Stayed at the swimming pool access villa for 3 nights. The room is very nice as well as the cleanliness. The breakfast is rather bad, croissants were from 1 or 2 days ago and were exposed under sunlight, which made them hard and uneatable, as well as the bread. I asked staff whether fruits were cleaned with boiled or bottled water due to bacteria, and they said they were cleaned with normal tap water, which is disappointing in a 4* hotel. We utilised room service twice and it was difficult for staff to communicate with us via phone, due to that they placed 1 extra order we didn't ask for, and didn't even signed for. When it came to check out and pay for our bill, the receptionist tried to charge us for this order which didn't even had a signature from me or my partner. Rather than make things easy and smooth for us, she got angry at us and start speaking in Thai in a rude way without even looking at us. Again, not a treatment I expect in a 4* hotel. We were in a hurry to the airport with our taxi waiting outside but she obviously didn't even bothered. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Good View and Good Hospitality and Superb Stay. This hotel is located a little far from aanong beach area but they offer rental bike and car so better to go for shopping and exploring beach. We enjoyed poolvilla and pool too here. The view from private pool villa from hill is amazing..So good choice to stay. About Hotel breakfast, They don’t have vegetarian breakfast and so no sense for complimentary breakfast. Rest all good.

I liked everything about this resort! Very spacious rooms, all have pool view- or access. All very new and clean. Good internet, lots of hot water, love the crispy clean linnen and towels. Room-service is good, inexpensive and quick. Great in-house massage therapist. The whole staff is amazing! Very friendly, kind and helpful. Always a smile or a greeting. Internet is great, the pool is fantastic. The shuttle service to the beach is great. Considering the price, I just cannot fault anything. The whole place has got such a nice vibe and a very friendly feel to it. I am definitely coming back! :-)

The best resort we stayed in Krabi. I have so many great things to talk about this place. Spacious room, pool is open till 10pm, great food, lovely pool bar, extremely helpful staff, amazing breakfast and free shuttles to Ao Nang, can hire scooters from the hotel itself. 5 star in all aspects.

Stayed here for 3 days at the private pool suite.<br/>Had booked the room knowing that location wasn't the most convenient but thought having a private pool would make up for it. <br/>Hotel is about 15 mind drive to Ao Nang beach and with a shuttle from the hotel every 2 hours. Please be mindful that the shuttle will only pick you up from the beach every 2 hours if there are other guest coming down. If not just get a taxi or grab. <br/>The facilities were new but the hotel does not have the necessary equipment to maintain the cleanliness of the private pools.<br/>On the first night there was a lot of black flies and a cockroach in our pool. On the second night there were still flies but even at the bottom of the pool there was dead insects leaves and sand/dirt in general. We had requested for the pool to be cleaned 3 times in our entire stay but even then it wasn't clean. The problem was that the filters weren't on all the time, the jacuzzi which helps to prevent Mosquito was only turned on for short periods during the day.<br/>On the second night, there was a blackout for almost 3 hours, meaning no lights and air-conditioning. We couldn't open the balcony doors in fear that more mosquitos and flies would come in. Had called the front desk and the lady just said she didn't know when the electricity will be back up. No apologies were given even on the next day. <br/>Housekeeping only happens between 8am-noon. We had decided to stay in abit later on our third day & found the room was not made. Again had to call the front desk at 6pm and they said the housekeepers end their service at 5pm. <br/>Overall I won't come back again and would recommend against anyone booking the private pool suites. If you intend to stay, just get a pool access room for 1/3 the price and enjoy the shared pool as so much better maintained and a lot cleaner.<br/>One thing I had to say was that the front desk was responsive when we had complained about the pool cleanliness and tried their best to clean it. But there's only so much they can do when the filters were working poorly. That's the only reason I would even give a 1star

A very nice and quiet hotel a little away from Ao Nang. Therefore there was a free shuttle to Ao Nang. We were there for a short trip from Ko Lanta for 2 nights. We had a room with private pool access. The room had a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. Besides towels, pool towels, bathrobes, slippers, a beach bag, hair dryer and several bathing utensils were available. There was also a mini bar. Of course, there was also a TV available. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean, well maintained and new. At the pool there was a small pool bar. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. To recommend!!!

Such a great place. The staff are amazingly friendly. They helped us arrange many things to do with tours. Staying here is a good idea. The breakfast was excellent. There was a pool attached to our room. The location is a little away from the beech, but that shouldn't be counted against them.

Place is very nice, but not clean, metress have yellow marks on it, staff are nice and helpful but they will call to to check out on time like half an hour before the check out time. Breakfast is not I expect. Location is pretty far from the centre by walking, it take about half hour to go there on foot. The hotel provide the local tour for there customer but double the price you can get from outside local tour.

We opted for a Pool Villa, the rooms were really clean and very well maintained. The best thing about this resort was their hospitality!! On our check-out day we didn’t had time for breakfast, because we had a flight to catch, but they packed our breakfast along with Juice and water bottles for each of us😍 We would definitely would love to visit again!

Hotel View was amezing and the service was also good, Rooms were quite spacious, over all a good happening place.

We booked this hotel on our visit to krabi. It's very close to Ao Nang Beach, hardly about 3 kms far. The staff is friendly and humble. They most certainly know how to entertain their guests. The hotel is exactly how it looks in the images. It has a big pool in the centre. The rooms are decently sized. The only issue we faced here was we couldn't screen mirror our phones into the television. The wifi internet provided by hotel was decent. However the range of the wifi was limited. We'd say it's value for money.

Nice Room with a great view. The resort is a bit far from the center but they have shuttle services to Ao Nang beach.

The place is absolutely beautiful but it's a steep climb up the hill to the rooms. While the staff are extremely helpful, the dining staff are unable to understand English which made it a little difficult to order in. The property is about 20 minutes away from the main strip, but the hotel offers bike rentals which makes it easier to move around. Having said that, the view is to die for! Absolutely worth it.

Far away from beach and area is really secluded. Plus hotel doesn’t have proper services.

Their food service lady lost our room key card and charged from us instead
