I booked a room with jacuzzis first they gave me a room without. I had to ask and show I booked this and they gave me one. This room had a airco that was smelling badly, jacuzzi was not working and the internet was not working in that room. So the next day to have me another room. (Without jacuzzi) Toilet are all yellow When I was in this room at night the rats came out of the ceiling and walked over the desk next to the television. When I complained they said it can happen. Also at this property the pool is closed. And construction is happing next door. Never had such a bad experience

The hotel is in a prime location. But appears like haunted. No boarders, even no service person aswell. Post sundown not a single hotel staff is available... No restaurants. Rooms are not cleaned. Bathrooms are clogged None at reception / None picks up the intercom call to their office. Very pathetic state of affair. Breakfast platter is also not upto the mark. I asked and reminded twice that I would be needing some urgent printouts at 11p.m. Despite all reminders n requests none was available at hotel for the entire night.

Awesome location. Rooms are spacious and clean with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The food quality is average. Overall a great stay!

Not a good stay. At first glance the property and rooms appear modern and nice but... there were many but in the room. The room was also dirty and the house keeping did little cleaning each day. Sheets were not replaced with new ones even after 5 nights. The painting and workmanship of the room was also poor. There was little sound proofing. The light switches were also poorly laid out. The only bathroom light switch was near the front door. They had a button to push to alert the staff to clean the room but to leave the room you had to take your key witch shutoff power and that caused the make up room light to also turn off. There was no shower curtain and taking a shower cause much of the bathroom to get wet. Also the pool was very dirty. Lots of dead bugs and leaves. Appeared not to be cleaned often as it was like this every day. One day they did not have any clean pool/beach towels which seems odd for a beach resort.

We booked the hotel seeing "agoda preferred" tag on the site and ofcourse the location of the hotel - 5 min walk to beach. The 2nd one was fine but as to the first one, if this is what agoda's evaluation about a hotel is, i have serious doubt on the company's ability to serve the millions of travellers who put their trust in it. Upon checking in, the hotel gave us a room (E01) saying they had "upgraded" us free of cost, which was a pleasant surprise. And we were really happy finding the view & the room size (plus the in-room jacuzzi facility, which was lovely). But, our joy started dimming when rest of the surprises fell in along: 1. It was a suit, a very big one, but very old one as well.ย Old amenities. This was in the 6th floor where the lift does not go. 2. The bathroom was not very clean, the shower head holder was broken. 3. The air conditioning was most terrible, huge sound with sprinkler facility(!): continuous spraying of water making the floor wet. We reported, with no result! 4. The lift, which is from the ancient age, went out of order the next hour we checked in. And they could not fix it until the 3rd day evening. Reason? The engineer was looking into it! Our room was on the 6th floor. 5. The 2nd night turned into a nightmare when we found after returning from a day long tour that the room lights were not working & "the engineer" was only instructing a boy over the phone. They apologized but it was already too late to find another hotel. Fortunately they had a room to let us sleep in for the night. 6. The breakfast was below average. Almost everything cold. 7. No gown, no slipper, no iron in the room. 8. We asked for a wake-up call, that call never rang. We paidย  120+ USD per night and it was not value for money at all. All we could love about the stay is the view from 2 sides of the room. My wife & i will definitely be haunted for long by the experience that we went thru' during our stay at the hotel. Actually, i would have changed the hotel on the first day if they didn't make us pay the full amount during check-in. Will never recommend anyone i know to this place.

We got locked inside the room and couldn't open it. Called the reception and the room service came up and pushed hard to open it. It seems they are completely aware about the problem but never thought to fix it. This is very risky for the guests in case of fire.

Firstly, the thai staff are super friendly and helpful and can't do enough for you. The location is perfect right in Krabi town, a 2 minute walk to the night markets food and shops. We had a room on the 5th floor overlooking the ocean, truly million dollar views. The room itself was dated and smelt musty because of mold the balcony door didn't lock, safe not working, mould growing in bathroom and certain parts of roof where moisture has got in and paint lifted (around the whole hotel tbh) the owners have not spent any money on this hotel for a very long time. Pool was usable but not cleaned, so we did that ourselves. If you lower your standards and don't have high expectations, you will have a good time here. The mold issue is a health concern, but we figured we were only staying 5 days, and we will live.

Good service, thoughtful receptionist, good price, friendly & helpful staff. Got a room with oceanview. Beautiful sight to see. Only when it is raining the sliding doors may shake a lot depending on wind speeds. If you are planning to book tours around Krabi, there is a travel agent at the hotel lobby that will help you. You can get a up to 50% discount on the tour versus if you book online.

Best thing about this hotel is itโ€™s location! Itโ€™s a diamond in the ruff. Has great potential to be an amazing hotel. Lots of updating needed. Breakfast needs an upgrade. Good location and if itโ€™s just a bed you need this place will do.

View from the breakfast restaurant. Stayed three days and nights 505 has a beautiful panorama view of the bay. We could watch the boats gliding along the bay and have sunset drinks on our balcony. We could even see the beach fire displays from our balcony Staff here are a level above most other staff.

Had a lovely week in a fifth floor room with a magnificent sea view. The hotel is old and badly needs renovation. However my room was superb and I loved the pathway and 3 minutes walk to the beach.

Worst hotel in krabi. First room had no hot water. Mosquitos in room. No shower gel/shampoo. Room dirty, especially the bath. Construction site on the roof above us from 8am to 8pm. We ask for new room. Its much better but now its right next to a club playing really loud music past midnight. Sink tap is blocked by the mirror, cant turn it on. Safe in room not screwed to anything. Weird balcony that can be accessed from another building (not hotel).

Great location near the beach and Ao Nang street. But hotel was under some renovation so restaurant and a few other spots were closed. Room was clean and comfortable but the shower door in room 206 gets stuck sometimes. Swimming pool also needs some cleaning. Overall, an impressive hotel for a 3-star.

The property's proximity to the beach is excellent. Initially, we had booked a standard room without breakfast, but the lady at the front desk offered us a room upgrade with a sea view and breakfast at a reasonable price, which we happily accepted. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast, which was delivered to our room, was quite satisfying. Outside the hotel, there is a convenient Seven Eleven store and a restaurant. Although we didn't utilize it, the hotel also provides a pool and lockers. All in all, it's a fantastic place to stay when visiting Krabi.

The receptionist was the kindest weโ€™ve met this vacation, she helped us with everything and no question was too much. The location of the hotel is perfect, private way to the beach and middle of the center. I would definitely come back here.

Stay here for 2 nights. The location is nice and near shopping market and restaurants. Everything is in walking distances. The hotel also next to the beach. Overall I really really love this hotel. Me and my husband enjoy to stay here. Repeat? Maybe yes

I spent my recent vacation with my family at Days innWyndham,Krabi,Thailand. It was a group of 10 family members including my aged mother,2 children and an infant , and I selected Days in Wyndham for my family trusting it's brand value and reviews and booked the same through booking .com.But to be frank I had the worst experience over there making it as a bad dream which left me in sleepless nights.we were there for 3 days.Apart from the lack of agreed amenities like AC room( AC in our rooms was not working and we were forced to sleep in another room with our baggage left at the actually booked room at night and has to return back to our actual room in the morning ).I had the worst and bitter experience from the housekeeping in the morning shift on my stay over there .I checked in to the hotel on 21_10_2022 by midnight and checked out from the hotel on 25-10-2022 at 7:0 am.During these days the housekeeping lady in morning shift had theft or robbed our valuables including 700 AED,5000 Thai baht,my wrist watch (brand Anne Klein)worth more than Rs10,000/- .we came to notice the lost only on 24-10-2022 night.we made complaint at the reception and got a very negative response and even the lady manager on duty accused of ourselves as liars instead of helping and being empathetic to us and she asked us to go ahead with police complaint when we asked for her help to check the CCTV footage.we go to the police station but it was closed and we returned helpless... made our packing and checkout next morning as our flight was at 9 am with heavy hearts as we lost our valuables .We were in short of time due to scheduled flight timings and couldn't stay over there more. Meanwhile I had made a facebook post on 24 -10-2022 on the official FB page of Wyndham (screen shots attached)about the arrogant behaviour from the staff and indicating my loss.On the next day morning while we are at security check in Airport we got a call from the lady manager of the hotel asking us to delete the FB post but we made our stand that we won't delete as we were the one who lost our money ,got treated as liars and got our vacation ruined. Then she made repeated calls and started calling us liars including my aged mom and my innocent children. We fly and reached Bangkok and check-in to our hotel at Bangkok..Later we got other calls from the hotel staff..asking for FB post deletion ,we repeated our stand and the male on other side started shouting and threatened us saying that we can't leave Thailand without deleting the FB post and hotel will block our emigration.I was mentally tortured literally because my aged mom and children started crying and other family members got depressed.I was frightened not because ,I had done anything wrong but I don't know any one over there and which door to be knocked in case of trouble except the hotel brand Wyndham which was my trust and strength on my stay at Krabi, and the same people whom I thought my saviour or guides in an unknown country is now challenging me.I feared that the host who treat their guest as mentioned above can play any nasty game to ruin their guest. The man over the phone sounds like a street boy So I deleted the FB post and called them...without any sign of regret they ended the call.I was literally afraid of the staff over there because not even beast treat so terrific to their guest.what's the point in accusing guest as lairs for the theft ...will any guest travel to another country spending huge amount to make a wrong statement of theft for an amount compared smaller to their expenditure. I have few questions to be answered from your end 1.Whats your morale to your guest? 2.Do the guest don't have any right to express their emotions. 3.How do you rate your customer service to me and my family based on my experience at my stay at your hotel.....trusting the international brand Wyndham which is wide fled over the world

Great spot near to everything for a good price... Feels 4 star but breakfast was a bit weak. However the friendliness of the staff was amazing and we were always in good spirits.

Need to improve maintenance of rooms, upholstery, and linen. Suggest including some vegetarian dish in breakfast.

Hotel was dirty full of stains everywhere. I donโ€™t know what was that blood or worst? What can be worst. Service said that I can book the other hotel or change the room. Well the other room was even worst. I wish i could post videos. Just donโ€™t go here donโ€™t get disappointed. Itโ€™s horrible.

Grim. I would advise that you don't stay here. Much nicer properties for a similar price. This hotel doesn't appear on the Wyndham website and I doubt that there is any affiliation at all. It's certainly not Wyndham quality.

The best hotel in Ao Nang area. Very satisfied with the hotel and the service. Clean, spacious. Worth for money. Walking distance to Landmark Night Market and the beach area. Happening area. The breakfast food also very nice at THB 200 per person. Near the beach.

Very disappointing. Smelly rooms. Cold breakfasts. Great location though. Rooms: we were moved several times during our 1 week stay. Each room had something wrong with it. The reason we were moved on the first place was because the toilet broke. In the room we were moved to none of the amenities worked (teakettle, fridge even some lights). The last room we were moved to stank every now and then. At this point we had moved several times and just wanted to stay in one place, so we figured out that the stank was caused by the AC and would use it sparingly. Side note: the glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom is very silly + noise cancellation was terrible. Breakfasts: by far the worst hotel breakfasts we've ever had. There is not much variety or even quantity, and on top of that the quality was not very good. For some reason the breakfasts were always served cold, which was very annoying. Service: the staff were very helpful, if you ask them the right way they can help with just about anything. But there seemed to be too few of them. Some seemed overworked. Everyone had this look on their faces that made me think that they all know how bad the hotel is and they are trying to put on a smile despite of it. Location: is great, very simply. If you get a room on the top floor you will wake up to some amazing views.

We booked this place just because of its name by Wyndham and Ramada ! Of course because iโ€™m trusting the brand. But seriously all the thing arenโ€™t as its standard. The moment we check in, we already upset. The room was smelly. They had a smell like something bothering us. The towel arenโ€™t clean. Most of the things in toilet already broken such as the toilet door, the soap holder, the towel holder ๐Ÿ˜•. There were matress and i think bedsheet/towel outside our room . Those matress are there since we check in ๐Ÿ˜…. The housekeeping are not cleaning the room until we told the front desk. The pool are totally dirty. We even not comfortable going in.. look like thereโ€™s layer of oil on top of the pool ๐Ÿคข. The breakfast are not worth at all. The only part i gave 1 โญ๏ธ are because of the front desk staff very nice. Always smiling ๐Ÿ‘. After all , i definitely not recommended and not coming again to this hotel.
