The experience was truly exceptional! The hotel was impeccably clean and maintained, creating a comfortable environment. However, what truly made our stay remarkable was Parry—an outstanding host who went above and beyond. Parry's warmth and friendliness made her one of the best hosts I've ever encountered. She not only provided valuable guidance about the area but also made us feel incredibly welcome. Reena, the culinary wizard behind our delicious breakfast and beverages, deserves special mention. Her culinary skills were truly impressive, and her service was accompanied by a radiant smile that added to our overall enjoyment. The attention to detail in her cooking and serving made our mornings delightful. Kudos to the diligent housekeeping team, RoR and Bai, who ensured our rooms were spotless. The welcoming and efficient check-in experience provided by AI and Girf was the perfect start to our stay. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Krabi.

Thanks you to Ailada for good hospitality☺️ Although the vegetarian options are very less for breakfast, they can include grilled sandwich,some vegetable oats or fries,veg burger in the breakfast to make it easy for vegetarians. The swimming pool is also nice and clean. Also i liked the fact that this hotel is dog friendly and let dogs stay inside hotel premises in heavy rains. Such a nice gesture ! I will rate this hotel 9/10. 1 point deducted due to no vegetarian food option . Rest everything great especially the balcony attached with every room.

Possibly whe hotel experience of my life. Couldn't use the balcony sue to the same of human waste coming from sewer system outside. The worst mannered hotel ever

The hotel is nice decorated, the room is clean, bed is comfortable. nice staff. Location is great. Minus point is that there are a lot of mosquitos in the room.

It was amazing experience staying in this hotel for 4 days..the location is great and near to the beach ,rooms are big and has amazing view..and special thanks to Ai, parry and gift to being so friendly and making our time in the hotel really enjoyable.

Staff are awesome specially Receptionist called Perry 💖, I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean and wide. Very quite and nice for couples. Easy access to too many Halal shops. Down the building many of fasciitis like wash mashine, touring offices, exchange, near to night market, neat Ao Nang beach, has touring plans.

I recently stayed at Mariner Express Ao Nang Krabi hotel, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the cleaning standards were severely lacking, with noticeable issues throughout the premises. Secondly, the hotel seemed understaffed, resulting in poor service quality. The room I was provided with was not only moldy but also emitted a persistent unpleasant odor. Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of service quality and the apparent negligence of management responsibilities. Additionally, the absence of facilities and an unappealing swimming pool further diminished the overall experience. Given these issues, I have no intention of returning, and I would caution against choosing this hotel for a long stay. It appears to cater more to short-term backpackers than those seeking a comfortable and enjoyable extended stay.

Staff was helpful but nobody to carry your baggage to room and scary location from outside and less vegetarian options for food ....not at all satisfied. This doesn't look like online images

No stairs, cramped room and very small washroom. Staff is polite but not much help. Beach is walking distance. Surrounded by good halal restaurants. This hotel at best is a 3star. Swimming pool is good.

Does NOT look like the pictures. We got very disappointed - the pool was dirty and accompanied by 4 dogs living on the chairs. The room was dark, almost no hot water, and the Wi-Fi did not work anywhere at the hotel, for any guests. We thought this would be a 4 star hotel but is more like a 2. Way overpriced! The positive thing to say is that the bed was good, and the receptionist was not disagreeing with us and gave us our money back, so we could find another place to stay.

Probably one of the best places to stay in Krabi Ao Nang without a doubt. I highly recommend this place and have stayed there a couple of times

Nice place, very comfy bed and good room faculties/decor. Clean and pleasant stay. Good location and pool is good too, but the area near it doesn’t seem well maintained? I’m sure the wifi is usually good but because of the location of our room it was horrific, on holiday so doesn’t matter too much but still couldn’t stay connected at all even in 2022 lol

I used to be very satisfied but the last 2 visits where a total desaster My first visit there where no towels in the room had to ask 2 times This visit was the worst No water bottels in the room as advertised had to go back to reception to ask I wanted to boil hot water for my medicine the kettle plug did not match the socket again back to reception to ask replacement .. After 20 minutes still no replacement back to reception 😢 ask what happened.... so easy go to a other room and give a kettle from there and later replace the one ...I had to tell the staff what to do ..no excuse no appologie nothing ...I was about to check out ..very unfriendly and not customer orientated. Even the charges are 1000 bath I expect some service .. the management need to do proper training if they want to keep there reputation .

Great value hotel. Rooms are clean, new and great design. The pool is superb. The only flaw is the distance to the beach. But that I already expected. The hotel is adjacent to the mosque, but no need to worry about their morning prayer. You will not be disturbed.

Enjoyed every minute at this hotel that me and my wife extended our stay not once, but twice! Clean, very comfortable and well decorated room - Very comfortable bed and Free mini bar (restocked everyday!). Fabulous choices for breakfast - very tasty options! Outstanding service from all staff, but a special thank you to the reception staff and the cleaners who made our stay here even better! Only a 10 minute walk to the beach; lots of choices for restaurants and food shacks just outside hotel; suitable for all budgets. Well recommend this hotel - we have been travelling all around Thailand for 2 months and by far the best hotel we have stayed in!

Well located with the beach about a kilometre walk on main street and shopping and food places on both sides. Peaceful. Reception and Restaurant are right at the start of the property with rooms on one side. Place has a well maintained pool nestled between trees. And an air-conditioned Gym further on. We stayed at the Villas inside. A tropical oasis. The architecture of the place is interesting. Blends into nature. Accommodation is good. Clean but basic in terms of towels and toiletries so remember to bring your own or buy from outside. We were allotted the Villa 4. A four storey block of rooms on the adjacent property looked onto the deck with the villa. The main corridors of the building faced the villa side. So was impossible to be alone even for a short while. Nevertheless was an interesting place.

The hotel was really nice. We enjoyed the accomodation there. The rooms were very clean! Breakfasts were really nice. Pool was small, but okay. Only one thing was bad about this hotel - it is near to mosque and every morning about 5:00 there was calling to prayer and it was very loudly...

Physically the rooms looks newly renovated with furniture that looks new and good. The area in the rooms were clean and comfortable without any carpet on the floor which makes it cold to walk barefooted in the room. The receptionist need to be trained on customer service as they were not warm in welcoming the guest. They have a condescending tone when talking and sounded very defensive when they were asked. The staff were not very helpful and friendly so needed more training. The reception area needed to be upgraded. Finding food outside the hotel is no problem.
