To eat food here is definitely a memorable experience, that one will not soon forget. The food is disgusting, I would not even feed to my dog. There is not a good flavor to the food and it is cold. I truly have had better Greek food out of a trash can in Athens. To give the impression this is Greek food is a sin, and to put pickles on kebab/gyro should be a criminal offense.

It was the worst kebab I have ever had. It was all so dry. The meat was not fresh and was so dry and chewy. The fries were overcooked and dry. Extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant

This food outlet is located at a very convenient location, very close to the Krakow old city centre, and on the way to Wawel castle from the old city. I do not know but perhaps once it was a restaurant with Greek cuisine. As such, the name remains, but it is now basically a kebab shop. The interior still reflects its Greek legacy. Customers may have been misguided, but most of the food items are on picture at the back of the counter. It remains crowded perhaps due to its location. Food is as usual.

Waited 40mins to 1 hour for a simple wrap which they didn’t get right. They started fighting with each other to figure out what happened, when we told them it’s the wrong order. That took another 5-10 mins. In the end we got the food. As a Greek person I can tell you it wasn’t anything exciting and should definitely cost less.

Awful. Me and my friends waited for about an hour for 4 simple wraps. They got my order wrong, and when I told them that I ordered something else they said that I didn't and I ordered what they gave me. The woman was rude and had a horrible attitude. The food wasn't good, very dry and tasteless.

This place has seen better days, which are never coming back. Tasteless gyros, with awfully dried meat and lumpy sauce. “Beef” looked like some industrial minced meat put together. Only ok’ish part are French fries. They also serve pizza and zapiekanka, which I would not dare to try. The place inside looks dirty and greasy, and the whole staff looked like it was their first day and wanted to be somewhere else. On top, who looked like the manager was playing pretend boxing with his employees.

Ugh spider! This “meal” is an imposition! The fat-dripping falafels are rolled into a cardboard-like, burnt pancake together with pickles, rancid lettuce and extremely disgusting fatty sauce. The bread falls apart when you eat it and the ingredients don't fit together. After the torturous distortion, an uneasy feeling remains. The problem here is that you are also lured with false special offers and have to wait an extremely long time for your “food”. I cannot recommend this place in any way!!!

We sat down to order and we’re told to move as they had a group of six ( we were a group of 7 that they didn’t notice’. Not recommended at all !!

I don't remember the last time I left half of my kebab.. prices are quite high for a fastfood kebab, but that was really a bad bad one...did not read reviews before unfortunately:(

It was very late at night, nothing else open for food so we ate here & it wasn't that bad. The lady at the counter is the only one who speaks English here, while other reviewers complain about her standoff-ish attitude is completely unfair, it's actually just a shyness & fear to speak in another language with English speaking customers expecting way too much - it's not her first language but she's trying really hard, a bit more respect for that please! The food was ok, Pepperoni Pizza slice was really good actually, while the Kebab Sandwich had a mix of meat in it - the chicken was good but the beef was so dry & charcoaled it was almost just burnt pieces. I'm still grateful they fed us late.

Dont waste your money. The worsttttt food ive ever had . We threw away the whole pitza, the service was catastrofi . Not clean either, u have to eat on dirty tables. Tastes strange.the sauce smelled awfull

They served me a very dry kebab which was basically leftovers without lettuce, tomatoes or any vegetables! Try to avoid going there after a night out because they’ll most likely try to scam you

Worst customer service in Krakow. Food was seriously unedible. The chicken and sauce tasted so weird. But mostly the unwelcoming and rude environment was enough to never go near that place. You should really put some More effort atleast to customer service.

The nicest kebab I have ever eaten but unfortunately gave me and my friend food poisoning for 2 weeks. Would probably still go back tho tbh.

The kebab was very tasteless, some of us had raw meat and some had burnt meat.

Unfortunately, I was honestly disappointed yesterday. The kebab is usually good, but unfortunately it was served with cold meat. And not only mine, but also others in my company had the same problem. Maybe after my next visit I will add stars.

Best kebab I've had in a while. I love that they are using proper meat instead of some processed crap. Quibbles - if you order a tortilla wrap they will first wrap it in aluminum foil and then grill it which I find bizzare, the ends of the wrap were not closed properly and there were a bit too many pickles.

Server used clean tongs to keep chicken and chips gluten free. Delicious. Much appreciated.

The lady serving at the counter preferred scrolling on her phone to taking an order. She then overcharged me by quite a bit. When I pointed this out she was very rude and threw the money at me!!!! The food wasn’t bad … good chicken kebab.. ok falafel. Greasy chips. Won’t be back.

the McDonald's of kebab... If McD's sold gyros, this is about what I'd expect them to taste like. Dry ends of meat that taste somewhat like bad jerky, tasteless fries, iceberg lettuce, and cheap dressing out of a bottle. Pluses... they were friendly, and had a customer toilet (not the cleanest, but not bad), and they had real Coca-Cola instead of Pepsi.

Very bad attitude to clients! We were sitting outside and when rain is started the owner without any notice/suggestion to go inside, closed the canopy And all people stood under the rain with food and trying understand why he close it in rainy day? This place dosen't diserve even 1 star

- more expensive than advertised - way too expensive and small portions - the pizza was not completely baked - Pizza came 20 minutes after the rest and tasted more like a 1/10 - Staff rude and stressed even though nothing was going on - toilet extremely dirty, smelly and some things were broken

Fabulous good quality food for a fast food place. Handy for our hotel (Jan). We ate in as a cold evening. Very reasonable and the huge tasty chicken Kebab, one would have been enough for two. Would definitely go again next time we visit Krakow.

Administrator who took the order was nice. Staff needs alot... to learn yet ...They looked like they are more at home than at work, so no.

Pizza is delicious! Perfect place to grab a bite to eat after a night of drinking!

It was horrible, we were hungry and wanted to eat something. Problem was, it was to much money and the food was the worst thing I‘ve ever eaten. Beef was dry, sauces were bad and in my tortilla and my friends kebab were literally no vegetables. Don‘t go there, search for something else :) And there is not a big choice of food…

Food was delicious, the service was quick and the restaurant clean and having a fun look. Not only that but the toilets where clean.

Worst kapsalon I've ever eaten, 7 Euros for the smallest kapsalon I've witnessed with a bad sauce. Took a while to be delivered and the toilet was broken. Went to the pizza place a bit down the street afterwards since I still needed dinner. 0/10 no dutch sign of approval.

The decorations are nice. The food though is okay. It's not Greek tho. It's middle eastern food in a Greek themed restaurant. The gyro meat is a bit bland and dry ish. Add some red sauce to it to make it have some taste. The fry's were meh. Not really thick cut like Greek fries. The Greek salad isn't Greek salad.

Quick, cheap, large portions and very tasty. Friendly staff. Had the tortilla kebabs (wrap) and it was huge and so tasty. Chilli sauce on the tables was amazing.

Staff very unhelpful!! We asked for salad to be separate from kebab Informed not possible??? Manager came & overoad this decision, and rightly so The girl behind the counter very hostile,also the young guy who I presume was her boyfriend? As they were decided to have a bit 'snog' while customers were waiting Really??? However Food was undeniable good Krakow is absolutely amazing! This will not stop a return visit ❤️

Charged more than what was on the menu, the service was rude and stressful even though there was nothing going on. Portion far too small and quality rather poor.
