It was so pleasant to be received in such a friendly and welcoming manner, Wilna (Hostess) made us feel so welcomed. We really enjoyed our stay at Die Hof. Picture don't lie, what you see is exactly what you get. Was such a lovely stay. We will definetly be back for a visit when we pass through again.

Clean, safe, stylish, peaceful accommodation. Wilna makes delicious coffee with the scrumptious breakfast. Host stays next door, is competent, friendly and welcoming.

Had a memorable stay

We are a couple from the USA and were making our first trip to South Africa, and stayed here one night on Friday October 6, 2023 (stopover on a rental car trip from O.R. Tambo airport to Lesotho). We LOVE this guesthouse! Frankly our most pleasantly memorable stay for our whole South Africa trip. Great value, owner/host so kind and helpful handling our first time visitor questions, immaculately clean, safe parking, and nice breakfast. The house and garden are so interesting (architecture, furnishings). We departed feeling refreshed and happy. Great choice whether you are a foreign tourist or a local.

Wilna helped us out on very short notice and completely went out of her way to assist. Out technicians had to stay another night and didn't have clean clothes left, she did their laundy at no extra cost even though they arrived after 18H00. They can't stop talking about the stay and the accommodation. Highly recommended!!!

I booked accommodation for my mom on short notice as she took my daughter to the hospital in Kroonstad. Initially I booked 2 nights and phoned Wilna to explain the situation. Wilna is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We ended up extending the booking daily for 6 days. Nothing is too much effort for Wilna. My mom had such a nice stay even though the circumstances were stressful. This is an absolute gem in Kroonstad and I will highly recommend it to anyone.
