Wimpy is always great because it's clean quiet and their services are always on top so i love it.

Their memo was limited compared to other wimpy establishments that I've been to. I'm vegetarian and I had few options. Overall I enjoyed the service

If I did not know where the Wimpy in Kroonstad was situated, we probably would have missed it. (Suggestion: better signage.) As you enter, you need to sanitize. We were then greeted by everyone and our temperatures taken. It's small but comfortable and clean. Service was good; when seated we were told about the current breakfast special and our orders executed correctly. 3 people in and out in less than an hour. For some to walk past the open kitchen to the adjacent rest room will be disturbing. The rest rooms were clean. It is very basic and dated. (Suggestion: even just a pot plant will make a small but noticeable difference.)

The food here is wonderful always fresh and never cold, the service is amazing my server was Dinah and she was very kind and helpful they almost never get you order wrong and have the best hashbrowns and coffee.

The cashier was checking and touching our food with her bare hands. This is after she was touching the eft machine and people's bank cards. Unhygienic

From the outside it doesn't look great but when inside you will be surprised. Going to the toilet is a mission and can be improved. It is everything you can expect from Wimpy in difficult location.

No play ground for kids. Kids don't want to go anymore to Wimpy as they are Bored. After so many years in Kroonstad, wimpy could have located to better premises with Play Area

It is a great place to spend less but the service from waitresses is terrifying. Those people are rude ,don't greet with smiles,they don't ask if they can get you a table. When you do get YOURSELF a table ,it's not yet cleaned . No customer service whatsoever .

Very bad service. Nobody to show you to your table. After waiting very long for our food and drinks, the order was wrong, the food were cold and the kiddies burger my daughter ordered had two dry buns and a dry patty on. No butter or salads or anything. Not even sauces or spices on the table. When we complained the manager said they Will give our drinks for free which didn't happen. We still paid for everything. Will Never eat there again!!!!!
