Ok, first of all, the service was really slow. But the waiters tried their best, I guess? I felt sorry for them. They forgot to bring coffee, we had to ask for it three times. OK, it’s Christmas! I understand, not a big deal. The worst part was food. I go to TCC very often, and food here was really not great this time, it was tasteless, like it was cooked, then refrigerated and reheated again. Or the could be a problem with their fridge. IDK. Staff kept mixing up our orders. Quite understaffed and undertrained. Food took long to arrive and came wrong twice 🥺 Staff served food, without any cutlery. When she did give us the cutlery, she gave the wrong ones (because the counter closest to her only had spoon and knife). Had to walk up again to counter to ask for a fork. The drinks were not bad. But hope they consider training, and increasing the staffing.

Expensive comparing with similar spots in the area. Extremely gentle and nice staff and good atmosphere, but too touristic and too occidental atmosphere for our taste. Paid for a frozen acai and strawberry bowl, a yoghurt muesli bowl and two coffee 600 BHT (~20$).

Really nice coffee shop. Great place to grab a drink and hangout for a bit. Plenty of seating. The staff was very friendly. Great drinks. The iced coffees we got were very refreshing on a hot day. The mango sticky rice was excellent, very tasty. Restrooms were clean. I would recommend this place!

Great little cafe/coffee shop. It’s a chain throughout Thailand which also means it’s consistent. We went to one in Bangkok as well. We had breakfast (yogurt bowl & eggs/bacon/potatoes), matcha & caramel latte, and a lunch pad thai - all were good. It was nice and cozy to get out of the rain for a few hours.

Very mediocre breakfast experience. This is a western style coffee bar but lacks all the good aspects of it. First of all service is quite slow - waited long time for service (5 min+) drinks (10 min+) and breakfast (15 min+). Secondly waiter forgot one part of order (flat white) and only brought it after the breakfast and other drinks were served). Breakfast itself (pancakes and bowl) are ok, but lack flavor and sizes are quite small. Most importantly my flat white (photos) was much closer with taste and look to latte (which I personally hate). With slow service, small portions you would probably expect low prices, but they are actually high for Krabi / Thailand. I don’t recommend this branch, I believe there are much better coffee shops around.

Very good cafe in Krbai just 50 m from Ao Nang beach. The coffee is good and sandwiches are delicious. Place comfortable and staff are kind.

We stopped by here for a quick bite mainly because it was air conditioned (yassss!!) I got a Thai tea frappe and just some a la Carte kale veggies because I was feeling healthy :) the prices here are a bit on the higher side for the area due to this being a franchise from Australia but it is one of the few places we found in Ao Nang that serve Thai congee and breakfast! The staff were polite and knew if anything was out of stock right away so we appreciated that. If you want somewhere to chill for a bit I prefer this place to cafe 8.98 but yeah just keep in mind it is on the pricier side. They first do 10% service charge THEN put 7% vat on the already included 10% which you’re not supposed to do!

The usual high quality and clean Modern vibe we’ve come to expect from coffee club! The dishes are all great and we’ll executed and we love the selection of clean healthy dishes! Always a pleasure to get a western style meal here. The price tag hurts but the quality is there. American food for American price. My only problem here is that I should be able To get good western food for less than western pricing in Thailand.

Food was absolutely lovely, not the cheapest here, but hey, who cares. Girlfriend was a bit hot, so they moved a fan without me even asking. And yes, it has air-conditioning she's just a crazy daisy that gets hot over nothing. 10 out of 10 for the staff.

Loved this place so much that we came everyday during our stay for breakfast. The staff here is amazing. Non even remembered our exact order our second day back. Him along with the rest of the staff made our stay here in Ao Nang super memorable. The food and the coffee are both to die for. Try the matcha with espresso!

LOVE this place. Been here twice and would come for more. The coffee variety is very attractive and their Caramel mocca is the thing to make your morning super happy. Other coffee had amazing quality and taste. Their dishes are really good. They take great care for every i grab. The staff is super friendly. One of my go to place here.

I visited this cafe with my fiancé Kate, very delicious food and fantastic service! The staff were so friendly, especially Tan!

Well the food is tasty and so is the coffee. But the portions are just really small, especially considering the money you spend there. Sandwich as small as my handpalm. Literally 18(!) fries came with it. I also had the overflow coffee but it was by far not as much as shown on the menu. Taste was good tho.

Great coffee shop & food. I ordered the garlic rice & bacon, it was delicious. The espresso with coconut was good, I wish it had coconut cream or coconut milk instead of coconut juice. I would recommend ordering the thai milk tea. Great service as well. Overall a good place for brunch/lunch!

Great coffee here and lovely friendly staff. Tan1 was so lovely and came and gave us our sunglasses after we left them! Lovely food too - highly recommend if you want a quiet moment to have yummy food and nice atmosphere

Depending on the time you enter the store, you may not be lucky. I don’t think there was a main chef i n the kitchen when I was there. The quality of foods, both western and Thai ,were not good.

I’ve had 2 Cocoa Acai bowls / they were both terrible . Full of ice. Also had the chicken cashew nut Thai meal last night and that also was terrible. This menu looks quite “cheap” but the proportions are very small.

If you are missing western food, this is your place! Delicious cheesburger with truffle sauce and amazing cappuccino.

My 2 friends and I stayed in kokotel for 4 days for our trip in Krabi, we had wonderful stay and the breakfast every morning is superb! Decent selection! And served by lovely Ree, she is very kind! Lots of love <3

Stepped in for a break from the heat thinking we'd have a quick cold coffee. We ended up spending more than an hour. The coconut frappe tempted us and we were so glad we gave in to temptation. Sweet coconut frappe topped with cubes of soft fresh coconut and slivers of crisp coconut chips the contrast was amazing. And then we ordered the spicy grilled pork collar pasta. Wow! Amazing! (we ordered it less spicy as it was marked with three red chillies) 😁 Lovely service too.. The staff was very friendly. Glad we stepped in randomly 😄

Great chain of coffee shops to have some amazing food and top notch drinks. Both mine and the lady's drink were real tasty. Very respectfully priced considering the quality. For brunch, I opted for the Nutella and fruit pancakes while the lady opted for crusher avo on toast with poached eggs and feta. Both dishes were excellently cooked and presented. Good fresh ingredients were used, eggs so fresh! We sat inside which is tastefully decorated and has A/C, a much needed chill from the heat outside on this visit!
