A little pocket of dreams in Kribi. While we didn't stay at the Hotel, the restaurant was very pleasant with very friendly and polite staff. The beach and surroundings are pictoresque and well manicured. Much detail was given to the pleasant presentation of the space, with clean towels and freshly cut flowers in the bathrooms and showers and well maintained loungers by the beach. UPDATE: We recently visited the restaurant again with our family. What was meant to be a special New Year's Day dinner turned into a nightmare. Starting with very impolite staff in the bar in the afternoon, it turned into a 2 hour wait for our meal to arrive (worth pointing out that our restaurant server was extremely polite and apologetic). The owner happened to be dining there and explained that they were short on staff, due to excess NYE celebrations and the restaurant manager being off. Seems like they were expecting the restaurant to be quiet (on NY's Day!!) and were unprepared for all the tables being occupied. It was an onversight, but what soured our experience was the initial unapologetic and borderline rude atittude of some of the family members of the owners and the failure of management to take ownership of the situation. While we adore the location and the vibe of this hotel, we will certainly avoid dining there again any time soon.

Our second time in Ilomba and it sure won't be the last time. The experience here keeps getting better and better. The rooms are great, clean and tidy. We have already tried the renovated bungalows and this time around we have tried the apartment, bith experiences were splendid. The food at the restaurant is delicious and most importantly feels very clean and well prepared. Finally, what we appreciate best is the friendliness and support of the staff from the reception, to the waiters to the cleaning staff. They all make your stay an enjoyable one. We will definitely be back again!!

This was a great getaway and honeymoon for us. The staff were attentive and incredibly welcoming. We always felt well looked after. They have such an incredibly beach front and the property is far enough away from the main road to not have any traffic noise. If you like to stick to a resort and it's surrounding this is a beautiful property. It's also not far from all sights and sounds of Kribi. Thank you Hotel Ilomba you made our week a very special one for us

A fantastic place to stay at near the ocean. Air-conditioning works great, the views are nice and so are the rooms. There's plenty to do from time at the beach, to playing life size chess, or eating at the restaurant.

Excellent beach resort very close to the waterfall at Kribi. The food was excellent and staff very friendly.

An adorable little hotel with a lovely beach. This hotel was recommended by friends. When we arrived we were surprised as they had done a soft refurbishment. I sadly didn't take many pictures to post but the rooms were modern and clean. A negative was the water pressure in the shower but it wasn't a big deal. The Restaurant is situated at the heart of the hotel with beautiful beach views. The overall hotel service was fantastic. The staff a warm and remember your preferences. GM was on the floor always interacting with guests a great plus point. Overall I would say this is the best hotel in Kribi, clean, friendly and picturesque.

This is a pretty and clean, accessible place which is good for recreation. It is a cool, beautiful place with affordable prices. The rooms are air conditioned which is vital in Kribi trust me. There is a cute beach besides, there is a good customer service. There are spacious rooms, polite and professional personnel. I like the place. You should visit.
