When the hotel was still quite new I must have been here for the first time about 10 years ago. I came here often over the years until shortly before covid. How delightful to be here again! Most hotels really suffered a lot and have been badly neglected over the past 3 years - not so Dee Andaman! The high quality and timeless designed building - outside and inside - now pays out. The room is lovely, quiet with a big comfy bed. Great service by a charming staff. Breakfast with real coffee and fresh fruits; super important to me! The location is sure top and in walking distance to the river and downtown. My all time favorite in Thailand! Eva

I like walking so didn’t mind it was quite a walk away from everything. The room was perfect for me in terms of size and amenities. The room was quite dark and poorly lit from the evening onwards, we spent the days on trips so when we got back it would be dark, and the room furniture and paint didn’t help this. Breakfast was quite limited but fresh fruit was available and sufficed. I still enjoyed my time here and it was my favourite hotel during my stay in Thailand.

What a great find! We booked last minute and wanted somewhere with a pool. The price was very reasonable for a lovely big room and breakfast included. It was a little walk from the town centre (about 15 mins) but a free shuttle was provided by the hotel several times a day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, everything we wanted for our stay.

Highly reccomend. Great service, landlord is the nicest we have met and speaks good english. Hotel has great facilities, cozy rooms, breakfast options, private parking, vehicle and motorbikes rental services. Good price and good, quite location in Krabi town, 5 minutes from the pier. Had a very pleasent stay and even left with a few presents from the owner.

Best hotel staff, very helpful, friendly, english speaking and fair. I totally recommend staying at this hotel. Has also a swimming pool, very telaxing back yard and a variety of food for breakfast. 16 min walk to city center, very pristine and quiet neighborhood. Keep up the good work!

A charming hotel with spacious rooms, good breakfast and a very hospitable manager who truly wants you to feel like a guest, not a customer. There are, of course, some little downsides like the humidity in bathrooms or dirty neighboring pieces of land, but the hotel itself is perfect for a comfortable, peaceful stay. I would gladly stay here again.

I can't tell the hotel used to be a nice place, staff are friendly and helpful. It's unfortunate that the building is as old and in such a state of disrepair, great value still just hope it gets some touch ups soon. Again lovely staff.

Nice hotel, but it could use a refresh. Airco is loud and the pool water is green. Staff is very friendly and breakfast is nice.

Remember to wear your helmet and bring a license

Dee Andaman was the best decision and experience among all my adventures at different places in one month in Thailand. The owner is beyond humble and kind. His gestures and hospitality are oriented with concerns about the guests more than monetary approach. It has superb breakfast quality, beautiful staff members always willing to help. Bikes are in good conditions and conveniently accessible by the hotel. Nearby has a river front trail and a public park, for morning walk or an evening stroll. Privacy is also highly prioritised. Nothing negative about the hotel. Definitely my first Go To Hotel for the next trip in Krabi.

We stayed for 2 nights, rooms were spacious and place was very clean. Staff was helpful, swimming pool was clean and operational. It's little away from city center but u can walk for 1 km to reach river side, or black crab. It's at end of Krabi and near to port which makes it silent and peaceful. Food hygiene was not maintained as both days while having breakfast we noticed ants near food which we had to report it to staff. They should regularly check it when guests are having the food to avoid such experiences. Overall, value for money and view from rooms were amazing...Mountain facing rooms.

I had an amazing one night stay (sad I couldn’t stay longer!). The hotel is in a nice and quiet location 5mins drive from the centre. The staff are very attentive and willing to help you with anything any time. The breakfast was also awesome. Great choice of Asian and western food. The cherry on the top was actually the beautiful boutique design (which is not really common in Thailand). If I’m around Krabi, I’ll definitely e staying again!

Sabai sabai 😊 Very friendly people. Good food and shuttle service to the airport. I enjoyed the pool. It's a bit far to walk from there to the river or the next 7 Eleven.

Excellent value. Staff were all fantastic. Very helpful. Excellent deals on scooter rental, daytrips, transfers etc. Good food and pool. Quiet location 10 min walk to town. Pleased we stayed in krabi and not ao nang. More relaxed and fantastic night markets. 100% recommended

Dee Andaman Hotel is located in a quiet area just 10 a minute walk away from Krabi night market. For the accomodation price I think this hotel is exceptional. We had a comfortable, even though bit outdated room with great view of sunset above limestone rocks. The staff was perfectly organized, spoke english well and even prepared us tasty sandwiches because we had to leave before breakfast started. Only minus: the AC is really loud, its good to have some earplugs with you.

Really nice hotel, very beautiful. We had a big room which was comfortable. Quiet area. A bit out of center but you can walk there. And the bus to Ao Nang/from bus station (not to) stops 10 meters away. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Speaks good english. Nice swimming pool, where we could cool off. I used it a couple of times and I was alone which was really nice. Breakfast is good, they bring you fresh juice and omelet and there is a buffet and real coffee. Though the hotel is very pretty, some things are a bit old. We did not mind.

Really lovely, spacious hotel in a quieter area just a short walk away from the water and markets. 7-11 and bus stop just round the corner too. Room was large and clean with a beautiful view. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful!

We stayed one night at this hotel to catch the early boat to Phi Phi, and it is charming with nice clean rooms, the whole hotel decorated in Thai style with lovely wood that gives it character. And the breakfast was basic but perfect- western food (eggs, bacon, toast) as well as some Thai dishes (chicken & rice soup, rice & pandan in banana leaf, etc). And the ladies of the staff are lovely, always smiling and trying to speak English to us which we appreciate.

Fantastic budget hotel, it's nice and quiet and it's only a short walk to the river. The rooms are very comfortable and a good size, with a nice en-suite. You can book all your trips from here and hire a scooter. It's all very easy. A very good selection for breakfast and the restaurant food was very nice. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay. Highly recommended.

In terms of price and quality this has been my best experience in Thailand. Manager is very kind and helpful.

Very clean and nice room with a great princess bed. Also during covid nothing to claim. Close to the pier, the staff helped us to find out when the next ferry to phi phi leaves.

This is a 4 star property at Krabi. Staff and reception people are good and cooperative to some extent. Having complimentary shuttle service to town at fixed timing. Food options are limited including complimentary breakfast. Rooms are very good with all the modern amenities. Location is also very good. Krabi is an island and a dream destination. Hotel staff should be more courteous and friendly. Family stay possible.

All the way from Malaysia for vacation, Room was big n clean, but bit outdated. Hot water totally out, during taking shower hot water suddenly came out as ice water, I stayed there for 4day, and this problem occurred for all 4days,no action taken by hotel management. Water dropped out from aircond, luckily my bed bit far from aircond, so the water dropped down. Breakfast taste nice. Last day of our stay there, my husband go down 6.50am for eat breakfast, but the guy at the counter came n chase my husband like dog telling that only 7am u can eat breakfast here, its so rude, just 10min time difference, he can told that in a good manner but... Worst thing, everything far away from this hotel, town, pub, happening area, beach, everything far...

Great hotel and value. Happy was great and so was the wing dipping sauce. Pool was clean and refreshing, definitely recommend the 1st level swim up room if you're staying for a while. No early check in but accommodating. If you're climbing then Only go to spider climbing as you can try on your equipment. ALL the climbing companies share the same instructor's. Lastly, when you purchase your ferry ticket be sure to take a picture of the receipt, we lost ours and had to buy 2 :( as they "lost" the carbon copy.

Pretty nice hotel with very clean rooms (perfectly clean floor) and nice staff. Refreshing swimming pool with lights, where you can swim any time. Comfortable location - closest 7/11 is in 6 min walk. Sky roof bar is closed at the moment.

The Dee Andaman Hotel is quite nice, a large entrance well maintained leads to beautiful rooms. Maybe the bathroom could be a little better but overall the room is nice. The service was always very polite to us and tried to accommodate all our needs although the room came with no toilet paper and even though we asked for it they never brought it to the room. We had to go down to the reception to get it... Apart from that, the hotel is nice and includes a breakfast which is quite good (not awesome though)
