Do NOT buy from this shop. We had a bug in our sandwich and they didn't even give us a full refund. Very rude staff too.

Awful coffee, the milk is too hot in cappucino and killed all the coffee taste. There are large bubbles in foam which is incorrect. Please invest in professional barista training...

Extremely rude staff. The lady at the counter almost screams if you ask her twice. They don’t even understand basic English either. Stay away from this place unless they get rid off the cashier lady.

The worst ever coffee you can taste, really bad coffee, not recommended it at all . The staff also are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Super duper rude staffs, doesnt even want to serve customer when i want to make order!! All female staff busy chitchatting. Was rudely answered when I ask for hot water, asked to pay 20baht for it and seem so displeased to give me hot water even though i also buy coffees from them. Seriously have never seen such bad customer service in Thailand, should have just fired them all including the male supervisor!

They displayed a signage showing donuts and snacks, I asked simply if there are donuts and a lady replied with an angry tone telling me there is no more. If there is no more snacks and you don't want us asking questions, why bother showing the signage? Super rude.

Coffe and food are standard fare (on the bad side). Staff is just plainly rude. Bring your own if you can.

Only a small store located in the boarding area at Krabi Airport. From all the many commercial coffee brands in Thailand, I prefer Black Canyon.

Not a good experience at the time. Staff weren't smiley but they might have had a hard day. There was a leak coming out to the front area which they seemed to be awareof. I ordered some prawn siomay but although heated in the microwave they weren't hot and some were actually cold/chilled. Went back to ask them to reheat, the girl didn't seem very happy but after putting the siomay in the microwave she went to attend the leak. When the microwave pinged she was still mopping (she heard it pinged). The other girl was serving others. I managed to get the other girl's attention before she went on to serving other customers. The prawn siomay was good. Coffee prices are the same as in UK

Fell sick of the ham and cheese sandwich. Sandwiches are not cooled at the current temp accommodation. We realised too late.

Ice is not cold, its melted. Iekss Only coffee shop at airport, no concurrence so they dont have to deliver quality.

Bought a matcha frappe while waiting for my international flight in the departure hall. I don’t remember Grand Canyon drinks tasting rather diluted and heavy on condense or sweetened milk. Somehow balance is off. It offers nice place to sit and wait though.

Not many chairs available. Price is fair but quality is not as expected. Judging how nice Thai people are, the barista is not that friendly.

Very bad food. We ordered sandwiches with chicken. Tiny pieces of chicken and old dark lettuce leaves.
