The place is down a very small soi with not much sinage, arrived a bit late so was difficult finding the place but was greeted by the very friendly staff who showed me to my room. I drove all the way from malaysia, so stopped over for a night in krabi before heading to phuket. Was not expecting much but here is a just a small takeaway from my night visit. - Bed Springs were broken - Queen size is two singles put together - Fan room is like a sauna, even with the fan on and off. However it is good for one night stay and nothing else. Very very clean though and the staff were friendly.

Great family atmosphere with super nice staff and lots of cats. The food is delicious, the prices are absolutely fair. Scooters are also available and can be easily rented. The rooms are very simple and heat up quickly, it is also very warm at night, even with the ceiling fan. We therefore strongly recommend booking a room with air conditioning. The hostel is very centrally located and can reach many things on foot. Little insider tip: Visit the night market around the corner!

Im really glad i stayed here rather than ao nang or railey. The location is great near lots of really good food places and short walking distance to the numerous food markets. The songtheow bus stop is also close by so you can get to ao nang for 50baht within 30mins. The owner is so friendly and really helpful and i would strongly reccomend booking all your tours through her. The room was big and spacious and clean, great for the price. The only negative was the mattress was a bit broken and had springs sticking out so could do with replacing in that room, but everything else was perfect.

Yaya and her sister are great managers of this friendly, family owned hotel. Clean, great value, good location. I've stayed in many hotels in SE Asia and love to come back here. Avoid the tourist traps in Ao Nang and enjoy the real town of Krabi with it's lovely river walks, public art and great markets and restaurants. You can easily get to Railay, sea Kayaking, and other sites. Yaya will give you a fair price and great service.

Clean, pleasant room with small balcony for less than 300 baht a night. It's a bit off the main road, but surrounded with trees and garden. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. We would stay here again :)

We had a great experience feeling home and taken care of with every need we had at the family-run hotel. Our rooms were great value for money, simple and comfy with nicely firm mattresses. The location is perfect for a river walk to the central and river Markets and park nearby. Enjoyed breakfast and meals, delicious iced mocha and coconuts. Rented motorbikes, bought tour a d climbing to railay beach and our minivan for a good price and super convenient. Definitely coming back!

We came back three times and are still talking about the hospitality half a year after our stay. The two lady’s leading the guesthouse are absolutely sweet and kind. They make amazing food and we never felt more welcome.

Yaya is a very good host and pays attention to the slightest detail. You can always rely on her to show you around. The area outside is very nice, especially at night where the cats come to you for cuddles. The rooms have a very good price/quality ratio and the guesthouse is around markets and the famous crab statue of Krabi!

Very quiet. Very clean. Very helpful. The boss organized my Holly days in Koh Jum so good and easy. I thought I lost my passeport and credit card and she helped me co tzcring the boat transfer, the Pier, the taxi. I highly recommend this place

Yaya is mega helpful. Rooms very comfortable and good shower. Coffee and breakfast is also delicious and good price. Scooter hire is cheap and Yaya can arrange transfers to other islands easily too. Stayed twice there during my stay in Thailand.

We spent a week here because we felt very comfortable and at the same time it was cheap. The landlady and entire family are very nice and helpful. For a minimal additional charge you can get a room with air conditioning. Most rooms have a balcony. There is warm water. You can also rent scooters very easily (without rip-offs). The location is also very good. It is in a quiet location and yet you can still reach the city center and the night market very quickly on foot. We definitely recommend this guest house and would come back at any time. 😊

A good place for family. Surrounding is nice. Economical, but kitchen closes by nine pm. The owner provides necessary facilities for tour. But, you can handle it on your own more economically. Tourist spots are not very distant away.

The Baan To guesthouse was a great place to stay. Rooms, resturant, scooter rentals, and activity bookings all on site! Very walkable location to reach night markets, temples, and other food options. We rented a scooter while staying with them and we were given a very good scooter with no deposit required. We drove it 50km per day going to beaches and other nearby towns with no issues. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

The hostel was very basic (but homey) and worth it for the cheap price. The owner was very sweet and she helped us a lot with regards to our itinerary and booking our tickets for day trips to the islands. The hostel is located on a small street but it’s a decent walking distance to some cafes, 7-11, and the night market :)

The lady who ran the place was very kind and helpful. She spoke decent English which was nice. The room was clean and was a nice size. Typical Thai bed (meaning not very soft), but comfortable nonetheless. Close to the night market and the river but enough off the beaten path that it was quiet. If you're in the area to explore, but not necessarily party, this is a good place to stay.

A very pleasant stay here on a 5 day pass through the area. The room was spacious and clean, we got the third floor so we were not affected by the morning noise. The food here is very good and worth much more than the asking price. They also helped us with tour selection and our transfer to Phuket as we moved to our next stop. Would stay again/10. **It's cheaper to book tours and transfer through the hotel than online or at the location!

Enjoyed our two night stay here! Owners were friendly and welcoming. We were in a ground floor room in the back so was quiet but was quite musky/damp feeling. No bars on the windows so don’t think they get opened much. But we found them ok to leave open when in the room as they didn’t open to the street. Soap and toilet paper included which is great. For the price we were really happy. Had a couple orders of food which were also nice. We had a 8am flight to catch and the owner drove us there herself for a cost of 300 tbh at 5:30am - service! Recommend!

Ya and her family went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. All of the guests that we met had stayed there before, and for good reason. Ya is also an excellent cook, and the location is within walking distance of 4 different markets. We will be back!

Absolutely great place! It’s a lovely guest house, owner super nice and helpful, rooms clean, no air con but fan, very quite. Super location, 2min walking to city center. Rent bicycles and motor bikes directly at the house. I would highly recommend a stay here :)

Amazing, lovely, welcoming staff. Super helpful too - they sorted a discounted excursion for us and all our connecting taxis to the airport for discounted rates. The place is clean and such great value for money. Loved staying here, would recommend to anyone on or off a budget.
