NO
NO
NO!!!
My
experience
should
be
an
eye
opener
for
hospital
management
and
word
of
caution
for
all
the
people
who
love
and
care
about
their
loved
ones.
Starting
from
admission,
to
room
facilities,
to
nursing
care,
to
OT
procedure/timings,
to
security
behaviour
is
a
big
ZERO.
Came
here
after
hearing
so
much
of
the
brand
name
-
Fortis.
But
it's
actually
a
Second
Hand
Hospital
(even
worst
than
that).
You
will
pay
5
star
facilities
charges
but
treatment
would
be
worst
than
govt
hospitals.
Detailed
review
below:
The
single
private
room
is
equal
to
size
of
a
bathroom
of
other
good
hospitals
like
Manipal
&
Columbia
Asia.
They
don't
have
automatic
beds,
the
attendant
bed
is
just
a
side
cupboard
with
thin
cushion.
The
wardrobe
is
from
the
time
of
mughal's
which
could
fall/break
any
moment.
AC
works
on
god
will
and
not
yours.
Everything
is
so
old
and
broken
that
you
would
curse
yourself
after
seeing
it.
I
am
scared
to
think
of
semi-private
&
other
shared
wards
condition.
The
nursing
staff
is
untrained,
less
knowledgeable
n
experienced.
Sometimes
you
have
to
wait
for
over
20+
minutes
after
pressing
the
nursing
bell.
Only
1-2
nurse
out
of
all
have
good
experience
and
knowledge.
Most
looked
intern
who
were
just
here
to
gain
some
experience
and
move
on.
The
security
is
pathetic,
my
mother
was
in
ICU
for
2
hours
post
surgery
and
I
was
asked
to
go
and
sit
in
room,
when
came
to
room
the
ward
security
barged
into
room
and
asked
me
to
leave.
Later
(upon
complaining)
he
apologized
stating
he
was
confused.
The
OT
prep
started
at
8am
for
a
surgery
that
started
11am,
the
patient
was
taken
to
OT
at
8:30am.
For
2+
hours
the
patient
was
just
left
idle
in
OT..
Guess
what
-
the
surgery
just
took
20
minutes
and
entire
OT
episode
went
for
4+
hours
(ICU
observation
not
included).
In
addition,
this
is
the
only
hospital
which
doesn't
have
seating
arrangement
for
family
outside
OT.
They
want
you
to
leave
your
patient
and
get
lost
for
4-5
hours.
The
billing
team
and
discharge
process
is
worst.
They
had
sent
discharge
summary
and
billing
details
to
Insurance
by
3pm.
All
the
above
points
are
still
secondary
as
primary
goal
is
to
get
proper
treatment.
I
am
keeping
my
fingers
crossed
and
hoping
the
surgery
performed
results
well
in
coming
days.
However
when
you
are
paying
hefty
amount,
you
surely
deserve
better
treatment.
The
management
needs
to
listen
loud
and
clear,
you
are
not
doing
any
favour
to
me
or
any
other
patients/families.
We
are
doing
a
favour
by
choosing
Fortis
and
if
you
continue
to
exploit
&
demean
your
patients
you
will
soon
face
the
consequences.
