I tried the hot pour over coffee from Chiang Mai and a cold Bru with coconut water, both simply the best I’ve had since travelling in Thailand! Their mum has helped them by coming up with an amazing banana leaf straw idea that’s already popular amongst locals. Dolla explained that they try not to use plastic for their take aways, which is massive in Thailand. Dolla also makes a mean vegan banana bread! I had one in and ordered one to take away, which she wrapped beautifully with great care. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back. Dolla and her sister were very friendly and enthusiastic about coffee and their project. Dolla’s dream is to share with others, locals and visitors, the wonders of Thai coffee.
