This gym is the best options for Tourist in Krabi. The gym is beautiful and clean! They have bars to Deadlift and Squat. I recommend coming in the middle of the day to get access to the equipment that you need. The owner is very nice and welcoming! This gym was the best option in my opinion out of all the gyms in Krabi. There is also a cafe so you can get what you need before and after the workout.

That's one of the best gyms, which I have visited in the pas years. Decent size, extremely clean, with brand new high level equipment and friendly staff. They also make a great coffee. Recommend.

So many attachments for the cable machines. Many dumbells available, although they were all over the floor. Some machines were a bit old. 100 baht per day. Great value!

Gym + Cafe both done exceptionally well. Gym has high quality equipment - the best in Krabi - including free weights and Lifetime fitness machines. In the cafe, I really enjoyed the coffee and cold pressed juices (made fresh upon order). There is also a yoga studio upstairs. Highly recommend a visit!

My partner and I came here for a maintenance session during our holiday and we were very satisfied with the facilities. At the time of this review (January 2024), the price for a day pass is 150 THB per person. The GYM Krabi Fitness & cafe’ should suffice for the majority of the “fitness crowd”. They also sell protein shakes, although we did not buy one so I do not know the pricing.

I'd rate this place higher.. BUT it doesn't have a single machine for working out your back.. no rows, no pulldowns, nothing.. it does have a squat rack though! So maybe just drop in on leg day.

Very bad they don't have anything offered in the menu. I ask for banana choco mel and they give me bread with nutella!(see the picture) the same for other thing my friends ask for. Just the juice was good.

B250-300 for an ok workout area - it covers the basics, but this gym shouldn't be more than B200 for drop in. (also officially doesn't offer drop in)

Great gym, good prices for individual day drop in and memberships, never too full, great equipment, staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very happy to meet and greet you. Cafe with beautiful coffee. The best gym in Krabi, you should go there. 😊
