I too had a bad experience with Club Mahindra Coimbatore sales team! I took membership in the peak of Covid period, Parthiban and Ram convinced me to take the membership giving lot of offers as there was no sales. They promised me Singapore cruise for my family with additional payment of Rs.20k. It is almost a year now, there is no proper response from them till date. Mr. Parthiban was initially good at convincing until we chose to invest on our holiday plan. But he had not been very transparent about the scheme & payment. He always gives lame excuse & till now no point added to our account even after completing full payment. Club Mahindra is disgusting.... Once we paid the complete amount, he says the scheme is EMI, so we will not get all the member points at one shot, rather we need to wait... Also after taking money from us, the points are not added to our account.... These people are real scammers.... Don't trust their words.... They will talk very good until u fall in their trap.. Now we have no idea about what is the utilisation that we are getting for the amount we paid to them.... IMPORTANT: These people conduct events for pulling more people to their trap.... If you get any such invite, please stay away.... Useless customer service and support This is the words from the real pain of losing our money

I’ve taken 3 year membership on April 2022.. On that day they promised Amazon vouchers and extra nights offer.. To took that order they called me day and night.. After that the person who took my order left off.. No one is responding from then.. For the past one month I’m following, their office staff simply told that to mail to club Mahindra member experience.. Even I’m not willing to give one star to these kind of service.. Very worst Experience..

During sales process everything they propose is only a part true and there are many lies which will be uncovered after the sales process. Antony is the one who sold me the product. Service is very worst. After knowing that everything isn't true I requested for cancellation, till now I didn't receive my refund. They aren't sales men they are only cheaters. Don't ever go for this club Mahindra membership. Sales and Service is very worst to the mark.

One of the club mahindra sales representative mr.Parthiban from coimbatore office explained about the membership , he promised me many offers on taking a membership. He promised to provide all these if I pay the full amount on the same day. And now after taking the membership he is not doing anything like he promised.. he is not even responding to my calls. So all these offers is a scam to make people take a membership... please be aware and do not trust anything a sales person says...

Last week a team from Club Mahindra came to tirupur and invited for a meeting. Representatives were called me several times just to attend the meeting and get some free stay coupon. They have promised us while leaving you can get coupen. I traveled a long way by spending more than 4K. But till date nothing I received. I don't know how we can believe them after paying huge sum as membership.

This club mahindra sales will give lot of false offer to take the membership .Finally they will cheat the customer.They will steal your money in the name of businesss

They called us for a meeting and explained about the membership and plan. Parthiban from Coimbatore office convinced us to take the membership by giving so many offers but after taking the membership we realised that non of the offer was true. For every doubt we asked he gave a lie as an answer. He was so creative in giving the offers so that we could not refuse to take a membership. Do not believe a word that comes out from any of the staffs there. Be careful with them.

Yesterday I got a call that , sir please attend our 45 min presentation,while leaving u wil get a free 3 day stay coupon in South India, While coming for presentation they told the coupon already processed to ur mail id.. u can check after presentation, And in presentation they told if u take any packages only u will get the coupon, and u hav to pay 2000/- night also. I felt like cheating while leaving the presentation, lost my 2 hours over this spam call...

We were scammed by this parthiban as well. We were invited for a club Mahindra event by Honda. (Southern Honda, Nagercoil.) Parthiban told us that it's a special offer for people who bought Honda cars, provided by Honda. It's a 1 year membership for 37,000 rupees and it's for 12 nights and 12 days. I've been trying to book the holidays for the past 8 months. But every time parthiban would tell me, there's no availability please book a different location or book at a different time. I've been receiving calls from club Mahindra to pay EMI. But when i contacted parthiban he told me there's nothing to worry about and he'll take care of it.(for which i have phone records). Two days back i lost my patience and asked him to join in a Google meet and shared my screen with him. And he guided me through the process and finally the page gave a warning saying " you need to pay the overdue EMI to book your holidays". And this parthiban was like "sir your EMI is overdue, please pay that to book your holidays" ( I've a record of the Google meeting as well) once i told him I'm recording the Google meet, he said there's no one year membership, he claimed that he never said anything like that. I'm not going to just let this go. If you're also scammed by this parthiban or someone else from club Mahindra. Please contact me. Poor service they are not bothered after completing sales they jus want to loot away ur money n not answer back to anything. Its been a month i have taken the membership and till now i have not received any proper response of how to operate their app an everything else. Would not recommend anyone to u Take membership from them.

I take membership from parthiban 2020 , till booked 6 holiday plan .Every trip company ambience , time management etc. Was extraordinary. Any time his response very good as well as guidance.. i give reference more than 4 persons, every person happy with his service, guidance etc.. Really nice person for all parameters, future will go many references

Friends, please be careful with Club Mahindra. They give fake information until you pay them. Especially they will say Maldives free package through RCI but it is fake. Please be careful especially with Coimbatore club Mahindra. I should have invested money is some where instead of taking this useless club Mahindra membership and in short, I have wasted my money for no reason.

we trusted club Mahindra brand but These guys from coimbatore brach,throws false commitments and wrong guidelines by simple they cheating customers.....they well trained money pullers( my personal experience) M collecting all evidence and details about those who are all cheated me, once my time permits 100% I will pull them to customer court very soon.... Seems they cheated many customers Regarding rating-Not even worth for one ⭐ star

Their sales executive, Parthibhan has helped me to choose a suitable membership for my family and answered all my queries very patiently whenever I reached out to him. Totally happy with my membership which was taken on 2 months ago and went to munnar for holiday last week. I was amazed by their hospitality and service.

I was taken club Mahindra membership we have wonderful experience in club Mahindra resorts like munnar Coorg madikeri cherai my family members was enjoyed well there is little bit struggling to get the rooms but in resorts hospitality was very nice food was little bit costly but good hygiene and good taste.
