Unfortunately,
it

negative
and
a
negative
visit...
While
I
can
say
a
lot
of
good
things
about
the
store
in
Łucka,
here
it
was
quite
the
opposite.
To
start
with,
none
of
the
four
saleswomen
who
were
talking
to
each
other
even
replied
to
my
"good
morning",
and
secondly,
none
of
the
ladies
felt
obliged
to
help
me
with
anything.
Totally
zero
interest
in
the
customer!
Before
I
went
to
the
counter
to
pick
up
the
order,
I
walked
around
the
store
for
a
good
10
minutes
and
browsed
the
products,
although
none
of
the
ladies
even
offered
to
help
me
choose,
choose
the
right
cosmetics
or
advise
me
on
anything
I
was
hoping
for
because
I
am
not
a
professional
in
this
matter.

Finally,
I
went
to
the
checkout
to
just
pick
up
the
order,
without
anything
else.
Another
issue
in
the
store
is
the
lighting,
which
cried
out
for
vengeance
to
the
heavens.
In

products.
Unfortunately,
I
wouldn't
count
on
the
right
selection
of
colors,
because
it's
simply
too
dark
to
do
it,
you
can't
see
anything,
and
if
you
don't
know
the
right
shade,
you
can't
count
on
the
staff's
help,
as
you
can
see.
I
left
the
store
quite
dissatisfied,
mainly
due
to
the
very
poor
customer
service
provided
by
the
ladies.
The
ladies
absorbed
in
the
conversation
also
did
not
react
to
my
"goodbye".
I
don't
think
I'll
come
back
again,
and
I
suggest
the
management
talk
to
the
sellers
and
maybe
take
a
customer
service
course,
because
it
certainly
shouldn't
be
like
this.
