This hotel is a role model of cleanliness! Our room was large and comfortable for working. They have convenient parking for bikes and cars and 7/11 and little restaurants full of locals nearby. Some employees didn’t speak English almost, but it can be solved by google translate and compensated by their helpful

The staff are helpful. The hotel is nice it's just the location, lots of local food (no English) but supermarkets. It's 200b to the centre but it's nice for a short visit. The staff will try to organise your transport if wanted. They do day trips to phi phi and speck English to help you with any questions.

The rooms are okay. Spacious with a belcony, mini fridge, water heater, ac, tv, hair dryer and water kettle with some tea and coffee. The bed are decently comfortable. But the pillows are too hard and thick for my liking. My bidet was leaking, so the whole day u will hear water splashing sound coming from the bathroom. The pool area is nice even if the pool is a bit small. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Environment is very clean. Being Infront of the street you're bound to hear cars and bikes passing by. Price is reasonable. I paid 2000 Bhat for 2 nights for a 2 single bed room.

Overpriced for quality of room. Pool was the only feature that deceptively made it look quite upmarket, which isn't the case Would not stay again

Really nice hotel in Krabi town. The place is clean and modern, with really spacious rooms at a good price. It also has a pool, a cafe with delicious food, and the staff is really kind as well. You can hire a motorbike at the reception, plus they book your ferry ticket, really helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Really great stay! The staff were so friendly I’d tripped over and the receptionist helped do first aid on my leg 😊 laundry was cheap and smelt really good. The location was good however we could hear the traffic from our room. The pictures they have up are pretty accurate with wood being a little worn. Price was good and pool was lovely. Loved having a cafe downstairs with yummy drinks and food.

Room great and pool was clean and refreshing the location unfortunately was not near much...but 7-11 up the street.They have a really nice cafe in the hotel with an amazing tropical fruit bowl !

Comfy and clean. Good room and nice staff. The sound of the street will wake you up at 7. If you dont mind then its the best place to stay.

I booked it through an agent. Hotel is very good and all the basic amenities are taken care of by hotel staff. Cleanliness and large bed size was added advantage of booking this hotel. Initially, The hotel staff was helpful and they showed us our rooms. Tbey showed some tour plans as well. Once we booked the plan they all changed. They were not at all helpful and they refused to listen to us. Even after informing them beforehand and well before time, they didn't arrange for any vegetarian item in breakfast except butter toast. They even didnt manage the tours properly. Overall it was not a good experience due to hotel staff.

previous comments on the lady on the reception is unfortunately true. she is not the most friendly one. when we wanted to ask some questions concerning the tour times etc., she was very unfriendly. accompdation was good though. the eggs are always cold during the breakfast. i think the chef (f) prepares 100 eggs at once and just serves then on a demand basis. could be improved!

I stayed for two nights at the Sleep Whale, on my way to Tonsai Beach, in October 2016 and again 10 days later on my way home. What a surprise to find such a fantastic friendly little hotel in the middle of Krabi. The Owner and Staff were just terrific and the Hotel and rooms were great. The place has been recently renovated and upgraded and it has very nice, spacious air conditioned rooms and mine had a queen size double bed with large sliding doors that opened onto a street side balcony. The bathroom had also been recently renovated. Four the price, it was the best value I think I have ever had in a Hotel room in any country. There are many local restaurants and food markets near by. I recommend the Sleep Whale to you. Thanks, Bill from Australia. 64 years young!

Good price clean big room

Very nice hotel with nice swimming pool and very comfortable bed. The restaurant is very nice and very good food, nice coffee at reasonable price
