Two stars is for a nice and welcoming design of coffee shop and a coffee itself. But the rest is absolutely not exeptable. First and foremost, DON'T come here because the same person washes a toilet and then preparing your coffee or tea. We saw how he was not washing or slightly washing his hands before taking an apple which he sliced and put to the tea. Not sure if the apple was washed. The sinks are so dirty, and the profe coffee machine as well. It is a pity it used to be a year ago so nice and neat place, with completely different staff and menu. The staff is not for serving people, they do not know how to talk or serve! The menu is new, and expensive, for tea is 15 zł, for some coffees 17-18 zl like at Starbucks, but there you have standards of hygiene! And we expect lower price from local, not so big chain, a coffee shop like it used to be. Please give us back the staff and cleaneless!!!!

The place looks nice, they are at a great location. So sad that it has staff that is more interested in themselves than actually working and getting the orders out to waiting customers. Coffee was decent, but honestly there are a lot better places within walking distance.

After a day of walking around sight-seeing, desperately needed a coffee & this place was a great choice. Cortado coffee was magnificent, the Salted Caramel Milky Hot Chocolate was amazing in both presentation with lots of whipped cream & caramel sauce, as well as taste. The ladies serving are efficient & still very friendly, welcome tourists to take a break. There are really comfortable lounges & big lounge chairs with coffee tables everywhere, allowing a great rest with coffee & it's super clean too.

Just horrible service. From the very beginning the waitress was in a bad mood. The food - they gave me raw shakshuka and after I asked to cook it they made it so impossibly hot that I could not it for another 20 minutes. The coffee is good, but not worthy to start your day with this place :)

The coffee is not that good for my taste. The cappuccino had no foam on the top. The bagels were good. There were 6 people working at the coffee shop and still the service was rather slow.

I ordered orange juice and the waitress told me that it would be 100% fresh squeeze out orange, but unfortunately is wasn’t, I saw her adding water and it was so sweet so she definitely added sugar, I don’t recommend this place at all,

Great little coffee shop! This is my third visit here and I’ve consistently had good service and food & beverages. The shop is also very spacious, so a great spot to hang out if you’re traveling and waiting for check-in’s or flights. :)

Nice and cozy place… a corner coffee shop with a nice view outside in old town, Krakow You can spend time with your loved ones and plenty of space is there. You can read some books too here! I ordered my breakfast here.. Cafe Latte with Oat Milk and 2 croissants.. this cost me around 36 PLN I am sure you’ll like the place too…

Staffing is nice and make effort to understand when you are foreigner. And it makes a difference with other place. There is confortable sofa to make a small break during the day. There is all kind of customers: workers , students, tourists, couple ... Nice atmosphere!

Lovely staff, excellent food and drink. Can get a little busy but plenty of seating and nooks to sit drink coffee, have some food.. work or read a book great for a quick stop or recharge. Beautiful decorated interior with a ample menu will be something for everyone. We had breakfast and a verity of drinks.

Great coffee and really helpful customer service! Relaxed decor with interesting furniture and wall decorations. Books laid out all around adding to the atmosphere. Would recommend while visiting Krakow!

Such weird and very expensive place, I was waiting about 20 minutes for cappuccino and orange juice, even the place was very quiet. The orange juice was okay, but the cappuccino was only milk no coffee at all. The equipment was kind dirt, staff unfriendly. So please stay way and don’t wast your money here.

I liked the ornaments and paintings on the walls connected with the marine travels. I like armchairs and comfortable seats and tables. The is big range to choose: coffees, teas, desserts, some sour food. We have ordered frappe, mango smoothie and latte with almond milk. All of the orders were delicious! There is also possibility to order breakfast (some international options as well)

What a lovely place for breakfast. Staff were great and all speak English. Arguably, the best Flat White I've ever had. Had some French Toast which was great. Nice and chilled and order complete to the table within 5 minutes. Would highly recommend

Cozy place where you can spend a lot of time just chilling. Nice food too, especially almond cake is very tasty.

They don't put ice cubes in your ice coffee. Also I thought it was quite expensive but my gf informed me these are normal prices for coffee.

Nice coffee place with couches, they have some gluten free cakes but no all. The food was okay nothing spectacular. They also offer flavored coffee like salted caramel

Nice place with confortable places to sit, big offer of hot drinks. I was with family of coffee drinker and I do not drink coffee myself, but I had warm orange juice with spices and it was delicious.

We popped in on the way to the Banksy museum and noticed the lovely wee sign outside. Definitely filled our appetites, and the French toast was amazing. Great prices, great coffee, and great staff. Thank you for today.

Had small issue with the service and waited around 70 minutes for the breakfast. Ordered lemonade, croissant, English breakfast and a type of coffee. Drinks were very good. Croissant was okay but cold. English breakfast didn't taste very good

Surprisingly although on the junction of two main roads the cafe is very quiet and restful. It is very spacious therefore relaxing. Cheerful and quick service and many of the staff speak English. The cafe was a bit of a surprise to me and I enjoy the atmosphere there. Because of its position very easy to get to. Highly recommended.

Wasn't too impressed with the visit I had here. Ordered at the counter and they forgot what I ordered after my friend got both her items after placing it after me. Checked in with them and instead of coming over and noticing I still didn't have mine and my friend had her's, they didn't remember the order. When it came they offered an extra croissant which was a nice offer, but still slow considering they weren't busy. The matcha I ordered too wasnt great either, so even though its a nice spot with good options, I wouldn't be fussed to go back.

Very nice and cosy, welcoming staff. Plenty of seating which is very comfortable. Price wise it is reasonable. Staff didn’t have a problem with us staying for quite a long time while waiting for our check in. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty breakfast. Very expensive coffee. 22zloty. That's a lot. It was definitely great and big to make me going for like 3 hours. The fact that they were open at 7am and their comfy sofas made it OK.

Chill place~ Large cafe with indoor seating capacity and quiet music to study or work. Great place to hangout for some relaxed chit chat. The staff spoke english and there was a pleasantly suprizing number and variety of food/drinks available! I had the chocolate cake, it was super rich with cocolate chunks, very delicious, and the iced cappuccino :) Would recomend a drop by, same pricing as other large cafe chains in krakow.

Nice cafe with delicious brunch and beverages. I really enjoyed my chai latte with the English breakfast brunch. Great little atmosphere with a decent amount of seating for this small cafe.

Great coffee either to go or to have right there in the comfortable lounge-y setting. Lovely, helpful staff, all of whom speak English well. They have a pretty good selection of sweet and savoury snacks, ranging from rich sandwiches and bagles to muffins and ice cream concoctions. Recomnended!

Pretty nice spot, but the two young girls working there (dumb & dumber) couldn't make a good coffee to save their lives. They also screwed up my order several times.

The place is very well decorated and has a lot of tables and also comfortable couches. The staff speaks English which is a great plus. The menu has a good variety of choices. I don't rate it 5 stars because the coffee should have been a little warmer in my opinion

Baristas was really unpolite to all customers and replied us quite laudly any of our orders. Never go there again. Croissant was good.

Food was mediocre and place was not clean. Let's hope I'm not sick later. After eating I needed the restroom. When I got downstairs I almost vomited. There was what appeared to be diarrhea on the floor of the women's. So, I went in the men's. It was messy, but I always expect that. Then, there was no toilet paper and I had left my purse upstairs. I went back up without using the toilet and we walked back to our hotel where I'm writing this. I worked in food service for many, many years. I even owned my own cafe for a while. I know about hygiene and I know there is a direct correlation between restroom cleanliness and kitchen cleanliness. I am horrified by the fact that I just ate breakfast in that place. Do no risk your health. It's not worth it. Go somewhere else. Also, I had read another review complaining about poor hygiene and the only reason I still went there was there was a response from management apologizing and saying it's taken care of and they're working on it with their employees. Don't believe them. It's not taken care of. If their bathroom looks like that ..oh my god...what does their kitchen look like? Don't take the risk. It's a tourist town. Coffee shops are everywhere. Skip this one.

The cafe has new name - Bussola. Interior is cozy, coffee and lemonades are also nice but food is rather disappointing. Half of a shakshuka was just huge chunks of onions, sandwich also had onion slices with root tips, cutlery was dirty. Overall impression is that the cook doesn’t like his/her job

Really nice place, with nice food. Please solve the issue with the little flies. They were everywhere (literally too many I couldn't eat) and there also bees where they kept the cakes

Great selection of food & drinks - fantastic coffee also. However, the service was rather slow, which would be fine if the staff seemed at all enthusiastic or attentive which they regrettably were not. Improve cleanliness, speed of service and smile more, and you are easily a 5 star coffee shop :)

Nice place good a coffee and dome cakes, a place to chill out with free WiFi. Toilets a bit difficult to get to, dome steps up to upper level then down more stairs to the underground toilets. Staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Nice place, nice location. I loved their ambiance and cafe sittings. I ordered lemonade and Cake. Drink was great but the cake was so bad. One last thing. They are missing to smile when they deal with English speaker. Not everyone here is a local or expat. Tourists are not obliged to speak polish. So please smile and talk respectful to them.
