3 hour wait.. call for info on the order just to have the phone hung up while asking.. phone again find they are closed now. Thank you for no pizza kriel.

Waiting over an hour for the pizza and someone recorded it as delivered while I'm still waiting. I called the shop and they say it means the driver is out or almost there. So delivered doesn't mean I got my food, means the driver is out. Worst delivery service from Kriel debonair, a s ussual.

I had a birthday R50 coupon, which I didn't know that it is only redeemed when ordering online. The lady at the till carefully assisted me through this whole process...

Not only was my order incorrect but it also took the delivery guy 90 minutes to deliver my pizza. I've ordered a large half-half pizza which costs extra. One half hawaiian and the other half hawaiian without pineapple. The pizza delivered was completely without any pineapple. If I wanted a complete hawaiian pizza without pineapple I would have ordered it that way. Order placed via the Debonairs app. Very disappointed.

I ordered on line, payment went through but order wasn't confirmed due to loadshedding. Now I need be refunded which takes 5 working days

Ugh the service is just horrible because how do you deliver and not have change , especially after being told that we'll be paying with an eft . Now we have to make a plan for your short comings . I don't recommend xem . Had to give someone R35 tip for doing something so simple and he wasn't even genuine. Debonairs service disgust me xem . And the fact that ,that delivery guy took advantage of my brother because he's so young .Yohh I'm so mad xem

Chewy and dry base hardly any toppings paid for extra cheese but did not get that on the pizzas

Recently ordered pizza and might I say, that was the driest pizza I've ever had, almost no sauce, minimal fillings. It was a bit charred too. Just terrible.

I ordered a pizza ? from 18h06 and had to wait 2 hours at Sasol garage and when I called they say the driver is lost, come on there's only one sasol garage in Kriel. Bad service!!!

Their service is very poor for fact that it takes two hours to actually receive your pizza.. They make you pay a fee of R15 so they can deliver your pizza at the location.. Such bad service I'm so disappointed!...

Ordered pizza at 18h00, delivery was promised within 45 minutes. It's now 19h53 still no delivery. Your service is very poor as it's not my first experience. It's pathetic tjerrrr!!!!

My first time in kriel Debonairs I was welcomed by smiles 😃 I believe a smile make customers come back , then I started ordering by that time I didn't know what to order but the lady helped me she was patient mostly I didn't get to wait long to receive my order 😊 everything was perfect the pizza It was like am eating it for the first time and for that I send my appreciation to kriel Debonairs well done team

My husband and I went to buy pizza today the double special and when we got home about to enjoy our food unfortunately we realised that the pizza sizes we smaller than usual it’s like they cut and removed the middle before making the normal slices 😪🙉
