Its not clean and very smelly. Shelves are half empty and the cashiers has got no manners or respect for the shoppers

Shop is Very clean and they have fresh product goods a quality what's I like the most in the supermarket is back there on the bakery the muffins always fresh.they cook very nice and they have different fish types which is not ussual get at other shop when you buy and shop its self its big with many staff which made easier when you paying they quickly

See a lot of people reporting how bad it smells. Store is stocked fine, the fresh food isn't good at all. Meat stinks.

Great selection of food and cleaning products. Great for the bulk shopper! Fast food and meats not exactly A grade but OK'ish. Some of the staff not helpful. Security checking slips at the door a real bother.

Always bizzy at shoprite

Well it's a place where you can buy groceries in budget when you use Express card.. but the thing is you must check price sometimes what you see on the shelf and what you are paying at POS it's two different things.. well cashier's service is slow and they are rude sometimes..

The service was very poor, I was treated like I didn't know what I talking about......i wanted to pay my multichoice account and she told me I couldn't use my ID and I have been using shoprite to pay for it but to my surprise the cashier told me I couldn't and was not friendly at all, I had to ask for the manager but the the till controller came and she was as mean as the teller...... because I knew what I was talking about, I told them that they were going to help me, because that information they were giving me was not true and they did...POOR SERVICE

Nice place to go frendly staff helpful and got lot's of stock. Prices are good to. Will tell people to go shopping there.

Best place to do shopping

Very bad service....long queue and few cashier's on tills ..customers very rude and push in rows and accues you for pushing in. Also no till for 10 and less items.

Most of the time i find what I want

This store never has all their tills open at any one time like Spar Kriel does. It is always just 4 tills that are open and it is inconvenient at this time (COVID19 lockdown) because it takes forever to get our essential shopping done. There isn't even a suggestion box to express this grievance to management and it is shocking that the supermarket would not change this fact since they are one of the only essential services that are open right now.
