Cannot sleep well, because room is definitely not clean😓. Insects bite all night. Bad smell from sewage pipe and toilet. 2 bulbs out of 3 in the toilet are broken. Staff is not helpful. We have a room with pool view in the first floor, and asked for a room on the round floor. Staff rejected and said it is full, but it is definitely a lie.

Disgusting! We booked for 2 nights and didn't even end up staying one. The pictures on the booking sights are a lie! The rooms/pool look nothing like the pictures. The room was filthy with dirt and even bird poo inside. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months with grime and mold. The toilet didn't flush. The basin tap was dirty, had mold, and was also broken. How do you sleep in a place and trust their bedding is clean and hygienic when it looks like that??? I'm used to back packing and this so called 4-star hotel is worse than some hostels I've stayed in. 0/5 rating. It really looks like the hotel has been abandoned and owners no longer care. Would not recommend to anyone.

Would not recommend. Staff are not very nice nor approachable. I am a Canadian traveling so I currently don't have access to use a phone, and they wouldn't even let me use a phone to make a call to Air Asia regarding my flight. They tried charging me 50 Bhat for 1 phone call. Also, the bathroom smells terrible, no laundry service, the location is awful, nothing around. The pool had garbage and used bandages all around it... not the cleanest. Would advise you to stay somewhere nicer, and closer to the city center.

We arrived at night, not enough lighting. Got the room, lack of maintenance. As you can see from the video. Even the water tap is falling apart. This is not about the room price, it is about no interest to make good of the place. They know how many are coming, however we have to ask for additional towels and pillows, two family rooms, all the same. I do wonder how they get more then one star, they got to make a lot of repair and improvement to the place.

One star off as the address for this hotel is wrong on some.platforms however the hotel staff very kindly fetched us for free as the incorrect address was not far from the actual address. Great place to stay for a few nights, hotel staff are very friendly and front desk will help you organize a lot of what you need like scooters and transfers. Tiger cave temple is very close. Also love the free morning coffee tea and hot chocolate and biscuits.

Hotel is nice at the price of 1500 INR Bathroom was not very clean There is no place to eat around the hotel. GRAB works here. They allowed me late check-out of 6 hours thanks for that.

Pool area is great. Rooms are clean and spacious with aircon (very NB). Staff are friendly. I would have liked more options for on-site food and drinks (options are limited and a bit pricey). But overall a fantastic stay, would recommend. There is also a daily free shuttle into town to the night markets etc.

Really nice hotel. It is 4 kms far from Krabi town and they provide a shuttle bus three times a day to get in the city. They will clean your room every day (which I think it's a little waste) if you don't specify the opposite. They also provide free shuttle to-from airport and free coffee and cookies during mornings. The pool is nice and well-maintained. The only weakness is communicating in English with the Hotel staff.

Hotel is good. Nice beds/pillows. Great staff. Huge room. Nice pool. Problem is location. You need either a car or scooter to get around. Nothing really within walking distance of hotel and hotel itself doesn't sell much.
