My favorite thing about coming here besides the Kitchen is that they are pet friendly. (As long as you adhere to a couple of rules). Very busy most times of the day which isn’t bad but the parking lot can be a nightmare to navigate through. It’s like every IKEA, staff is impossible to find when you need them, not too happy to help when you do find them. There are tons of people walking around who’s houses you feel like you are walking through and judging all the while hoping to either find a bathroom or the cafeteria. Good luck y’all.

Prepare to spend the whole day here. Good thing they have a nice restaurant where you can eat delicious Scandinavian food, try the Salmon. It's a must when you visit IKEA. The store is huge with lots of simple furniture to choose from. I love the simplicity of Scandinavian furniture and kitchen stuff.

This place is monstrously large. You can easily lose yourself literally. Amazing range of products, some you wouldn't have even thought existed. From home furnishings to furniture, from indoor plants to kitchen utensils, hard not to get what you want and at affordable prices. The food counter also offers good fare and based on how much you have walked, you are bound to feel hungry! You need to however consider transportation. If you are not in a hurry then there are options to get the items shipped. Or moving heavy cargo can be a challenge. Overall, a great store. It isn't possible to see all items in a few hours.

At first, the IKEA website did not want to send an email for registration for 15 minutes. Several dozen attempts, until finally it accepted the same email. After that, it did not want to withdraw the money from the card for my order. On the bank's side, they replied that the website simply does not generate a request for the money withdrawal after the SMS code. Just gorgeous! Swedish quality.

Terrible service in terms of installation of the lamps. Was waiting the technicians but nobody has come. And second time rescheduled it and again nobody came. Come on guys 2 days I'm without the light in 21 century. This is the most awful service I've ever had. BTW nobody from IKEA representatives even notified me.

I called to customer service twice. The second conversation was terrible. She didn't want to help what so ever. Really, she gave us feeling that she care less about our problem.

First time in ikea - worst mall ever. Can't find prices, can't avoid awful smell, huge crowds of people.

The food is not so good, but we were in a hurry and it was in the road. They have a system like school or jail to serve your food, collect it, pay and clean your table.

Visited for food and little shopping, everything was great) I love the food!

Aneta from the wardrobe section was very nice, patient and helpful. She spoke English very well. Her other two colleagues were not able to speak in English and she was the one who was called to save the day. Thank you!

I enjoy the experience of visit Ikea every single time. It has a classical layout where the top floor holds models for rooms and vision sections for housing, the bottom floor has the items on sale, from furniture, lighting, bedding, anything house decor related you can find at IKEA. The canteens are very cheap and very good quality, love the ambiance, all staff speaks English.

A popular Ikea with several eating and café places. Plenty of parking, but not many staff around.

Ikea everyone knows and in my opinion needs no introduction and it is self explanatory as well. Once you visit, you feel lost yourself in the turns and paths of this store. It is always hard to do the shopping from Ikea so what I'm doing is selecting the things which I want at home through website, add the stuff in the cart and upon arrival to Ikea, asking the staff about the things which I already have added in the cart. This help in saving alot of time rather than going and searching the whole store for a small stuff

I love Ikea! Is the most affordable furniture store you can find in Krakow. And it is easy to talk to anyone inside the store even in English. Staff is friendly and nice

I like the IKEA design very much. Simple and functional. Prices are good as well

Great place for families. I really like that is kid friendly. I would just recommend to make dim light in breastfeeding room. There are nice lamps but I couldn't find a way to turn off the big ceiling lights. It's better for small kids who are easily distracted

What a fabulous 👌 store. Such a big store in Krakow, amazing !!!! You just come here woth your lost and without any doubt you will get everything here. Make sure when you visit here have ample amount of food because while roaming around you will not know when hours are gone. This store has wonderful collection of products ranging from kitchenware, furniture, plants, household items, etc

IKEA has only one mall in Krakow, but it is not too crowded and has an amazing infrastructure including food zone. Very good mall Bronowice Gallery is situated very close to IKEA Krakow and it is a very comfortable for people to do shopping in both of mega stores.

It's IKEA! You find IKEA furniture and accessories but not all items, delivery for 15pln for up to 30 kg, staff friendly and helpful.

Ikea is ikea, but seeing hardly anyone wearing their mask correctly (covering BOTH nose mouth and not their chin or elbow...!) was quite disturbing. Particularly as not a single IKEA staff member cared to reinforce this rule. This is quite upsetting, especially with the recent steep increase of covid cases in Poland and the low percentage of vaccinated people in this country.

Perfect location and perfect shop. Many goods. Households, garden and kitchen cabinets etc. Almost all things will be available needed for home.

It's simply IKEA. No complaints about it. I miss the hot dogs though. They're mostly selling meatballs in a bun now but those are also pretty good.

Furniture for all budgets, plus some gadgets, lights and everything you need to decorate your house. Also very cheap and good food

Really huge place with almost everything. The only disadvantage of the place no quick exit. You have to walk a lot and there are no floor plans or guidelines only info for sections which are connected

Its huge means you probably could spend a complete day exploring it..got everything that your home needs
