I love the Benoni EDA classes. Robin is professional, patient & passionate about Krav and he brings that energy to each and every class. Fantastic course, good for boosting confidence, necessary for safety and we also have a lot of fun!

I've been training with Robin since September 2015 and I can honestly say it's the best thing I've ever done for myself. I have seen my fitness, awareness, coordination and confidence improve dramatically. Another bonus is that I have met like-minded people who have become like family. Rob's classes are well structured, devoting time not only to the techniques but to fitness as well. He is patient and thorough and has a way of explaining things in an entertaining and informative manner. What you can expect is a relaxed and welcoming environment suited to all fitness and experience levels. He is truly a gifted instructor whose enthusiasm is contagious. If you are serious about learning to effectively protect yourself and the ones you love, while having fun, then I would highly recommend enrolling in his classes.
