This is a very good supermarket. It's probably the largest shop of its kind in the downtown area of Krakow. Its location just next to the main train station and on the top floor of one of the main malls in town, make it a very convenient place to visit. It carries a wide range of items from groceries and drinks to a variety of items for the home. They rearranged and updated it recently, which seems to have opened space for more items. Certainly, a decent supermarket and definitely worth a visit.

very complete and nice supermarket as you can see in photos, BUT the cashier ladies are always like in bad mood, angry and never friendly, they don't even answe back when you say good day or thank you in Polish, to me or my Polish friends.. very bad.

extremely rude staff at the self check-out machines. yesterday at closing hour a woman employee behaved rude, told me to speak "tylko polskie" although i made efforts to speak polish with her and explain why the machine charged twice for a product. i will never ever buy from this shop again! anyway fruits and veggies are always rotten and extremely expensive compared to other shops! and btw carrefour is a French brand, not Polish, tell this to your employee who thinks so highly of her native language!!

Dark patterns in app are big no no. So there's 10% discount on saturdays but you have to activate coupons in the right order on the app to activate this, for the right store, but when it shows you they're active you still don't get the discount? That cost me 50 PLN. So while I'm a digital native, how many others that are less techno-savy get wronged like this. "Bait and switch" is what it's called. And i used to think carrying store loyalty cards were annoying in the past, but at least you got your discount for scanning the card... Also, 1/3rd of the meat looked grey and spoiled today, while all prices went up. Sort your stuff out...

Always love shopping here, the staff couple be a little more helpful and cheerful, and prices could be a little more affordable, solid 3 star

One of the cheaper options if you need food and drink for the train bus journey. Wide selection of products. But you need to go upstairs in the mall to find it not to be confused with the express store by the McDonald's

Very mean lady who worked yesterday at 18:20 in Carrefour on -1 level, shouting at the client in front of the whole crowd because the printer didn’t work properly. Embarrassing!

I interacted with this store yesterday. It was a really horrific experience. I first entered the store to get some apples, buns and a coca cola. When i got to the cashier she started talking polish to me. Which makes sense since i am in Poland, but i’m a tourist and i only speak english. I tried explaining it to her but she just kept yelling in polish. Then i gave up speaking to her and went to the self buying machine and started scanning my products. But then some employee grabbed me by the arm and deleted all the progress i had made. She then proceeded to yell at me in polish for no reason and made me weight my apples. I did not get to buy my buns, but i got the rest. I really hope this shop improves because it has great potential.

A wide selection of products. The bad thing is the check-out. Were yelled at by the cashier, multiple times saying the same sentence over and over again, each sentence becoming more and more aggressive, when we said that we don't understand polish, the yelling continued, until other shoppers helped us. A very bad, rude and an unprofessional experience.

Big super market with convenient location. At the beginning it might be hard to navigate around and find what you want but they have everything and in good prices. Products from other countries can be found here. The staff didn't speak English.

I ❤️ my weekly Carrefour shopping experience, that is until I get to the cashier as I mainly only have cash on me (a curse) and can’t use the self serve machines which only allow for credit card. I encounter the most rudest worker almost every time (can’t help but wonder, is the queue always shorter for her than other available cashiers because people know?). She works as if she’s on punishment, working like she’s doing you the favour. The most sour and bitter cashier I’ve ever encountered. Haven’t caught onto her name yet but it’s the older lady with shorter dark hair. Avoid if you have the time.

A huge and wide selection of food products. I went here to buy snacks for the trip. Everything needed was found and a little more. Customer service, especially at checkouts, could be better. Otherwise I can definitely recommend.

Rude staff member accused me of stealing because I had a drink in my pocket I’d purchased in the other Carrefour downstairs. Told him this and he demanded a receipt, I told him he’s welcome to check the cctv where he will see me purchase it, put the receipt in the bin and walk away, and then he’ll see me enter his shop with it already in my pocket. he walked off in a huff. I’m not impressed that this is how carrefour treat their customers

Biggest carrefour I have seen in krakow. And they have varieties of products ranging from food, stationeries, electronics , alcohol and beverages and lot more.availability of self service check out machine

The girl in the main hall not only didn't know the English but was offensive. And i was unable to find the gas in a can.

Everything as expected and the good thing was that the self-service registers really helped out with the queues.

Just perfect. Busy but staff efficient. Well stocked, good quality fresh stuff.

Nice selection for a quick market by the train / tram but you’d think a place that sold food to go would have a spoon or fork to go with it (their locations in the city center sell them but guess not here).

The shop was really good and had everything you could think of but the placement of stuff was kind of random and not at the usual place like other stores.

Wonderful grocery store with good prices.

Carrefour has everything you need, supermarket, licquor store, bakery, fresh fruit and veg etc. Make sure though you weigh your fruit and get sticker before you go to the checkouts. I got caught.

Inaccurate hours of operation. It’s nice to have a good selection and good prices but not having correct hours of operation listed is really annoying.

Cashiers were very disrespectful the times I've shopped there. Good selection of products but after those experiences I don't think I'll shop there again. As well the lady on the section of Sandwiches was coughing and wasn't wearing the mask properly (had mouth and nose completely uncovered).

Big supermarket with everything you need. It's near the old city which is great since there aren't big supermarkets in the area.

Good supermarket in the city center of Krakow. A lot of groceries you can find here. Cosmetics, electric devices, chemical goods, etc. are presented at this point too. There's placed on the set floor of the Galleria Krakowska. It's close to main railway station of Krakow - "Kraków główny".

It has all the supplies as usual. However, when I finished, I could not find an easy access to public transportation with my carrefour's metal vehicle (I do not know what it is called. The big vehicle with wheels that we put stuffs in). I will never go there unless I am buying small items....take care guys

It's big, it's convenient, it has lots of things - especially higher quality or foreign goods that are hard to find. But on the flip side it's still quite overpriced.

This biggest carrefour outlet in the area. This outlet has all household stuff from groceries to veggies to home utility etc. Good place to go & combine shopping with grocery shopping under single roof in Galleria Krakowska.

A very large supermarket..pretty much has everything you could need. Good for the standard daily or weekly shop.

Might be large, but felt chaotic. The coolers with coca cola were all turned off, so it was not possible to find cooled drinks in the store.

Nice, big hypermarket for food, as well as home goods.

It was a good experience.. my first experience was in Dubai and now it was in Poland something that I was familiar with... Stuff was easy to locate and self checkout was also efficient... Only communication was a barrier if you have a question.

In the area they have plenty of products compared to everything else. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. They were recently refurbished. Worth a browse if you don't have time to go further from the center to bigger supermarkets.

Very nice and convenient shop, but please improve the self service area, there is very little space and is poorly organised 😤😤
