While in Krabi, my wife suddenly had a miscarriage. We travelled with my young sister's family at that time. I booked my sister this hotel with the River scenery so they can stay there for 1 night while we need to get things checked at Krabi Hospital which is not too far from the hotel. My sister had a terrible experience where the owner simply barges in into the room querying where I was (Booking is under my name) while I was attending to my wife at Hospital. They brought in documents telling that there will be in trouble if room was not booked properly and all those nonsense. Staff and owner was simply say -- cruelly rude. If they have any question to ask, they have all the opportunity to call or message me directly but they didn't. The owner even accused us of having Covid while asking why we are there at the hospital for one day. Doesn't make any sense at all. No clean room or beautiful interior can win over a very bad customer's experience.

Just stayed for 1 week. The GOOD: terrific location, on the riverfront, near 2 markets, restaurants and bars. In Covid time, the rates are about half of the usual rate, now under 1,000 baht for a room with balcony/water view. Nice staff, comfortable, basic room. Receptionist also helped book 2 day tours for me. The BAD: internet very average, comes and goes. No kettle/coffee in room. I moaned about it so they gave me one cos it was quiet. No cooking facilities, not even a microwave.| Wi-fi also bad at another place I stayed at, so this might be a Krabi Town problem. Overall, I highly recommend because it's such a good location and right now a cheap price.

Slightly over priced hotel probably because of it's proximity to the river. The room I stayed in was Michael Jackson themed and was fairly clean and comfortable. Note that there's no lift in this hotel so prepare to climb stairs with your luggage.

We stayed here for 3 nights, as a party of 5, and enjoyed our stay. Staff: The staff are often distracted at night watching TV; however they are helpful. Room: The beds are firm, so if you like a soft bed I would suggest staying somewhere else. The rooms are clean however and the air-con was sufficient. *There is no elevator here, so you will have to walk your bags up the stairs to your room, this did not bother us however. Facilities: The hotel offers a laundry service which Is slightly more expensive then going to another store (30 baht more) but worth it. The breakfast is outsourced to another restaurant which is nice enough for what you pay. Two eggs, 2 slices of toast, bacon or sausage, is the standard choice. No other facilities on site. This hotel is worth it for the relatively low cost to use as a waypoint for excursions around Krabi.

Serious quality, cleaning, and maintenance issues and low build quality in rooms, surly and unhelpful staff. 1) Our sheets and comforter were visibly stained (don't want to know by what) and we ended up sleeping in a towel 2) bathroom looked unfinished, I could have done a better job laying tile and installing fixtures 3) doors were difficult to open (handles opened by turning up, not down) and don't automatically lock when closed 4) towels we're completely threadbare and tattered at the seams, in bad need of replacement 5) cold showers to top it off...

We stayed there for a night, and the room was quite alright. We had a balcony. The place is very stylish and fans of classical pop culture will be very pleased with decoration. Breakfast is in another building, across the road, and it was truly delicious.

For a low budget stay over, it's OK. No elevator, no breakfast at the hotel. We got vouchers for breakfast and had to go outside to a restaurant next street. Breakfast it's self was very ridiculous, fried rice, rice soup or toast with egg. For the same amount they charge, you might get better breakfast at other locations, opposite of 7eleven 😉. The Hotel staff is unable to help and not interested to help their guests. Just needed to print a voucher and they declined, even when I complained and ask for the Manager, they didn't care. Had to go to another hotel to get help. The hotel is not to be recommended, if you are lost and need help. Never ever I am going to stay at this hotel again.

For the Internet I had provider Dtac and my friends had AIS, and they worked like champions. Way better than here in Australia. There it was unlimited, here 20 to 50 gb only. I stayed for 2 years because of Covid, and not all restaurants are good. But I can recommend First Restaurant, and Easy Cafe. Especially First Resturant, the meals were alway great, and the owner has good English. And if you head over to Ah Nang for a sunset view and a beer and meal, there's a good Aussy bar in called Risky Business.
