Genuinely the fastest service I've ever had at a McDonald's: we received our food in under two minutes! Portions available were very generous and reasonably priced.

Very busy McDonald’s in central Krakow. Friendly staff. Kept clean and tidy. Plenty of seating - both inside and out. Good selection of McDonald’s goods - much better than in the UK. You can choose to add things like jalapeños to your burger and desserts such as caramel ice cream sundae are available! Cheap prices. Good value compared to some of the restaurants nearby!

This McDonald’s is in a historic building in city center Kraków. I ordered ice cream by using kiosk ordering option. It was pretty clean and had some local options which I have seen anywhere else.

Coming from the US I had to try the food of my people 😂. This McDonald’s is in the heart of krakow and a very beautiful historic location. The food tastes so different in the best way possible! Ordering is easy with the self service kiosk and pick up your order from the desk when your number shows up on the screen. The upstairs dining area is nice and quiet with a view of the streets below.

I really like this place! 2 big rooms upstairs and 2 smaller, all of them are in different styles. Clean and nice. My favorite place to eat some MC food 🙂

It’s a perfectly OK McDonald’s but for the second time in two weeks they left something off my order. One large fries instead of two this time. Check your order before you leave!

A typical urban McDonald's with its typical menu. They did have an espresso lemonade. Overall it was quick and fast. The place was clean and service was optimal.

We entered the restaurant with family and our pet dog. we made an order. They saw us doing the order and right after we made an order they informed us that dogs are not allowed. It was winter time. It was raining outside and we were forced to take all our meal for takeaway and go and find some other place to sit and eat.

The busiest place of McDonald / s in Krakow i believe. Anytime we came here is plenty people. Anyway, stuff doing well. So you would not be waiting so long as you can imagine. Generally class McD. :)

This must be the cleanest and friendliest McDonalds I've ever visited. Staff at the order point was really helpful and my order was ready in no time at all even though the restaurant was busy. There's a few seats downstairs but loads more upstairs. There's even a lift.

The food, location, hygiene, service and staff who have smiling faces were perfect.

Nice and big space to eat the food in the middle of old town Kraków. Bit expensive as compare to other fast food chains which are located in the same surroundings. Vegetarian wrap was quite delicious. Taken good care of Corona guidelines.

Overall the staff were friendly, however it was so full you could barely get out the door. Some form of crowd management is needed in the restaurant

Interactive menu on the screen. No waiting time in the cueue to put in your order, just for picking it up and it goes pretty fast.

Clean, nice location in the center of Krakau. The prices are cheap as everywhere in Poland. The burgers are good.

Good food I like McDonald's not very healthy though but it's good I liked the mc wrap 🌯 that I tried there service is good didn't seem to have any bad situations with them but it would be better if they made food quicker but it's a problem with all McDonald's restaurants when there is many people the atmosphere is a little modern I liked the old door on a wall but I was in other McDonald's it's really close to there and the atmosphere is better there. So I recommend it. By the way big Mac is good there too take it if you don't like the wrap.

Probably the first McDonald’s I’ve ever visited that doesn’t have a fish fillet. Disappointing! Only 3 stars because the staff were very friendly and the basement is historically old and lovely to sit in.

It's a maccy, it's in Poland but just the same. You know exactly what you are going to get. Couldn't order via the app for some reason, maybe because of being in different country

OK, I'm not a McDonald's fan. It's not a chain I frequent, but we needed a fast quick bite in the area. I was really impressed with their order system! It made ordering and paying very easy. The restaurant was very clean as were the bathrooms. If you have to go to a McDonald's this is a pretty great one to go to.
