Best place to get a proper foot reflexology! Relieves tension and pain for foot issues like flat foot, plantar fascia. Prices are slightly on the higher side. Recommend booking an appointment before going. Parking is not available and can be challenging!

One hour passes by to fast here. This is the overall experience. Fantastic. Must visit for a refreshing and relaxing foot and back massage. Not for those looking for a intense and kadak type massage in all probability.

My parents have been visiting here since 5-6 years now, the place was recommended by a neuro doctor. They rave about it every time they visit, the empathetic and caring staff has made it their favourite for my elderly parents. They love the fact that their feet/body feels very relieved and they sleep well after the reflexology therapy. Highly recommend this place!

To start off with i had a very good experience, but over a period of time they have become too arrogant, abusive and disrespectful towards their own loyal customers who have taken membership. Is this is the start of downfall for this comapny? Management is not interested in giving proper service to their clients and are very arrogant. staff give their best without any support from management.. Customers cannot be taken for granted. I am a client to Footworks since a few months. I was considering to take a package with them too. Their receptionist and manager shocked me with their arrogance that I have decided not to visit them again. I tried escalating the matter with their management, for my surprise their director was unruly and started to insult me even more. Not a place where a client is honoured and treated well.

I visited Footworks a month back for a 60 minute session. They do not have lady therapists. The gentleman who performed my foot reflexology used far more force than was required. He also tried cracking my foot by bending it in awkward directions. I didnt complete the massage and left before the end of 60 minutes. The next day my left ankle had pain like in a sprain and its been a month and the ankle is still tender. I would not recommend the place as the therapist was not applying pressure according to the persons size and also twisted the arms and legs in ways that were not required. This was disappointing as I visited based on some of the good reviews

I have been a regular client with footworks. Initially they were great. I have given them so many references in the past 5 years. Recently my cousin & aunt had been to their branch on my recommendation. They had a very bitter experience, they were ill treated and verbally abused. We are extremely disappointed & shocked by the way their management treats their client, especially senior citizens. I hope they learn basic business ethics. Goodbye

A friend of mine recommended this place and I decided to try it a few days back. Absolutely loved the experience. I went for the 30 minute foot reflexology as I was trying the place for the first time. I felt extremely relaxed after the session and would definitely be going back for the 60 minutes services. Hey guys at Footworks, what’s wrong with you? How can you be so rude to your clients ? How could you be so unhygienic in a wellness center? On top of questioning your services, you turn rude to your clients? Unacceptable, will never come back to you again. You guys are unfit to he in this business. You guys have no courtesy to take your clients feedback.

The service was really good. The ambiance was quite relaxing. Was suffering with calf and heel pain the masseur understood the issue clearly. After the session i felt quite a relief and the pain had disappeared.

I am shocked and deeply hurt by the behaviour of the management of Footworks. One of their directors have used unparliamentary remarks on my wife and mother-in-law. I’m working on a defamation case against her and request the customers to boycott Footworks. A lesson has to be taught to such disloyal businesses. They were after us until we took their membership, later on they have revealed how low they can stoop to disrespect their clients.

Nice experience. The music was good during the session. During "Foot-work" he also told me (upon being asked), the places in the Foot where knots are there. Relevant organs need to be taken care.

The therapist was fantastic and seemed to understand reflexology well. It’s been 2 hours since the massage and my muscles feel fit and relieved of clots of fluid accumulation and pain.

The entire service was very delightful. From booking an appointment to the service it was a pleasure. I was attended to by the therapist, he did such a wonderful job with foot massage that I fell asleep. I had some tight knots in upper back which were skillfully released. Thank you for the service
