Very good Indian food. Even though the restaurant was not busy service and food excellent. We had primarily vegetable dishes but the lamb vindaloo was very perfect.

Highly recommended! The waiter was extremely nice and the food was flavorful. The portion size might not seem big but it is really filling. We got butter chicken (260THB), lamb saag wala (350THB), garlic naan (80THB) and cheese naan (130THB). Overall very happy with our experience!

Was looking for some Indian food and as I walked by and looked at the menu, the guy invited me in and offered 10% discount too. Most other Indian restaurants I walked by was open air, here it's inside and you get AC. Ordered butter chicken, lamb rogan josh, chili paneer, cheese naan and some rice. Everything tasted pretty good, I just felt that some of the portion size were a bit small like for the rice and cheese naan.

Indian cuisine with authentic spices and flavours can be found in Madras Cafe. We ordered fresh juices and a mojito at a reasonable cost. The flavoursome chicken tandoori was finger - licking and spicy 🌶️ but a feast for the palate. Equally so was the chicken curry that came in a mini sized pot but the food sufficiently satisfied 3 mouths. The butter naan and garlic naan were freshly made and served hot. The efficiency of the waiter and the service here is commendable. Definitely value for money at this cafe.

Authentic Indian flavour in all the dishes we ordered. The gravies ordered were lip-smacking paired with Rotis. The idly sambar we ordered was not upto the mark as the idly were stale. Sambar was very tasty while chutnets were okay. Vegetable pulav was a bit plain as it was lacking spices. The next day we ordered Paneer and Gobi paratha, Onion uthappam which was delicious.

Very delicious Indian food with authentic flavors and spices. The tastes are well balanced. Literary everything we ordered tasted great. The servings are quite big, easy to overeat. Thank you to the cook for good food and to the staff for the friendly service. Will definitely come again!

The taste and the smell were totally amazing. It might take 20-30 mins to wait but it worth because everything was fresh made.

We waited for our drinks over 30mins after ordering. I ordered a coke and they said they didn’t have any left. But all the tables around us got cokes. Then we waited for our food for another hour. So 1h 30min in the first food arrived. They scrambled up some orders so it took even longer to get our meals for some of us. Also we ordered rice to our dishes and had to wait for 10min after receiving the main dish. So that one was already starting to get cold. The food was actually really good and tasty. But the service was very bad. I only recommend going to this place if you have a lot of time and are patient.

Incredibly clean and comfortable place with interior design quality far exceeding anything you can see in 95% of Ao nang restaurants. Prices are above average but the food quality is absolutely astonishing, rice and curries one love! Complimentary mint sauce and mango pickles from the staff brought the experience one level further. Despite the pricing I would say it is a great value for the experience, definitely to return.

Reading reviews went here for dinner with my friend , good menu of Indian & Thai food .. she had seafood salad , said was nice. I had chicken starter which was not very good . Followed by chicken Dhansak , this was very nice , thick sauce & good taste , rice & keema Nan also good. I had water , friend had mango smoothie .. The waiter was understanding and when I mentioned about the starter he was apologetic and removed this from the bill. This is good customer service. Shall go back when in Krabi again .

Lovely south Indian food. But good tandoori too. Delicious, good portions, and fairly priced. Much more tasty and authentic than anything we've had in the UK. Friendly attentive service. Large Changs at 90 baht. Unusually here, it was A/C, which was a very welcome relief from the heat. It reminded us of our travels in Kerala. Definitely recommend that you try it.

The best food we’ve had in Thailand by far! The service was amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful by offering suggestions. A large selection of vegetarian and vegan food was a huge plus, and each dish we’ve tried has been delicious! Really affordable, make sure not to miss this gem ☺️

Our favourite Indian restaurant in Krabi. The food is excellent and at a reasonable price. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They will cook your food to however you like it ( Hot, medium or mild). We loved their "Masala dishes" you should try one.

Amazing food. We almost didn’t come in because the lack of people sitting but the reviews made us give it a try. Such a great decision! We ordered some Indian dishes and some fish and everything was fresh and delicious.

First day we came and had amazing chicken pad thai 80 baht, so next day we decided to come back again. My mistake I didnt fancy thai or indian food and ordered pizza from Happy Hour 150baht. It was 100% frozen bought from 7eleven. You can spot the difference between fresh dough and frozen, because the edges of pizza grow more than the ingredients part. Now I have food poisoning diarrea. Avoid. Order pad thai.

Before we decided to eat at this place we asked the guy out front if the Thai dishes are cooked by a Thai chef, he promised that it was a Thai chef so we decided to eat here. The Thai dishes we ordered we're medicore, tasteless and lack of the authentic Thai flavours. The food took over 1/2hr to come out and when we got the bill we were charged 3 additional dishes that we didn't order. I told the waitress that there was a mistake on the bill, she took it back to the counter then the owner (I am assuming that it's the owner) came over with the updated bill only to still charge me with 1 additional dish instead of 3. After the 2nd attempt did they get my bill right. The staff (especially the girls) looked like they didn't want to be there. Over all, if you are looking to have authentic Thai go to a restaurant that is owned by a Thai. Thai dishes at this place did not taste good and it is pricey for medicore and tasteless food.

Best quality food at Ao Nang Beach area. We were looking for trying some South Indian food for dinner and the food was amazing. The plain Dosa was crisp and yum. I was surprised by the taste and freshness of buttermilk too

Even though place is called Madras cafe, the South Indian food was lack lustre, vada were below average, uttapam was very oily, idly was slightly palpable. Dal was decent but garlic naan was again not great. We ordered paranthas for takeaway for our flight but there was more dough than stuffing and all 3 paranthas - aloo, gobi, paneer tasted the same because of its too much dough. I'll not recommend.

We stay 30 minutes away but after discovering that the food in this restaurant was so delicious we decided to drive again on our last night in Krabi.

The people working here are so friendly and lovely. We had a great meal, and were so lucky they were open in the times of COVID! definitely recommend.

Really good Indian food within a comfortable and friendly setting. The restaurant is actually closed off from the outside air and air conditioned so may be more comfortable for some. It's very clean. Our food was fantastic, we really enjoyed it. All dishes were well prepared and were clearly fresh. The naan breads were beautiful!! The staff were friendly and spoke good English. Price wise we paid 1500baht for a meal for two with a couple of beers. Maybe more expensive than the usual but it was definitely worth it.

Went there solo for late lunch/early dinner a few days ago. This restaurant is located in the heart of Ao nang, next to Kasikorn Bank. The restaurant has huge space and have both indian and Thai menu. The waiter of course speaks fluent English and very attentive to their customers by checking in how the food was. I ordered Garlic Naan and Paneer tikka masala. It is quite authentic indian food with good mild taste of spicyness. The portion is enough for 1-2 persons. The price is very reasonable and I highly recommend the place if you like to try authentic indian food.

Finally!! A good Indian curry in Ao Nang. We had several vegetarian dishes and everything was super tasty. Freshly cooked with perfect spice. Not drowning in oil. Friendly manager. Nice and clean place. Highly recommended. Avoid the tourist traps at the beachfront and make the short walk up here. You will not regret.

South Indian Mysore masala dosa is very good; especially coconut chutney was fresh and tasty on both occasions I ate there. Mix Veg Upma was another revelation worth trying; though service takes longer time

South Indian food not good taste. Service very slow. Sambhar taste less. Dosa sour , Uttapam salt was very low or missed out, butter milk very sour.
