Most disgusting hole we ever stay! Dirty, water on the floor under the window when we arrived. Administrator said - it was rain.. We have to ask her to wipe the floor because it was dirty in general. Dirty table, dirty cups nobody washed them. Old and rusty bath, toilet needs attention.. Unfriendly personnel. First reaction on our complies was - you can change hotel, no problem!.. Aha, at 7 pm, tired after the flight. We booked and paid for two two days, but had to check out next morning, just couldn't stay anymore. Glad they returned the second day fee. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Normal clean room, balcony door was almost impossible to close or open. View on the main street, about 100m to the sea and city beach (I wouldn't go to the sea there). Staff was really nice and helpful.

This hotel got perfect location and staff is really helpful and nice, On each floor there is just one restroom but when you are at Aonang Who stay at hotel, Great budget hotel

We arrived to a not so friendly staff member who gave us a "free upgrade" to a room with a private bathroom (we had booked a shared bathroom). The bathroom was awful-something was leaking all over the floor, the ceiling was about to fall through, and the shower was tempermental with insufficient heat and water quantity (water shut off when I was lathered up and had to rinse with the sink). We ended up using the shared bathroom. On the second afternoon we dropped off laundry which they said would be ready at 7:00pm. This was not ready at mentioned time so they said they would have it ready before the morning as we were checking out early. The next day the dirty laundry was sitting in front of the door with a note saying the place didn't have electricity...not sure what really happened but this was a huge inconvenience. All in all, for this place you don't even get what you pay for. Look elsewhere.

Owner has a golden heart.. booked room with two bed.. but changed to a room with three bed with same price as per booking 5-7 april 2019. will be here again 💕

Rooms are bit humid and congested !! Bathrooms are okay but no warm water u have to deal with that and owner lady is not at all cooperative !!

Location good out from stress, room ok, depanding on your celaction during booking.This is 'Shop Lot Hotel'
