Van Bo fishing resort is clean, there is no loud music and a person feels safe there. It is a beautiful place with a pool mini put-put jungle gyms for the kids and a pool table. If you don't want to cook or braai you can order food from the owner. If you don't have cutlery or bedding you can hire from the owner. There are caves that the owner takes you to and tells you all about the caves. It's really a nice place to visit.

By far the absolute best fishing resort and totally affordable. So many fun activities for the whole family to enjoy. Friendly & kind staff and absolutely great service! Ablution facilities are always clean. Will definitely recommend this resort to everyone for an amazing getaway that doesn't break the bank.

Very peaceful and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Got here early Saturday and left Sunday afternoon. Didn't catch any fish but got my casts stuck a good bunch. Activities like pool and putt putt aren't really maintaned.

Got here Friday afternoon and left Saterday afternoon. The chalets wasn't clean and is very small. Putt putt and swimming pool not really maintained. Im very disappointed . We didnt catch any fish and got stuck a whole bunch of times. No one informed us to bring own cutlery, bedding, crockery. No sink inside the chalets and bathrooms not very clean. I wont recommend this place to any one.

We came here for sister inlaws birthday and met the owner that gave us a very special tour of our history. We are staying for a howl week but this first 2 days has been a blast we caught a few fish and had n few good runs that got away but part of it. This resort is clean to the final spec of grass and the best to get away from technology. The lady's need not worry the bathrooms is clean and ever ready for use. Thanx 2 the owners and staff of Van Bo. Im loving it here

Worst experience, and not worth the entry fee. Phoned and was told space available. On arrival the space allocated was taken, and had to try squeeze in to find alternative spot. After 15mins left due to space. Would not refund money paid.. Will not recommend, no idea how they got 2 start eating from tourism board.
