Generally we have chose this hotel due itself great location, simply get off to downtown and market by foot couple mins. Room basically is clean and functional as same budget hotel as it shall be, but at least having a landline easily to call out desk if any assistance needed. TV remove is kind of mess that it been 2 sets as we thought it out of service.. Anyways you got what you really paid for but service of mindset at desk really needs more greets and smiles..

3.5/5 eh. this isn't an insult though. here. i'm an avid hop inn stayer and i've been to probably 5 or more locations around the country. this one is the least clean and most worn down so far out of all the branches. that is not to say it is not clean. still probably almost the cleanest out of all the competitors at this price, and being the least clean for hop inn is still quite clean. my gripe being the remotes and wall. floor and bedding are fantastic as expected. plenty of parking. location quite walkable by hop inn standard (which usually is in car-dependent locations, but this one is somewhat walkable). quiet location. very comfortable bed. another downside, at least in my room, the wifi was very shotty. not really workable by today's standard and unusual for hop inn which usually has fantastic wifi.

I’m the member of hop inn very easy to book and get the room that I prefer, staff are ok no issue with them as the hotel concept.

A suitable budgetary hotel to spend a safly night and wake up to continue your own activities in the next morning. Clean, quite, safe and easy to stay were my experience.

Everything is good at HOP INN, except that the shower pipe is very short and not friendly to the elderly and disabled people.

I was on a bike tour of southern Thailand. Spend 2 days in Krabi. Off course the real action is at Au Nang beach.

Pristine rooms , lovely receptionist, great free coffee in reception , the beds are soooooooooo comfy . Thai beds are usually so hard but these are amazingly soft

It's a budget hotel so you get what you pay for but I did pay just a little more and got a place to stay a lot better. So yeah. The rooms are very basic, the size of it is too small, the ac were probably not cooling and there were no kettle or anything of that sort to make tea or coffee. Well you get a bed to sleep on at a fine rate.

Price is ok , quiet , Suitable for bringing your own car ,I have business with the court , If there is no car, suggest asking for a bus number. in order to go anywhere easily ...everything is very good but worried about soundproofing, because the echo is very loud

This is our go-to hotel chain for cheap overnight stays when we are on the road. Same room layout, nice rooms, very small balcony, cheap and cheerful. Also this one is very handy to the pier to Phi Phi, so if you arrive in Krabi the night before en route to Phi Phi it's a good option. Food market and 7-elevens in walking distance.

Hop Inn standard, has 2 buildings, enough car park. Location fits for travelers with vehicle, close to city center.

The staffs are very kind and helpful, Location is good , in the center of Krabi Town , Only they don't have hair dreyer and the TV channels have only main channels , not many choices But overall is ok and value for money

Dusty floor, plug next to bed didn't work and trouble connecting to the wifi. 600 bath for a room in those conditions is to much. There are better places in town like white pearl hotel.

The room is very clean, we change towels every day and a free bottle of mineral water every day. The reception is young people, they have experience, of course they are very nice and respect the tourist. In the morning from 7 to 11 there are free drinks, e.g. coffee. It is close to the Evelen 7 store and other store. Free parking. General are very good. If you're looking for good accommodation, I'll tell you, I recommend it here. regards Kamil F.

Very clean hotel. Comfortable bed and pillow. Away from noisy streets. Free spacious car park. 3 mins walk to 7/11. 6 mins walk to weekend night market. Good service. Easy check in n out. Free coffee in the morning. Microwave n hot water are provided at lobby. Highly recommended.
