Absolutely polite and co operative staff. Have been to many places but haven’t seen so polite staff anywhere. View is amazing and property is excellent. Jacuzzi was superb. And the JBL speaker . We stayed here for three nights much recommended property

Worst hotel. - 100 down stairs to reach their premium rooms. - No parking space. - kitchen is adjacent to so called premium rooms. -staff is unable to communicate properly. -Morning breakfast is a scam, pathetic food. - Hot cold AC was not functional. - Jacuzzi size and use condition is a joke. Don’t waste your time and money.

Kasauli Mist is a must stay for people who wish to stay in a luxury yet peaceful abode. A little far from city, it gives the best of both worlds. The rooms are huge. The bathrooms with Jacuzzi just make your life so much easier and relaxing. Amidst nature, room service is quick and efficient. Not to forget, the food is top notch. Must must recommend for everyone who’s looking for solace yet comfort in Kasauli.

Kasauli Mist is a wonderful place to stay. The staff here is extremely helpful and amiable. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities and the food was great. The view from the hotel is very beautiful. Overall a great experience.

My stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. Despite notifying them of my late arrival, my room wasn't ready on time. The initial comforter had someone else's hair on it, and the towels were stained. The room had an unpleasant odor. However, the reception staff was courteous, and the à la carte breakfast was satisfactory, though an extra cost. Unfortunately, there was no one available at night to address complaints, and disruptive guests made for a noisy night until 6 am. Overall, a disappointing experience.

This place totally met our expectations in terms of hospitality and amenities. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Service was upto the mark. Staff was very polite and caring especially the owner Mr. Aniket made sure that we must be provided with all types of delicious food varieties that we ordered. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a nice and comfortable stay.
