We had to make a last min booking and was greeted with open arms the work staff at this most beautiful space, what can I say.. an absolute delight! Made me and my partner feel right at home! Thys your team is one of a kind! Thank you very much!

We arranged for late arrival, but on arrival nothing was in place. We sat outside in the cold and wait for someone to bring our key to open our room. After some 50min wait, we eventually unpack our stuff just to get our next disaster- cold water. A winter shower with cold water isn't very nice. At least the lady who answered the phone tried here best to help us although she wasn't on site. Not a great experience and for the amount you have to pay a lot more was expected. Next time we'll pass and look for something better.

We stayed here after our car broke down. Everyone was really friendly. The place is beautiful. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the pillows so soft. Grounds are well taken care of. Staff is friendly and accommodating and they go the extra mile. Keep up the great work. Thanks you 😊

Lovely venue for a conference. Spectacular garden. Staff are efficient and helpful.

It's clean and neat, has everything you need but don't rely on dinner or a drink, that was not available. Breakfast was OK. The cats cried outside our door most of the night which was distressing. They should have somewhere warm to sleep.

Nice place. Food was good. The Ribs were the best. Just had a small piece of gravel road to drive but not bad. Kept my door open the one afternoon and got a quick visit from a cat that said hi and then left.

1. The place is really beautiful, and I love how most of the rooms are separate from each other, how spacious the rooms are, and the decor. 2. The food was delicious. However, the menu needs to make provision for vegetarian diets. 3. All staff members were very friendly and efficient.

Excellent guesthouse! Lovely rooms, and attentive and helpful staff. It's a pity that their restaurant is not properly up and running yet, but the dinner and breakfast they provided was fabulous. Thoroughly recommended.

The place is tranquil, perfect for a yoga retreat. It is a short gravel road drive from the main streets in Panorama(1km). The trees surrounding the place, whistle to you gently, they all grow tall, fighting for the Free State sun.. In that creating a rainforest kind of feel.. The yard is layered to create a nice separation of events, where cooporate, weddings and a quiet ladies picnic can happen at the same time... GiWorth a visit even if its just for a date night away.. The Manager Liberty will make sure you have a night to remember

It was business time to visit the place as it is in the quiet place lookalike the outskirts of the rural. Rethink of visiting again with a family. The area is pleasant and can be revisited

I had friends staying at the Arcadia Guesthouse and I popped in to fetch a few things from them after we had been travelling. They said the staff were phenomenal and they were treated like royalty there. They had room service also and they enjoyed their food too. I livevin Kroonstad so I did not need to stay there, but I am glad that Arcadia Guesthouse made Kroonstad proud when my 2 friends stayed there. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and service you showed to my friends.

Our second time here! Once again, it is a pleasure to stay here. After several experiences with sub-standard accommodation, we really love Arcadia! Rooms were beautiful and very comfortable with high quality linen, aircon, and heaters! Friendly and very helpful reception. Thank you!
