I'm so sorry to leave a bad review of this place because it looks really nice but my experience was quite negative. I had ants in my room and when I complained asking for a different room I was told that those ants are not dangerous just a little itchy so not to worry. Problem is ants were going everywhere including into the bed. I insisted to have a different room even without air conditioning but they wouldn't accommodate my request even though they had other rooms available. Hence I left. In addition to this major problem the shower tap was defective, I could not really close the water and it kept leaking the whole night. Ultimately, despite having selected double bed and not twin bed on my reservation they gave me a twin saying they only have twin rooms

Excellent guesthouse with the adequate good price for this area. We came initially there for few days ,but decided to stay for over 10 days as we enjoyed staying there so much. Nice friendly staff, comfortable room with fridge, WiFi, you can pay extra for Aircon ( it's perfect to have option to pay for it or not if you don't need it). I really appreciated the quietness , excellent views from windows, perfect location. You can use hot water to make tea and free drinking water. Stuff were trying to accommodate our needs.

Incredible value for money, large rooms, central location, free water tea & coffee, strong fan with option to upgrade to AC. Comfy large bed & surprisingly quiet despite the area! *hotel & rooms are not as old looking as in the photos!!* Bathroom was worn & old but extremely clean! Strong wifi & large seating area downstairs to enjoy your morning coffee. Also a rooftop terrace. 100% recommend and will stay again.

It’s so close to the beach, so we can go to the beach whenever we want. It’s really strategic, you can find anything easily, even the bike rent is next to the hotel.

I visited on 23rd August, 2022. My observation: PROS: - Perfect location and a budget hotel. Just 1 min walk from famous au nang beach ⛱️. - Nice and mannered host. Knows English and very happy to help. - Rooms are very neat and clean. You can also hangout in the reception area too. - Hotel also had tour packages. Breakfast packages available at 99/199 BHT. - The owner had 2 cute cats. - You can request early check-in or late check-out and they may allow you as per availability. - Ample parking for 2 wheeler. CONS: - Hotel basic amenities like toiletries and drinking water weren't present in the room. Need to request the reception thereafter it is provided which was inconvenient. - The reception area is closed after 8 pm. If you need drinking water you need to take it before 8 pm because that's where the water is kept. Same goes for check in and check out. One star less for that. - Connecting Wifi is a cumbersome task.

I had two experiences with the accommodation, the first time it was ok. But on my second the receptionist was rude and offensive. I do not recommend this place, I had to call Booking to be able to cancel and look for another accommodation.

I’ve spent 2 nights in there: cheap price, essential services, cleaned and comfortable room/beds. A Plus was the receptionist: Azura: she helped us in all the situations. Highly recommend ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The cleanest rooms we have stayed in on our trip around Southeast Asia. Very nice and spacious hotel and the owners are so kind (has been helpful with every request we have had regarding onwards travel, and allowing us to leave our bags and use their shower after checkout time). We ended up staying here 7 nights in total, as the location is also very convenient for going to Railay. Also worth mentioning: they offer a good deal to Krabi airport with their own taxi staff (400b), at 5 in the morning. Even grab is 50 baht more expensive.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We stayed 4 nights, location is perfect, you are next to the restaurants, bars, beach and taxi boats to other local beach. The hotel can help you with all your booking and transfers. Room very clean, and cleaned daily. The room is quite large, mattress could be better but it was fine for us. No lift. Nice view from the rooftop.

Very affordable rooms with great location, 5 minutes walk from Ao Nang Beach

Very disappointing. On the plus side, my room was clean. My negatives include: Reception were not very welcoming; Room old and in need of refurbishing; Water flow in shower and hand basin not very strong; Bottled water not provided; No drinking glasses; No kettle or tea/coffee; Curtains barely closed, and; Noisy room.

I'll keep the location of the place, it's central. For the rest, they charge you for air conditioning! I have to say that they should have an area for guests so that they can make their free self-service coffee. You can't find a kitchen cloth to clean the table after using it or napkins! The staff should take more care of those details... so that people who come to this place feel more comfortable without asking for the things that should be available for use.

Hotel is really good value for what you pay for. Room was incredibly clean, great fan in the room, bathroom was simple and very nice with a good shower. For the price you are paying this is a really good hotel!

The owner is very helpful and friendly. We reached there and called him up from the number written outside. He came in 10 mins and even helped us with our luggage as our room was on the 4th floor. He helped us arrange a day trip right after we checked in for the same day. And later he helped us book our transport to Phuket in a minivan. The rooms were cleaned well and spacious enough. There was a cloth hanging rack inside which was really helpful in a beachy place. It's also very near to the beach. There are many eateries and shops nearby. Amazing location. They also have a nice terrace for hanging out with an amazing view. Attached are a few pics I clicked from the terrace. The only con is their reception closes by 6pm. So the free drinking water and coffee become unavailable after that. However the good thing is the owner is reachable at his number so in case you have any issues, you can still call him up. Please don't call for drinking water or coffee, that would be rude. You can buy that for outside very easily or fill up your bottles during the day. Overall recommended stay.

Place was central yet quiet. Lots of restaurants around and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Staff were kind and helped with transport to places. The room was basic (i had no AC as didn’t want to pay extra). Fridge with no water, the curtains didn’t help with keeping light out in the morning. Could also hear when people where moving in their rooms or next door having a shower. There was also ants in my bathroom :/. It’s perfectly reasonable for a budget hotel other than the ants.
