I didn't enjoy it the side breast I like so much had an unpleasant smell and was greenish at some parts. I couldn't check the other pieces. My wife ate the drumstick and said it was ok.

I ordered a street wise kleva and got a small chips!! I drove 20km to get food and 20 back. This is unacceptable!! I can't drive all the way back?!

Please fire your staff!!! They have no customer nor food ethics!! Food is just thrown into boxes then on the counter. My order was never made after payment and had to wait 40min for 3 burgers. Terrible overall service!!!

It was very busy, and we waited for 30 minutes after we went through the drive-through. The food was good.

Chicken had no taste and was quite dry, My collegue had dunked wings and they tasted old. Unfortunately we were late otherwise we would have returned the meal. Disappointed to say the least. Follow up on my review: Frans the store manager contacted me and the meal was replaced. This time KFC got it right. Thanks Frans and team

I have to compliment Kroonstad KFC, greatest,fastest and friendliest service we have ever received from a KFC in SA. Took less than 5min and the order was correct, effortless ordering. Well done! Will definitely stop for a meal here again when we travel! Thank you!

The staff at this branch have a serious attitude problem. They ACTIVELY ignore you when you stand at the collection counter for an online order. Not so much as a "can i help you" or a look in my direction at the collection counter. PLUS they got my order wrong. 1st error was that i ordered a strawberry milkshake, they gave me a chocolate milkshake. I noticed this before i left the store and asked them to correct it. 2nd error i sadly only noticed at home. I was supposed to get a crunch burger, but i got a junior chicken burger instead. Would definitely not recommend.

Very displeased with the service I just got!! The girl doesn't know what a mini loaf is, no spice was put in our bag for the sprinkle pops had to repeat the simplest order six times, was not asked to "add hope" but yet R4 was added to my bill. Food was smooched in THIS KFC WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!

Kiosk machine doesnt give out slips. Almost gave me hell, cause I have to claim that cash but I cannot without the slip, secondly the guy who was giving me my order, was abit rude and hesitated to give me my order like it was my fault the machine didn't give me a slip

I will never go there again. We were waiting to be served and sudenly a guy came and urinate against the wall close to the collection point. No one is doing nothing about it . That is descusting
