No-one could or would give us clear information and apart from losing some time and 350 zł, we finally decided that we cannot trust a place with such chaos to make a 7000 zł operation, and we ended going elsewhere. Odmówiłam wizyty, zwrócili koszt- bo uwaga, Pani na recepcji z uśmiechem zachęca do płatności z góry, bo potem może być kolejka. Do tego chciała doliczyć za maseczkę, pomimo że wizyta kosztuje krocie.

Therefore, a paid visit, glasses made for over PLN 1,000, plus getting new glasses and 2 months of the child wearing properly fitted glasses. Additionally, for several days I have been waiting for a response from the institute to the e-mail I sent asking for an explanation of the reason for this situation, unfortunately there is silence! I will not give any stars!!!

This is my second visit to this place. I did OCT of the spots - everything went smoothly and almost on time (about 10 minutes of waiting). Dr. Kowalska-Bylak - friendly, communicative, discussed the test results in detail and gave recommendations. Payment after the visit, not as in some reviews before (this has probably changed). I recommend the place and this particular doctor. Apart from this examination, I did not have any consultations in other areas - the opinion concerns only OCT.

Ladies at reception might confuse the name of the doctor, time, date, kind of operation you want to have (it seems like they don’t have full information: one lady appointed my surgery on the date it was impossible to get this kind of surgery and later I had to reschedule my sick leave at work). They forgot to call me back and send some docs that I needed after promising to do so. But the biggest problem was that for my kind of surgery (laser eyesight correction) it is important to have stable eyesight for a year at least. I don’t have it as I found out by another ophthalmologist. And a doctor at Instytut Oka didn’t check it and qualified me for this surgery. It might have cost me some decent sum of money and as a result my eyesight might get worse after a while. P.S. the next day after I posted this, a representative of the clinic called me and asked if I had a check-up of my eyesight recently before the visit to their clinic (6 months), as they needed to compare whether it changed or not.

Posadziła mnie na taborecie przy biurku, gdzie normalnie oczekuje się na receptę, a ja tam siedziałam prawie godzinę bez oparcia, podtrzymując głowę w górę, a pani grzebała mi w szwach przy świetle lampy sufitowej!!! Nic dziwnego, że nic nie widziała. Co ciekawe obok miała fotel dla pacjentów, oświetlenie, których nie uzyla. Proste i szybkie w teorii czynności okazały się długie, bolesne i traumatyczne, a do tego źle wykonane. Po około 45 minutach w takiej pozycji, bólu (którego nie powinno być przy wyciągnięciu tak niewielu szwów) oraz nerwów, zrobiło mi się słabo, o czym poinformowałam lekarza. Udało się dokończyć za chwilę cały "zabieg". Gdy ubierałam się przed gabinetem słyszałam jak pani że śmiechem opowiadala kolejnej pacjentce jak to prawie zemdlałam. Bardzo profesjonalnie... A jeszcze większy profesjonalizm wyszedł, gdy po powrocie do domu okazało się, że mam zostawione kilka szwów! Nawet nie jeden zabłąkany, a kilka! W dodatku zaczął się weekend, klinika za chwilę miała się zamknąć, więc byłam zmuszona czekać do poniedziałku na poprawkę. Na szczęście poprawkę wykonała inna lekarka, która widać było, że wie jak operować igła, by wydłubać skrawki szwów spod skóry, co jest oczywiście trudniejsze. Dodatkowo posadziła mnie na fotel do badania, gdzie było oparcie, porządne oświetlenie, podpórka pod podbródek i mikroskop. Nie rozumiem czemu ta pierwsza wizyta tak nie wyglądała. Jestem przerażona amatorszczyzna pierwszej pani doktor i to w klinice, która przeprowadza operacje...

Byłem w tej placówce 2 razy po 3 tygodniach od pierwszej wizyty nic się nie poprawiło w oczach. W czasie drugiej wizyty i badania nic nowego lekarz mi nie powiedział ani nie dał żadnego leku. Natomiast musiałem zapłacić 180 zł za wizytę. Nie polecam tej placówki słabi specjaliści tylko zdzierają kasę za każdą wizytę, nie uwzględniają reklamacji mimo mało skutecznych porad lekarskich.

Byłam na USG galek ocznych . Ogólne wrażenie nie zachęca do powrotu . Po pierwsze brak jednorazowych prześcieradeł na fotelu zabiegowym. Gabinet taki mały, że dla tego by wejść musisz cisnąć się bokiem . Zabieg bardzo szybki. Pierwszy raz miałam USG oczu więc nie wiem jak to jest. Poprostu konstatacja. Łazienka brudna. Brak uchwytu na ręczniki, leżą prosto na śmietniku... dramat ...ma tym się wycierać? Żałuję że nie zrobiłam zdjęć.
