After ordering by phone, I arrived on time, there were 2 people on chairs in the barber shop, no one even noticed me, I waited outside because the Ukrainian family comes in 6 people and then there is nowhere for customers to sit. Then a stranger comes and they take him in front of me. The approach to the customer even before the start of the service was very below average.

Nice hairdresser. I came in, one employee was cutting and shaving and trimming his beard if he was doing it after work. When he comes to a customer to cut his hair, he sends you to sit down. He will call you in 5 minutes. So I sat. After 5 minutes you can wash your hair. Well, that's the highlight. So after 10-15 minutes, another employee will come and cut your hair. He gave me a good haircut. And the prices are outrageous. Removing stars 1. employees 2. long wait 3. Prices I have never experienced this.

At 19:45 they informed me, after I had been sitting there for some time, that they were no longer taking. They have Zaviracka at 21:00. Pretty ARROGANT behavior towards the customer!

Dneska jsem tam byl, vzal si mě do parády Dan, naprostá spokojenost. Komunikativní, zjevně ho to baví a jde mu o to, aby zákazník byl spokojený. A ještě jedna věc - nikdy jsem nezažil, že by chlap pracoval tak jemně, kam se na něj hrabou ženské kadeřnice (ke kterým občas také chodím, protože mám delší vlasy). 🙂

Always good customer care and a pleasant attitude. I always leave feeling good and happy about the new look. I have experience with the barbers Dan and Andreas, whom I already know from another branch, and I am happy to come the extra mile to see them for their professional commitment and friendly conversation. The concept of walk-in without ordering makes no sense in your case. Waiting almost two hours for a haircut only to be "overtaken" by people with reservations or friends of barbers who go first is nonsense. I thought for reservation purposes you have the lower branch and the upper one serves without ordering. Mainly without any communication with the customer, if at least someone came and said what the situation was. When a person thinks after two hours that it is his turn, he says that he has a reservation, bye.
