Hotels in Thailand can be hit and miss, and from my experience the numbers of stars doesn’t equal level of service. We were originally reluctant about this one as it doesn’t look small but we’ve been positively surprised! Great facilities and very helpful staff who are always there for you. Three pools, two connected with the slides for adults and children and one above with a quiet zone. Rooms are spacious and always clean. The gardens are immaculate and full of butterflies. There is plenty of space to park your hired car/scooters and the ladies at reception have a good knowledge of which trips would suit your needs better and are happy to help with the bookings. Location is perfect, close to the town but away from the main drag. We loved it here.

A very beautiful hotel and its services are excellent and there are no defects in it breakfast service is available I wish with all my heart to visit this hotel again, especially since I have beautiful and unforgettable memories in this hotel, which is the first hotel I lived in when I traveled to Thailand

Great staff and really nice family room with 2 single beds downstairs and a double bed upstairs. The aircon worked well so kept our rooms cool throughout. Really enjoyed our stay and was relatively quiet compared to resorts during holidays in Europe so the facilities were never overcrowded. The hotels tour package stand was good and helpful, although I would give the emerald pool and hot spring tour a miss, expensive and a very poor experience, on the other hand the island hopping and snorkeling was excellent as we private hired the long-tail boat and were out all day. Was close to the beach and all facilities needed. And the night markets were great with good street food options. If you need to do any washing I would go over the road as they do it per kilo and do an excellent job. 2 points I would say need to improve are: The pool slide needs updating, can be a bit too fast with quite tight cornering. And buffet breakfast was average but did the job. Just a shame it tried to tailor to the Western pallet too much. There was a bread and pastry selection and bacon was quite chewy. Juices were bad, but I was very happy with the good coffee and some cold water. Breakfast noodles with a fried egg on top was tasty though. Overall I left thoroughly satisfied and would definitely stay again!! :)

Room service is never available. If extra water needed. need to get out of the hotel and buy our self , water was not served even at extra cost housekeeping not up to the mark sugar and Creamer had to be asked for always . Be careful the hotel is rated 4 star but the service is as per 2 or 3 star.

I wasn't thrilled we booked this hotel after reading the reviews but I was very impressed and would definitely stay here again. Fantastic location for great places to eat. I highly recommend Kodam Kitchen which is just outside the hotel. Turn left and then right at the ally way and down the stairs. We were on the 3rd floor and had a family room, which was huge. Breakfast was good with a nice select of hot and cold food and fruit. The private beach was fabulous but you need to book the day before, plus you can take towels with you too just sign them out at reception. We arrived at about 9am after an 11 hour flight and 2.5 hour transfer. Check in wasn't till 12 but the let us check in straight away as our room was ready. Which was really nice of them as I was tired and hungry buy then.

Nice place to stay. The grounds are well kept. Quiet pool and a more active the ne along with a pool bar. Breakfast has a large variety of food. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful. Some of the rooms are a little tired, but all are a good size. Easy access to the main road, about 5-10 minutes walk.

Nice hotel to visit. They are doing some renovation. And its looking good. The pool is a regular one with a bar where you can sit in the water and order a drink. Also there is a zone were no children are allowed. The breakfast has a buffet. With a lot of choice. The rooms looked good. And they have a little view over surtain places of the hotel. The shower was nice. About 7min walk you'll find some kind of shopping street that goes to the seaside. Over there are more shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and check if u need something on regular basis.

The location is between two important beaches, a lot of services in front of the hotel. Nice!

Beautiful pool area with slides, plants around so some shade available. Common areas look smart. Good large rooms but not 4* - encountered a large number of maintenance and cleaning issues. Good choice a breakfast but not convinced on the quality (bacon was inedible and fried eggs rather stuck to server.) Evening meal not great (try Red Chilli up the road) but live music was appreciated. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Great service at the resort. Staff are eager to help. Good facilities(swimming pools/slides, restaurants, gym and spa). Rooms are stunning, spacious and clean as well as well maintained. I guess the only down side I can state would he that he English channels weren't working on the TVs while we were there

We stayed at the hotel for 11 days. We absolutely loved everything about it. The staff very friendly, helpful with every thing. Rooms very nice and clean. Breakfast good, everyone could find something for themselves. Beautiful pools and a slide for older and smaller children. The hotel is about 10-15 min walk from Ao Nang beach. I recommend !

Krabi Thai Village Resort is an excellent retreat option with family and friends in Krabi, Thailand. The resort has excellent food, great service, and an open, airy aura that makes you feel home. Although the rooms could be a little better based on the charge of the restaurant, they still are pretty perked up to give you an enjoyable, comfortable stay.

It’s not exactly what you expect from a resort. There are some rooms without balcony, under the flour. The buffet is OK. Personal’s attention Ok too as week they speak good English. Pool cool. Ao Nang beach 1km from there. Jungle vision

Pathetic service! The staff is impolite and rude especially the lady at the front desk is extremely harsh in her tone. They are unfriendly and insensitive to the guests needs. Will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone with kids. Since they have an open restaurant so all day noise from cutlery is observed in the reception lobby. One cannot even sit and read a book calmly here.

Great hotel, friendly staff and nice location. Would recommend it to anyone. Only issue is the noise from the gym equipment if you have a room near it. (which we did). Easy to sort out by putting rubber mats under some of the equipment to stop the thud running through the building as it sounds like someone using a sled hammer

Maximum satisfaction as always! There's an amazing pub on the hotel beach, the best prawns on garlic! And needless to say, the nearby Kodam restaurant is one of the most authentic restaurants in AoNang!

Awesome place! Recommend staying here if you are looking for an affordable and high standard hotel. Nice and clean rooms, nice personnel and nice restaurant. We really liked the breakfast buffet. The only negative i can think of is the walk to the beach. The road is quite narrow and sometimes with a lot of traffic. Overall we were super happy with our stay at Chada Thai Village

Rooms clean, staff friendly. You get a handset to use while staying here. No shuttle to the beach and private beach was closed. Could watch TV from YouTube, which was awesome. Great place to stay. A bit of a distance from the beach

Plus: Surrounded by high forrest Beautiful swimming pool view Big bathroom Minus: Definitely 3* hotel not 4* First time I see so poor choice of food in Thailand The biggest minus is almost not-working air conditioning in the room. Aircon is top important in so high temperatures. Here is stuffy, hard to breath, aircon in not efficient, hard to sleep because of that. Turn on sound when you watch a video with room fan, its really scary. One day it will kill somebody :)

This is NOT a 4* hotel. Think average 3* Spanish resort. Fine for a place to sleep which is all we needed! But a total con at check out. They charge you for everything! 200bht for a laundry bag despite all other places we stayed not charging at all. They tell you water is free and then leave you chargeable water in the room. We were ill and they left us no "free" water. I had read other reviews and assumed they were the minority. It would seem not. Thailand has been nothing but a amazing experience with the thai people being beyond welcoming. Until here. Do not judge Thailand by your experience at this hotel!

Great hotel, centrally located in Ao Nang. Superb, spacious room with garden view. Choice of three pools, including swim up bar. Good restaurant and bar with excellent breakfast and choice of meals on an evening. Various bars and restaurants nearby. Beach and main strip, with further choice of markets, shops, bars and restaurants, are all within a 10 minute walk. Would highly recommend.

Ideal place to stay. We are currently spending one week here and feel we couldn't have chosen a better resort. The pool is beautiful with a swim up bar (although, it closes at 6pm, it would be great if it was open later) and the restaurant has very good food- they hold banquets/buffets outside quite often at really good prices. The bar has 2 for 1 happy hour and breakfast has a big variety and goes until 10am. We have booked many tours through the booking agent inside the hotel and have been really happy with every tour, and the service as well. If bringing children, the hotel is really family orientated (there are no fences around the pools though which is the same everywhere in Thailand).

We had a nice stay at Chada Thai Village, rooms ok but in need of a update. Staff friendly and helpful both at breakfast and especially at the poolbar. The beach that the hotel had access to was nice, the restaurant at the beach was great.

Nice hotel with nice friendly staff. Family room was nice and clean. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Pool area needs some paint and renovations here and there but it didn't bothered us. Hotel was almost empty so it felt like we had private pools.. Breakfast ok. Location ok.

Nice place. Slide for kids, 3 pools. Grounds beautifully kept. There are 3 pet mongooses on the premise too. So be careful. Ones called Charlie.

It's a great location, but still abit from the beach. The resort is picture perfect, clean and quiet. The staff are super friendly and makes you feel like royalty, always there to assist go about their business quietly. I would recommend this Resort over and over.

Not a right place to stay with family. Unprofessional Staff. Rooms are dirty and full of lizards and insects. Pool maintenance is worst. You will be surprised to know that there is no lift in the hotel. Maybe it will be a great hotel if we stay 30 years back. Staff needs to be sent to other hotels for training. They need to learn how to treat the customers. Make sure you keep the disposal cloth slippers safe. They charge if you miss anyone. Overall it was not a pleasant stay. Don't recommend this hotel mainly for the families with small kids.

The breakfast was not of high quality, the hot water stopped working, the walls are too thin and I can hear little children running around and making noise upstairs. Also, they tried to charge 100 baht for 2 laundry bags, 2 star hotel AT BEST.
