We came here to have an easy Sunday lunch - two families with children. There was a printed menu on the table, and although the prices were slightly over what would be average for a place like this, soon we learned no side dish is included. Therefore, we asked for a menu with the list of side dishes only to find that the prices in the menu were 20% cheaper. So, if you come and order a pumpkin soup from the menu, it is 18kn, but on the list of dishes prepared in advance it is 25kn!?! We asked a waitress to explain us how this is possible but she said that this is manager’s responsibility, that the manager is not here, and that if there is anything we would like to say to the manager, we need to call her the next day. After that, we decided to walk out and to go somewhere where they provide a comprehensive service which aims not just at taking more money from the customers on a Sunday.

Typical croatian continental food. Excellent soup, very good meat and slightly overdone vegetables. Bread is homemade. Open wine selection should be better. Deserts are OK. Prices midrange. Ambient very pleasant. Kind and a bit slow stuff.

We didn't stay at the hotel so I'm only reviewing the restaurant and I can't understand high ratings and especially can't recommend it. Service is ridiculous, young girl who let us in seemed like she was stoned and waiter that served us was nice, but very confused when asked simple questions. We only got weekend menu and when specificaly asked to get the whole menu they told us that's all they have and it' clearly not because we saw other people eating food not listed on the weekend offer. We had authentic local soups which were nice enough and best part of our meal. On the other hand, offer of main dishes was terrible, only big chunks of grilled meat and patka s mlincima. Patka s mlincima was fine, but it's not something I would order in a restaurant if there was something else to choose from. Filled pork loin was extremely dry and overcooked, it would maybe be ok if they served some simple sauce with it, but that would be well above this restaurant's standards. They have a nice terrace overlooking green garden, too bad it's dirty and there is an old broken fridge right next to tables?! It was a very hot day and there was a lot of flies and wasps, but they didn't even bother to turn on the vent. Prices are also higher than expected for this type of restaurant, especiallz considering everything mentioned above.

Genug Parkplätze, sehr gutes Frühstück mit Bedingung! Flexibel bei Anreise, auch wenn bis 22 Uhr gewünscht. Zimmer und Flur etwas älter, aber sauber. WiFi Code im Eingangsbereich.

Food was average, terrace not very representative.

Above all the staff and food are always worth coming back for. The beds and other furnishings have also always clean. Our only complaint ever has been cobwebs on the windows.

Excellent! At least the restaurant part, cannot say about accomodation, bacause havent' t seen that part. Great food, great atmosphere. Homemade gnochi, homemade rakija, meat was perfectly prepared, also the sidedish, salad and deserts. Great service. Cosy place to eat, there's a summer terrace, garden with equipment for children to play. Been here for the second time, I strongly recommend. In my opinion the best place to eat in Zagorje region.

The place is easy to find, perfect for one night, there is a good but not varied breakfast in the price, rooms are clean. In early November heating did not work yet, fortunately it was possible to warm up with air conditioning. There is wifi but we couldn't connect to it. Staff is very nice but not everyone speak good english so sometimes we can get some problem with communication but we can handle it with a smile ore some gesture ;)

Ich musste mir spontan ein Hotel suchen weil ich so krank war dass ich die Busreise abgebrochen habe. Sehr schönes Doppelbettzimmer. Leckeres Essen und kompetente, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Dadurch konnte ich mich schnell erholen und das Beste daran sind die Preise. Ein ganzes Abendessen inklusive 3 Flaschen Wasser für 15€ sind geschenkt. Sehr empfehlenswert. Der Standort ist auch ideal für jene die Zagreb besuchen wollen aber etwas außerhalb bleiben wollen, weil sie das Dorf angenehmer finden.

Der Eine fehlende stern ist jammern auf hohem niveau. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und der Zustand ist eigentlich ganz gut. Aber es gibt so ein paat kleinigkeiten die ein Gewissenhafter Hausmeister mit handwerklichem Geschick leicht beheben könnte. Die Zimmer sind sehr Passend zum alter des Hauses und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Die Betten sind super bequem. Ach doch noch eines. In Zimmer 2. Hört man die das Ablufgebläse der Küche. Wir haben es gehört aber es war nicht störend - Eher einschläfernd. Das kann aber anderen missfallen. Vielleicht findet Ihr mit dem Luftungstechniker eine Lösung . Ansonsten ist es ein tolles Haus mit schönem Ambiente und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passte sehr gut. Das Essen ist lecker und landestypisch. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und der klasse entsprechend eine ordentliche Auswahl. Mehr braucht es nicht.

Das Apartment für 6 Personen ist sehr ordentlich gewesen und die Betten gut. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Abendessen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und das Frühstück war hervorragend. Der Kaffee war ein Gedicht. Der Garten ist schön und der Spielplatz toll. Die Terrasse ist wundervoll. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Familien freundlich👍😁👍😁

Great place for lunch with kids

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, insbesondere auch für Familien. Toller Garten mit Spielplatz, Pool und Fußballplatz. Auf der Terrasse gab es ganz leckeres Essen - abends wie auch zum Frühstück. Zudem sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal. Und wer nostalgisches Ambiente zu schätzen weiß, kann in der alten Schule so manches Erinnerungsstück entdecken.

Nice hotel but staff does not speak English well. WiFi is poor - has signal is only on reception and it is very slow. Food is great. There is outdoor pool available all time.
