Rada bych se podelila o nasi zkusenost s Ferticare z minuleho tydne. Meli jsme s manzelem domluveny termin, ale bohuzel jsme zapomneli jeho cestovni pas. To byla nase chyba, ale reakce pani recepcni Velatove nas ovsem nemile prekvapila. Problem, ktery se dal v klidu vyresit, byl pro ni nepredstavitelnou prekazkou, byla velice neprijemna a delala z nas hlupaky. Celkove tam vladl chaos, v emailu stalo, ze na konzultaci se ceka 45minut, kdyz jsme se zeptali pani recepcni, rekla nam, ze ne, ze to bude za 15-20min. Cekali jsme 50 minut, proc nam sdelila jinou informaci, doted nechapu, nikdo nam nic nevysvetlil. S placenim byl dalsi problem, pocitace nefungovaly, coz se stane, pockali jsme a pote jsme byli poslani na sekretariat, kde ovsem nikdo nebyl, bylo tam zamceno, takze nasledovalo dalsi cekani. Dve hvezdy jsou jen za konzultaci v anglictine s pani doktorkou, ktera nam vse podrobne a jasne vysvetlila. Celkove to byla neprijemna zkusenost, za nas urcite ne, vracet se nebudeme. Takhle profesionalni a prijemne prostredi nevypada.

Obrovské díky doktorovi Uhrovi a celému personálu!!! Hrozně jsem se té celé věci bála, ale on mi trpělivě vše vysvětlil. Nejlepší bylo, když mi při transferu děťátka jedna ze sester vložila takového andělíčka do ruky, ať si ho držím a myslím na miminko, že to pomůže a... pomohlo! Dnes mám krásnou dceru! Když jsme u Vás byly podruhé na 4D ultrazvuku narazili jsme na paní doktorku ( zřejmě ukrajinského původu podle hlasu) a to bylo jedno obrovské zklamání a katastrofa. Paní doktorka byla neochotná, neempatická a vyšetření skončilo po cca jedné minutě bez jakékoliv snahy. Chápu, že neovlivní polohu miminka, ale očekávali jsme alespoň snahu ze strany paní doktorky. Odjížděli jsme zklamaní a vybíráme si pro toto vyšetření někoho jiného. Celkové hodnocení 3 hvězdičky jen díky skvělému přístupu z první zkušenosti.
