Today, I visited this establishment. The service staff there are like dodos who don't even know how many available seats they have. They always say, "Please wait in line," when there is no line. They completely forgot how to serve food. They served water in a dirty bottle. There was a chef's hair in the sandwich. And no one of these dodos even bothered to ask if everything was okay. A darn awful place. If you want to have bloody bad experience - welcome.

Had a lovely experience! Julia was so helpful and accommodating! She helped us to our table so quickly. And our waitress Ada was equally wonderful. Lovely staff overall and would highly recommend it for the service, the food was okay and the croissant was great! Reasonably priced as well!!

One of the best breakfast places. The food, as always, was tasty. The bread and croissants were fresh. The egg omelet well done. The jams (especially orange and raspberry) and salted caramel cream were delicious. Minus one star beause the waitress mixed up almost every dish and drink from our order but it was quickly fixed when we told her about it.

Nice spot for a brunch. I took one of their breakfast option, and I wish there was more viennoiseries and less bread (but maybe it was stated on the menu and I missed it). Food’s quality is great. The staff is a bit too quick, they took the plates like one second after we’ve finished them. Downside, the toilets were dirty!

A very unique restaurant in kraków. They are know for their breakfast menu which is available until midnight!! There were lots of seats available during my visit and the waiting time for our food wasn't very long! The food was also satisfactory! I had the soup of the day and a breakfast item. Very tasty 👌.

Was a queue as we arrived peak time. However this moved quickly 10 minutes or so.. I have been to this chain multiple times and always been pretty pleased with the food. Simple but tasty Moderately annoying the food comes as it's prepared as opposed to altogether. Although maybe just time of day.

Food was nice. Good variety on the menu to choose from. We were seated straight away. We were seated on this big wooden table in the middle which you have to share with a few other people which felt a bit personal - probably would’ve preferred to sit somewhere else or outside instead of here. Service was quick.

This place looks very interesting and attractive. And yet I find it overrated. The staff are great 👏🏻The menu is electronic, and I recommend adding photos of the dishes in such a case. Because I was very disappointed, the Chèvre chaud dish - why is the sandwich in the salads position on the menu. I was unlucky and there is no desire to return. This is not how I imagined French cuisine. It's a shame the soups are only on weekdays. Our food was good, but not enough for the overall experience. The coffee could have been better for the money. I wish everyone a better experience at this cafe :)

Awesome breakfast place. They have a great variety of home made bread, sweet toppings like jams and chocolate creams, many cold and warm sandwiches. The place is crowded, obviously a sign of a great popular place. I highly recommend!

We went there today, it was amazing! I can say that Charlotte is the best place to have breakfast in Krakow. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is very warm, prices are average, food is very fresh and tasty! We ordered: Salmon phume: 5/5 Breakfast with egg. The best in this set is salty caramel sauce and croissant. 5/5 croque-madame: (special sandwich with turkey) 5/5

Fresh bakery nice Croissant Prices are low but also the portions so basicly you need to order two breakfast sets in order not to finish hangry. The service is must be improved, long waiting time in order to get food, hardly possible to communicate with the staff once the food is ordered. Coffee is so so, lemonade is simple water with lemon juice. No vegetables on the plate, it will be nicer to have fresh Tamato paper bell as a side dish. Interior is noisy, and lot of smoke on the -1 level

WOOOOOW! We had great breakfast there. Beautiful industrial type environment, tables on the landing, at the bar and in the basement - all well arranged. The breakfast was amazing and I must highlight the almond croissant filled with apple puree. If you are in Krakow, you must visit this restaurant. Toilets could improve but otherwise a clear 5 stars.

Nice place to enjoy in Krakow center, boulangerie- pâtisserie 🥐 type with a great choice of breakfast, brunch, lunch options. Loved the atmosphere.

Tried the main restaurant this time. Delicious as always. Servers were very nice and helpful. Ordered the Charles' breakfast and it was served quite fast and it was very warm and the jams were also delicious. There was a bit of a que outside but since the place is quite big inside we managed to sit in quite fast.

Was there 2 years ago, and still same amazing! Charlotte's breakfast is perfect: coffee, freshly baked bread basket and croissant and 2 additions on your choice (my favourites are milk chocolate and raspberry jam) Sometimes there's a need to wait for place, but I'm lucky so far

Food was really nice! I really enjoyed having ‘The Charlotte’, I’ve never had bread and croissants dipped in warm white chocolate before. It was just such a lovely experience. Only thing i didn’t like was that there wasn’t enough staff, the place is all over TikTok so understandably it was busy. The tables weren’t that clean and also I finished my breakfast by the time my boyfriends food arrived. It would’ve been nice to eat together. I think this place could be incredible if there were just enough people to help work it.

Nice and cozy place where you can get some pastries but also some typical french meals. The desserts we ordered were very tasty and my cheesecake was not too sweet, like my favorite kind of cheesecake. The service was not best, but probably the person serving us was just a little bit tired. He was super nice with us though.

If I don’t know where to go to grab a bite in Warsaw or Krakow, I’m going to Charlotte. Amazing pastry, decent coffee, pleasant staff. Very popular spot as well, so you can expect to wait in line to get a table if you’re coming around 9am.

Wonderful place close to the square to get a great breakfast. The breads are made fresh in house and if you go inside and downstairs you can see it and smell it! Like another reviewer said it does get a queue pretty quickly. I arrived around 08:30 and was able to sit down outside with no problems. However I was there only 30 minutes and queues were forming. It does go quick because there is also a lot of seating inside. The breads and jams are so good stop in for a bite you will be pleased.

Stopped there for a nice little brunch and I tried the smoked salmon tartine with a croissant. It was very good! The only downside was the cleanliness of the toilets because they were very dirty. And also the fact that the staff clean your plates in a second after you finished. It’s like they’re telling you to go away.

Great place where doing breakfast or something else. We choose croissants with filling and pain ou chocolate. It is possible to have oat/soya milk. Great location, tree floor at disposition,very very big

Great breakfast experience. I have ordered salmon open sandwich and greek yogurt with granola. They tasted very delicious and fresh. The service is great. I recommend it.

This place there is already for years. Sometimes the service is better, than another time it is really bad, as mainly students work here and rotation from season to season possible. My congratulations to keeping an adequate prices after Covid, especially comparing with another places around. Bakery is still good. During a work day you can find free table, and on weekends it is very popular place for breakfast, which I personally do not recommend as the chocolate and other pastes are not very tasty, rather simple, but for the price for French omlet 11 zł is very good still. Minus is the toilet, it is not updated and not so clean.

It is a very nice place to have a French breakfast! The warm sandwiches and the Croissant were soo delicious. We booked a table the night before and this was the best decision. Thanks for having us:)

One of my favourite places in Krakow and the Warsaw branch. There was a queue for Sunday which is normal.

I'm Italian, I love good food and good taste. I think that when you go to a place to eat, the priority is the freshness and quality of the raw materials and the way and love in managing them. Then I look at the style of a place, the taste in furnishing it and how welcoming it is. Last but not least I look at the service, the smile and the helpfulness of the staff. In Charlotte, I found all three combined. The almond croissant was excellent! I hope to come back to you soon. 🥰

I’d looove to give it a 5*, but my croc madam was too dry, without bechamel sauce. Coffee is not to my liking too but that beautiful perfect pastry you make just brightens the day. Definitely coming back next time 🩵

You'd think that the Charlotte was the only place in town for breakfast and brunch, since there always is a line of people in front of the place (to be fair, the capacities are currently limited due to renovations). But the wait is very well worth it! The food is simple, fresh, and delicious, and it has a homemade quality to it that you just don't get in similar restaurants or breakfast cafés. The staff is also very friendly and provide excellent service, and the prices are more than fair for what you get. Love the Charlotte!

Absolutely lovely and special place. The staff could not be any more friendly. This place has immaculate vibes and was a wonderful spot to have wine, dine, and enjoy a lovely evening. Had a fabulous spread of salad, cheeses, sandwiches, and the tastiest bread.

Charlotte is nice. Small space, but vibrant. Food is really amazing. Prices are worth it. One of my favorite restaurants in Kraków. And the waitresses are so kind! Thank you!

I went with my friends to this café, the personal was really nice, we went for breakfast and the food was really tasty and good. i would recommend going on not too crowded hours because the place is always full. which means that all the ingredients are fresh and new. i really liked it
