, nice service. They could also serve a good wine, something that is not a matter of course here, especially not when you are in the Muslim stronghold. The hotel is 1.2 km from the water and there is good local transport right at the door.

A great pet friendly hotel :) staff were friendly and helpful too. The rooms were smaller size than expected, however it's clean. The swimming pool was well maintained too. It's near the main road but not noisy at night. Will recommend for pet owners to stay here!

great experience with superb staffs. the room itself is rather small. but the staffs are EXCEPTIONAL. they helped me arrange a pick up to the pier for a tour that I already booked (due to language / phone number i cannot reach the tour agent directly) The breakfast is decent for the price. Great view if you happen to get the one facing the cliffs.

I had a very nice stay. When traveling for work worldwide I try to seek out Accor group hotels for they simplicity & uniformity. This Ibis Styles is clearly not meant for business travellers but had everything i needed, although room is small. Bed, linens, all comfortable. Staff friendly, checkin fast, pool nice. Reusable glass water bottles used and no plastics were appreciated. Although I would like to see a water filter system for filling own bottles as the bottles provided were not enough. But next time in Ao Nang I will stay again.

Happy with hotel. Very clean. Staff friendly. Rooms adequate if a little small. No storage at all. Breakfast good. Overall good review except I had 3 swimming costumes disappear from my room( thank god I had one on!!!) and when reported I didn’t feel staff were bothered.

Good Hotel on a hill side,wonderful views from the room. Unfortunately they are only serving breakfasts. Lunch and dinner are not available and can't get good foods outside either.

Rooms are quite small, but spotlessly clean. Air-conditioned. and very friendly helpfull staff. Very cheap accomodation.

The hotel is really nice but the location is bit far from the beach. Not a major issue as there are so many food options are available nearby walking distance.

I would like to thank Ibis Style team who supported us during our stay. My friend and I were happy with everything at Ibis Style. We love breakfast and lunch here. The room is amazing with a beautiful garden view. I don't have any complaints about my stay. I will be back for more nights at Ibis Style. Thanks again Ibis Style team. You did make my stay wonderful.

The room is just average. The breakfast has limited options (Asian breakfast) the pool closes early. It would have been nice if it was extended a bit longer. The bathroom has only a shampoo other toiletries are missing which unfortunately I didn't bring lotion and others coz travelled by plane and expected to use one from the hotel.

Clean rooms and nice staff, but kids begin running amok at the pool before 7 am. Forget about sleeping in. Early wake up whether you like it or not. Why do they open the pool so early? I guess this place is great if you come with a bunch of noisy kids. Childless adults might want to find a different hotel.

This place is a fantastic hotel. Great breakfast, polite waiting and reception staff and clean rooms. The beds are super comfortable and the pool is a very nice addition to the atmosphere of the place. I would highly recommend this place if you plan to stay in Ao Nang, Krabi.

Very nice hotel. Different from other Ibis hotels, because they have bell boy and in room dining also. Others don't. Pet friendly like all Ibis hotels. Very nice breakfast, nice pool, and efficient and helpful staff. Central location, with many facilities nearby. But as a place Krabi is third-rate. Nothing works. Boring place!

Great service since front seat till cleaning. All staffs are kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my solo trip in Krabi and stayed there.
