On
Thursday
evening
we
wanted
to
select
foundation
with
my
friend
and
we’re
testing
foundation
colors,
mixing
them
during
40
minutes
in
order
to
find
out
the
proper
tone
for
our
skin.
At
the
end
we
asked
for
samples
of
these
products
to
check
them
out
at
the
daylight.
Małgorzata(Margaret)
was
arrogant
and
said
that
they
do
not
provide
samples,
although
she
provided
samples
to
other
clients.
So
that
we
have
to
go
again
to
the
store
at
the
daylight
to
test
products.
For
the
second
visit
I
took
my
daily
products
to
test
out
together
with
Chanel
foundation
and
after
20
mins
Małgorzata(Margaret)
told
us
not
to
use
other
brands
in
Chanel
and
closed
all
the
shelves
with
cotton
pads,
brushes
behind
me.
Then
consultant
Joana
came,
she
told
not
to
use
other
brands
in
Chanel
and
mentioned
that
actually
we
can
take
samples
to
try
products
at
home,
hinting
that
it's
time
to
leave.
Okay,
I
asked
for
samples,
but
she
could
only
provide
1
sample.
I
explained
that
I
am
mixing
products,
so
it
does
not
make
any
sense
for
me
to
get
1
sample.
She
provided
me
2
samples.
Then
my
friend
asked
for
1
sample
and
she
declined,
because
she
already
provided
me
two
samples.
Actually
they
fulfill
samples
manually
from
products
in
store,
so
if
I
test
product,
they
take
this
product
and
fulfill
sample
bottle.
I
have
never
seen
such
an
attitude
anywhere
else!!!
