We had booked the room and informed estimated time arrival. But when we arrived, there was no officer and only represented by a neighbor. So there was no information when we check in, except for room location and hand over a key. What facilities are here we have to find out for ourselves. We also get room with lacked air circulation. The only window in this room was facing the wall of the building next door.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good stay. On arrival there was a floater in the toilet there to welcome me and visible bed bugs on the bed, I counted 30 to begin with plus a dead spider which indicated to me the sheets hadn’t been changed in a while nor was the room given a once over before showing us to the room. There was a sign that said free water and coffee in the hallway with an empty dusty bottle on the table. I can buy water, that’s not a problem, just perhaps take down the sign if it is no longer relevant.

Host was sweet and very helpful. Booked our ferry and transfer for us. Room was clean, quiet, and in a great location.

I stayed in the private room #007. It was 350 baht and I screwed up by not asking about a/c, as there was none. The hallway had a nice breeze flowing through it, but the room had a window, but just no air circulation. The fan helped getting outside air in, but still it wasn't that comfortable. No water in the room, 1 towel in the room, as I was alone they took the second one out. Low water pressure in the shower, I don't bother with the wifi. The location was fine. I'm riding my bike around Thailand and just staying wherever, and honestly this was the cheapest place I've stayed, by 50 baht, but also the worst. I would not stay here again.

Clean and comfortable, good value hostel in a fantastic location for everything you need

I always like to read other people's reviews to see what their (often unrealistic) expectations are when they choose a budget guesthouse. My room was 420baht a night. For that I had a large size room with plenty of space to spread out my belongings. Toilet paper and towel provided along with fresh bedding. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. Shower was slightly warm and ok. There was no AC but I'm not keen on AC so was happy with having a fan and opening the window. The window had a mosquito screen. The fan did squeak constantly but hey it's a budget room and you're a cheap arse backpacker trying to save every baht possible so put up with it. You could just about glimpse the river from the window but of you want to spend your day sitting on a hotel room staring at the river, then find another place and be prepared to pay a lot more. Staff were friendly. WiFi sometimes intermittent. Some traffic noise but not really anything else like bar music to disturb you. For the price I was happy with my 2 night stay and would return. Currency exchange conveniently situated in the lobby.

I haven't stayed here but people at the reception are very helpful!! They helped me out with some logistic stuff. And also you have a money exgange house there. Good rate!

Room 2#, no A C 414 thai baht and bathroom outside the room, had to upgrade 150 baht more for room 1# total 594 Baht. And check out is at 11am so didn’t like it vary much. But awesome location. Must go up steps to get to room, if I know I could of just stayed any many close places hotel for 500 baht.. also front gate locks at 8-9pm, so if you come late or too early. Must lock and unlock just to go in or out the home stay. Must take shoes off before going upstairs, over price for what it’s is

good location although have open the open and close and lock then if you are out late , nice staff , rooms are basic but nice enough
